I always love this location. The employees are always helpful, and understand that my service dog is not to be distracted unless I release her from duty. The managers are always welcoming and more than willing to help. Unlike alot of businesses, these managers are out stocking shelves, cleaning messes, and doing the hands-on work. Absolutely amazing

Great store, always helpful and have what we need in stock. Last night I realized I needed cat food as my cats were circling me like vultures but it was close to closing time. I called and they had the food at the front of the store for me so I could make it in time. I appreciate you guys being friendly about my last minute shopping.

We took our two fur babies on a walk-in visit. Jacob I believe is his name was great with our dogs! The other grooming employees were polite and professional. We have had terrible experiences at other petsmarts. We will definitely be going back.

The last two times I've tried to place an order online during a sale. The website would not allow me to use it. I would have to call the customer service number and place my order that way which makes things more difficult. This particular time I purchased the usual 11 lb cat food for $38. But the woman who took my order at the customer service center did not tell me that the prices had changed to $38 for a 5 lb bag! So when the person brought the cat food out to me at the curbside pickup I thought that they had misunderstood the order. That was when she told me that the prices had changed, so that meant I had to park and go in when I'm disabled and in pain to get a different brand of cat food. Which I did. So we now have to start research all over again as to which food is the best for our cats. The store was not at fault, they couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic, it was the Customer service agent at fault.

Although I was pleased with my dogs grooming the customer service was horrible. My appointment was for 9 am. I arrived at 8:45 am. Normally, it takes anywhere from an hour to and hour and a half for everything. At 12:15 pm I arrived but hadn’t been notified. Bo walked into the grooming office and they were just now cutting my dog’s hair. I understand they get busy but made the appointment early. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. At 11:55 am a man walks in and picks up his 85 lb lab. I asked him when his appointment was, and he said 11 am. He left at 12:00 pm with his dog. At 1:05 pm I got my dog. It said his dog got the full treatment, shampoo, teeth cleaned, nails done and haircut.

I really like PetSmart and the prices. They have a good variety of foods as well. Only thing I don't like and wish they could improve is, I feed my animals Iams and Science Hill canned digestive cuz I have a couple kitties with digestive problems, they don't always have large bag kitten Iams in stock and only one flavor of the SH Digestive. And only very small cans. I have 7 cats inside and 6 newborn kittens right now. Plus 7 outside ferals I take care of. So I really need the foods to be readily available.

I love Petsmart. They always have what I need. If it's not in the store, they will order it, or I can order it online, with free delivery(depending on amount of purchase).

I love the animals they have, as well as the selections for dog and cat food. The only issues I have is, the cashiers are not that frendly, they don't have a great selection of reptile supplies, nor do they carry many topical ointment for Malpisha(how ever you spell it)

I don't usually like shopping these really big box pet stores, but we had a great experience. I was able to find a couple of harnesses that were on sale so I only spent around $12 for both. The one thing I would like to see them add is a discount for military, especially for veterans. I just kind of feel like as a disabled veteran we shouldn't be paying sales tax to the US government. They took enough from us

Grooming is superb! My dog is a part pug and she has to have special accommodations. Staff is always really good to her. They are so gentle and loving with her. She is never scared or timid when she leaves, usually is in a good mood and in high spirits. The service is always good, her cost looks nice and she smells good after her visits.

The head groomer at this location has very poor people skills. You can be stern without coming across rude and mean. This is my second interaction with this employee both were not pleasant. I do not recommend taking your dog to this location. Unless you enjoy being treated like you’re an inconvenience.

Fantastic store. They have a super nice cashier that is always so very helpful. Petsmart really ought to give her raise since she is there all the time LOL! Bless her heart, she even had a smile on her face when she was locked out of her car.

Great puppy training program, totally worth the price. Shopping tip do price checks on their website if shopping in store sometimes you will find a cheaper price on a product and they will match that online price in store. Great place to bring the pups to socialize with other furry friends.
