I went in today to get my olde English bulldogs nails done. I've been to pets martial before so I expected same type of treatment. I can honestly say my dog has never been treated better. He was so calm around the groomer, like he felt reassured. She was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Def recommend going there for any of your needs.

We received fantastic customer support from Lucinda, who was friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew her stuff. (She helped us with a tricky transaction involving fifty-one cans of cat food for sale.) If I were her boss, I would give her a huge pay raise. I will definitely be visiting again.

If I could, I would leave ten stars based entirely on the customer service I recieved from Miss Lucinda. She was phenomenal in answering all my questions and helping me find products. I would have thought she was the top manager with how insightful and friendly she was. She alone has made me a furever customer. Can't wait to come back and see her!

Just got my Cairn Terrier groomed by Sarah here, very good service! My Jasper looks amazing and was so happy during the whole experience. Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend! Sarah was very friendly, and handle my dogs very well, even when they are being hyper and crazy. Reasonable prices too!

I went to this store today instead of pet smart it was my first time visiting the store I absolutely loved it I love that there is so much raw food to choose from just a great selection of everything for my dogs and prices are great I won’t be going to pet smart anymore so glad I discovered this store it’s all so very clean I just love this store :):)

Very disappointed with this store. Had coupons for a free pet wash. Unfortunately I only used 1 of them. After I get my dog soaped up, expecting the water to get warmer, I was informed that their water heater was tore up. Seriously?!?! New store and the water heater has already messed up? Why wasn't I told BEFORE I took my baby back there?!?! When I said something, the cashier wasn't even apologetic. Said she was sorry about that but the tone was like "oh well." I'll just stick with Tractor Supply's pet wash. They also have more stuff in the dog department than anything else in cats.

Very nice clean store. However, I just got mealworms today (50ct) and only about 28 were good, the others have already begun to pupate. If you're buying feeders here, just check them like I should have :/

Was here at this location once and wanted to hold a snake and was told no well was in this location again and asked once again if I could hold a snake I was told yes the lady got out a ball python mind you Iv got 7 years with snakes and she placed it in my hand and the snake started to move all of a sudden it tried to strike my face and I was like holly cow the lady was very rude to me over the fact I was mad had it not tried to bite my face off I may have brought him

Was told over the phone that a product was 11.98 by a worker. We drove to the store and the product rang up for 15.98. Instead of fixing the price (that she quoted us) she asked us if we wanted the product removed from our purchase. It was a waste of our time when we only went there because it was suppose to be cheaper.
