We switched from Verizon (10+ years) to Spectrum recently and have never been happier. Not only are we saving money ($80+/month), but their customer service is superior by far. The person who helped us get switched made things super easy, answered all my questions and even was able to upgrade our internet to the best and a super low price for the next 2 years.

I was having a lot of trouble with Spectrum's call center trying to get dad's affairs in order after his passing. Last week I talked to a very nice understanding lady and then today I talked to a lady that was harsh and unsympathetic. I ended up going into the Spectrum store on Eastman rd. and delt with an Awesome young man by the name of Colin. He was very sympathetic, understanding and kind and helped me with everything I needed to accomplish. Thank-you Colin

James and Tyler went above and beyond to help me get service connected to my new home. I had a unique situation that required a bit of work on their part. James was very professional and even though it was a bit of work for him, he never got frustrated and was apologetic for the wait. Tyler was also very helpful to James. It was nice to see teamwork and I appreciated the conversation with Tyler as I waited. Both are an asset to Spectrum and deserve a raise!

Unfortunately, my daughters phone just stopped working while we were on vacation Easter weekend, and wasn't able to get home until Sunday evening. Monday, I took her phone to the spectrum store in kingsport, TN, and we were on our 16th day from when we purchased her phone, and they only exchange it out in the 14-day window! So, we had to contact Samsung and get her replacement through them. Then on Monday April 8th, I took her new and messed up phone to the store just to be told, " I have to contact a number and have them get the phone activated, they can't do that at the office ". After being told by Samsung to take it to the office and they should be able to help us! Personally, I'm not impressed with the so-called service that is advertised by Spectrum! I had better service with T-Mobile! If you ask me, Spectrum could be great, but they weren't ready for having phones along with the internet and TV!

Went to Spectrum store to buy a replacement phone. Computer wouldn't allow the sale unless it was sold over phone or online, then shipped by Fedex.So instead of having the phone that day, had to wait a week for "2 day shipping".Yeah. While we are overcharged for Spectrum garbage services, they are so stupid they would rather pay Fedex to ship a phone instead of just handing it to me.Unfortunately, thanks to corrupt area politicians like the Ramsey family, there is no real alternate to Spectrum in Kingsport. They have a monopoly here and they don't need to do better.

Super helpful associates!! They covered all of our options without trying to force-feed the most expensive packages. Zero pressure. They just presented our options and let us make all the choices. Great customer service!!

They own a monopoly in the area I live in, so they Jack up the prices over 120$ a month because there is no other provider in Bloomingdale. Caplisim at its finest.

This is my first ever Google review. I would give Charter 0 stars if I could. I have never felt such distain for a company in my entire lifetime. The only thing worse than their cable service is the care that they show for their customers who are paying outrageous prices for their horrible service. If you want quality cable service for your elderly parents to keep them company during the day, run far, far away from Charter. They absolutely do not care about their customers or their service.

10 month update. Wish I could give less stars. Regret not giving 2 before because I can't post a worse review now. Literally if I didn't need internet I wouldn't be here. I can't stand a single thing about this service. They are absolute garbage. The employees arent much better. You could throw a 5 year old in there and they'd do about the same quality job. Every minute of dealing with customer service inches me closer to the sweet embrace of death by repeatedly driving my head into a concrete wall.I've never been able to go a week without uninterrupted sevice. And for 75 a month. That's unacceptable.

So i haven't been to this lovely store yet and by reading the comments, when i do come down there, I hope the rude cuck with the slightly higher than minimum wage but still poverty level wage job waits on me. Very refreshing to know this. The management must be worthless for letting this continuously happen by the same person. The copy and paste reply to the negative reviews are the best though, "sorry to hear about your bad experience blah blah blah come hunt us down on our other socials". Yea this is going to be good.

