First the store is very clean and well stockedgood layout, so easy to find items. Produceis fresh, lots of name brands and store brands too. Great prices on canned goods, frozen foodsand candy. Employees are helpful and friendly.Not a full size grocery store, but great if you are on a budget.

I took 1 star away only because this isn't a grocery store where you'll be able to do all your shopping at. Other than that I really liked the store. The produce is significantly cheaper than any where else that I've been to in the area. Great selection of meats. The staff is very friendly. The store definitely is a great addition to kingsports residents who are on a low budget. They also some organic options

Large grocery store with alot of good prices on staples like paper towels , and other paper products. Fresh meats were priced cheaper along with processed meats. Canned goods were great with a huge selection especially vegetables. Frozen vegetables were cheaper than any where else , great buys on most fresh produce.Store was extremely clean , well stocked and employees were courteous. Recommend for cheaper prices.

I like it... Neat, clean, organized. Hit or miss as to what name brands they'll have on the shelves and not im not sure about the quality of the off brands. The meat looked good.

Prices were excellent and had plenty of variety on all meats, canned items, cheese, vegetables pretty much everything! This is now my favorite grocery store in Kingsport tn right now

They have some good prices but you had better know your prices before going in. Some are good and some are about the same at other grocery stores.

Thank you for bringing UGO to Kingsport. Used to have to drive to JC or Elizabethton. Beautiful store and love that it scans the barcodes now.
