Great prices on appliances but what ever you do don't pay for installation of them. You will get I can't do that unless or our new policies are so I can't do it. They will find a reason not to do it or screw it up so the next person they send out won't touch it because they'd be liable for it. Just get them delivered and call professional to install so it will get done properly. It's ridiculous. Oh they don't take old ones out either, that's on you as well.

Today our very expensive washer/dryer front loaders were delivered without a stacking kit. We were told we didn't ask for one when we ordered in person last week even though I know for a fact that my wife and I specifically told THE MANAGER that we were speaking to about it. We had to get a manager sent to the appliance section because the normal sales agent was not there for 30 minutes. We emphasized how awkward our new laundry room is and that there is not enough space for them to be side by side and that we wanted the installation of the hoses and stacked for us. So not only was our date rescheduled (we both work crazy schedules so we had made sure to have it delivered on day when one of us would be there), my wife had to call out of work for half of the day for this installation delivery. Because the machines aren't stacked that means we are not able to hook them up due to the space issue we discussed with the store. The next available date for delivery of the stacking kit THAT THEY MADE ME PAY EXTRA FOR won't be for another week. So 2 weeks without a washer dryer in our new home. Because a manager did not put that we needed our order stacked. We just signed up for a credit card for big purchases on our new home but we will not be using it any longer nor will we go to this location ever again.

The place you hate to love. It is a hit or miss experience coming here.By that I mean, depending on your knowledge base, and who is working can be a nice, fulfilling experience. Or an frustrating, never going back, until you need something else experience.My biggest frustration is it is too often a frustrating experience.The biggest issue is the personnel, while usually very friendly, and wanting to be helpful, they too often do not have people available that have knowledge in the area you have a need for tools or supplies.Most recent visit was the frustrating kind. Had an electrical issue and could have really used some advice on a specific tool and what supply I needed to accomplish my task. Yes I could have called an electrician (two wanted $500+) for my issue. Compared to $35 for a tool and one or two pieces to fix my issue.The personnel available, were friendly and wanted to be helpful, but sent me running around the store to "not" find what I thought I needed. And could not offer any direction to best accomplish said task.One gentleman I finally broke up a gab fest with another staff member, and asked him to cut a piece of would. And while he did warn me they "don't guarantee precise cuts..." I would of expected them to be;A- close.B- straight.I wound up wasting that piece and putting my other half. Yes I could have done that to start, but having just a hand saw, and the shakes.Lesson learned, disappointing, but now I know better.Wound up having to order online to get what I finally used. What a shame.

A "go to" chain store that offers a complete inventory of materials for construction and home-repair projects alike. I was impressed by the willingness of store personnel to assist with product information and whatever else. I recommend this location.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I’ve ordered an oven almost a month ago cannot get it delivered. Eric the manager does not return phone calls. No discount has been given. No one knows where the oven is. No one cares that I had to cancel my Thanksgiving. Corporate is just as bad I definitely recommend going to Lowe’s for all your appliance needs Home Depot will eventually go out of business with this kind of customer service.

I LOVE shopping here and no not for flowers (although I do buy those. I love Ryobi and they carry that brand! I love the customer service and the cleanliness of the store. I always find what I need or an employee is always near to help. Highly Recommend!!

Home Depot is almost always a great visit. They have great stuff and during my home remodel over the last 2.5 years and spending over 60k there. New kitchen 3 bathrooms, Graniteville, countertops, cabinets, tools, landscaping materials, and a while lot of wood and sheet rock plus lighting, etc, and paint lots of paint! The paint guy here is awesome, too! He has been there the whole time I have shopped at this location. Every time a great experience.There was only one time they made me angry. I got a Ryobi pressure washer and the thing leaked oil we used it two times and I didn't realize it was leaking till it was in the garage for a week and we pulled it out to use the second time. I called and asked if it was too late to bring it back. The 1800 number said I had 90 days. I get to the store with the leaky Ryobi pressure washer. And they said they can't return it cause it's only 30 days on things with engines. I was mad cause I had bought it 35 days earlier, and what's 5 days on a defective product.Finally, after a manager approves it. The guy put it in the system and says "nope it won't let us return it." I told him to get his manager again cause she had already approved the return. So after an hour I got refunded but on a gift card.Lowes gets a lot more of my business now cause of this.But I like some of the brands Home Depot has better, and their wood selection Is nicer.So I still shop there. If it wasn't for that pressure washer incident, they would have gotten 5 stars.

They sold me a skylight that was they wrong size and I brought it back 3tines thin they tell me that I had pay again for another skylight when I just returned one that I bought why not swap it out instead of tieing up my money now I'm stuck paying cash for another skylight and my money want be back on my card for two weeks don't trust anything these people tell u it's not truth and they don't do good business

Shop here for my painting supples mostly. Do use the lawn and garden as well as tool department. Tyrell in the paint department is outstanding and friendly. Always knows the answers to my questions and works hard to make sure Im satisfied. I also use a lot of Milwaukee and Husky products

The home Depot paint department is top notch if you get the same guy I did he goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want plus what you will need before you leave without pushing you to buy anything at all. He had to be the best person I have ever encountered in customer service I only wish I remembered his name all I can say is he was African American and is absolutely fantastic!! I shop there now most because of him!!

They have a good selection like there competitors but there lack of help with anything is the reason Lowes gets my business....I walked around the store the other day for well over a hour and not one associate even offered to help me or even said hello! So I went to Lowes and purchased what I needed!

I can not say enough how awesome Brooke at the customer service desk is. We were trying to order a shed and weren't having any luck figuring it out and she helped us through the whole process. It took a couple of trips back and forth to the store but everytime she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.
