💬Well,,So far I've ALWAYS been satisfied when I go to Target on E. Stone Dr..🛒🛍️All the workers that I have encountered have been really nice, smiling and always willing to help.®️Check out time has been great, I've never waited too long to be checked out. The store is always clean as well as the bathrooms.🚻{👢👠👟 }**The only thing that I would say Target could work on is their shoe section. Seems like every time I go to look at shoes they are kind of scattered around everywhere and I can't find anything that I'm looking for but that's not a Deal-Breaker for me. Just leaving an honest review.. I hope this helps! 🧐I enjoy my 🎯 and my 🎯 Peeps 😊

Mostly the customers are all always happy and the service is really good. The store I is clean, people keep things mostly tidy, and I've always enjoyed interacting with the desk staff because they really try to help anyway they possibly can on thing. Target as a whole company makes it easy to find receipts from the card or app. Their items are decently made. I do think they're over priced in some ways compared to other stores and could do better on some things. I did happily find they're now carrying the shoe box plastic containers for $1.50 vs Dollar Tree $1.25. The Target ones are decently well made. They have these other thinner containers for $3.xx also. "When life gives you lemons" by Target Spot section.

Target is a nice place to shop for the family. Target has lots of stuff for the baby and for the wife while I get to look at the toys and games. This is the only place I can the Blue Mio, thank goodness they have that flavor of drink mix!The big Con to this store is the annoying phone sales people. If I needed to be asked about my phone carrier then I would go to a phone store to be asked 100 questions, but I don't need those annoying questions Every time I go shopping at Target. If they keep annoying me then I'll probably come back and reduce to 3 or 4 stars.

My 5 star review is for Kenny with AT&T. That man knows his stuff and saved me a ton of money. I was going to get a new sound system put in my wife's car and he showed us a Bluetooth alternative that saved each of us over $250 each. He also switched us to AT&T from straight talk and saved us about $80 dollars a month even with an additional line. His customer service is excellent. His product knowledge is vast and helpful. I'm very thankful for him and his service. His personality is sincere and affable. AT&T and Target needs more people like Kenny at the kingsport target. He helped us on 2/15/24 between 6pm and 7pm. I don't know what you guys are paying him, but a dedicated employee like him deserves a raise. THANK YOU KENNY!!!

I bought a lamp and for whatever reason it was filled with Pokemon card packs and a trainer box. The lamp was only $15 and the amount of Pokemon cards I got is worth more so that's ok I guess but I wanted a lamp. Anyway three stars

Haven't really shopped at Target as much as I have in the past, in other parts of the country. However, I found that I really miss shopping here. The store is bright and clean, and all the associates are very helpful and kind.

This is a great store. In fact, it is my favorite retail store. I mostly shop online for pick up, but when I do go in the store, it is always a good experience.This location on East Stone Drive is always very clean and neatly stocked. There are no boxes and carts sitting out everywhere. There are no empty I stocked shelves. Everything is very easy to find.The layout of the store in general is very nice. It is very clean. Employees are always where they are supposed to be. They are always there to help. The lines are never ridiculously long. It is easy to get in and out. Parking is conveniently laid out as well.Once you shop the Target way, it is hard to shop any other way. I go on my app, check Target Circle offers, load up my cart. When my notification comes that it is ready, I tap “I’m on my way”, go get in a space and they load my car.

They have an incredible selection of toys and games. This is not the place to buy staple items, but there are many things here that you won't find elsewhere. The store is always clean and the staff helpful.

Always clean, well kept, organized place to shop. Fun to shop and look around. Well maintained restrooms. A snack bar or a place for drinks. Also has a Starbucks as well. Helpful and courteous staff available. Well lit store and plenty of space to move around and shop the aisles. There are some dollar isles at the front that have some festive items and helpful items.

No check outs available now from 8-9am.Having to self checkout $250 worth of groceries is unacceptable. Called HR to complain. Surprise, they don’t care and replaced people that could help older folks with these terrible self-checkouts only.this is ridiculous now. know your market! Old people need help!!!

I had to do a coffee pod return because I purchased the wrong one and it was quick and easy. The store always has a calm vibe and so clean. I love that Starbucks is inside and I adore the baristas!

2 stars is being gracious and it's just because the girl at the desk was pleasant and did her best. Management was the issue.Return experience was not great. I felt dismissed and unimportant. Something could have been done about the situation but hands were tied....next. 🙄If my business isn't wanted or needed then its good to know I will go somewhere else. 🤷‍♀️👎. Very disappointed in the whole exchange.

Who doesn’t love new, cute items? I went in for prescriptions and came out with half-price sheets, some clothes, Burt’s Bees Chapstick, m&m’s and an organizer too. They have so many adorable items (and a few that were gaudy) to make a house organized.

The only reason of the one star is because they stopped selling the large plastic to-go popcorn bag. This not caring for your customers anymore deserves to go down to 1 star.

I always have a positive experience at Target. The employees are very friendly and happy to help if I need help. The Target employee I talked to today was very nice and personable. The Cartwheel app makes it easy to save money and find things in the store if I don't know where to look.