I can't wait until we have other options in this area . CS rep told me since my internet wasnt working at 0mbs that means it wasn't the service it was the speed. I told her I had no service and she wanted to argue it was still the speed not service. I said well I I'm needing the speed I'm paying for and she offered me a tech to come out. In 2023 people aren't stupid 0mbs means no service. Horrible company who thinks they own you because there isn't any other options

Today 11-2-22 I come in to the store to see about getting TV service with your company. I was set to meet Taylor and she was absolutely amazing and we ended up porting in all three of our cell phones as well. While going through that process I also had interactions with Tyler, Kunal, Tristan and Rachel. They also were absolutely wonderful to deal with.I truly feel like all of these employees deserve a raise for all their hard work and professionalism.

I don't remember the guys first name but only his last name. Tipton is a wonderful employee. He went above and beyond to help me and my fiance out. I highly recommend this guy to anyone. He needs a raise cause he provides excellent customer service and is extremely nice. He deserves more than a good review,he definitely needs a raise cause he's one heck of a good worker!

I have to say I had no intention of changing phone carriers when I walked in but Brad Mullins greeted me with a smiling face. He resolved my issues with my router and then mentioned saving me money on phone service and explained how it could be done. It just made to much sense not to. I would recommend anyone that needs help to come and ask for him. Thanks for the help Brad!

They sold me the promotion buy a mobile line for 29.99 get one free for 12 months then proceeded to bill me for both lines. The reasoning is we had to wait for a new phone to come in the mail and the employee said he can go ahead and switch mine over to spectrum. After a couple days the new phone for the free line came in the mail and had it set up on spectrum mobile. They led me to believe that I was on that promotion but then they say that the phones have to be signed up at the exact same time to be on that promotion. So now I have to pay double what they said for a year and customer service said too bad.

My boyfriend and I went to get internet and even though we had issues, we had nothing short of a great experience in the store! Rachel Osborne was absolutely amazing from start to finish! This review is based on the customer service at this store. My phone service is still great at a great price. The service at this store however is horrible. First when going to buy a new phone they only stock the most expensive “newest” phones. I went down twice and after an hour wait, my name was deleted from their list and the next person called. Had I not spoke up I would have waited another hour. The first trip was told nothing was in stock except iphone 13. Second trip just as I got to the counter “the system just crashed” and she was unable to sell me a phone. Same girl both trips, same girl who removed my name “by mistake” from the waiting list on the monitor. They need knowledgeable people

Kunal was absolutely the most hateful person I could talk with. Offered my elderly father no help with his cable tv questions & told us the reason he wasn’t getting his old channels was it was a technical problem. Well, we called and spoke to a representative & she gave us so much help & was nice to us. Treated us like people! All he had to do was look at my father’s bills and see the plan had changed, instead of blaming the box or simply saying “I don’t know” or, while giving us evil looks and saying there was not one thing he could do. When you have limited income and pay over $150 for tv (he likes his shows) I think you should be treated with a little dignity and a little respect.

Tristan was awesome, quick and knowledgeable. He helped where he could and even went above and beyond for some older folks there.My only recommendation is the location put more of an emphasis on the sign in tablet as it is easy to miss especially for the older crowd

The people working at this store are awesome.! They fixed my problem of No phone connection..Seth transfer my pics & info , Tristan put in new SIM card but was a network problem. Rachel rebooted into thee network 2 days later & made me very happy 0ld man .. thank God for these young peeps..P.S. My salesman Chris G. & the 833 or 855 #'s were very unhelpful .. Technology is hard for us old people .

We moved from another state to TN. Last week we received two boxes to set-up the tv. At the retail desk the young man told us bring the 2nd one here to the store. Today we made time and upon entering a young man approached us and we told him we were dropping off. He pointed to the outside and instructed us to go to UPS. We explained the box itself notes that we should return here. He pointed again to the door saying it's next to Krispy Kreme. We're knew to the state but nothing is far here do we did as we were told. What brought me to leave a review is that this young man's pointing and tone weren't necessary. We were basically asked to leave with their property. Other clients watched as we left embarrassed.
