I stop at this McDonald's on my way to work everyday and they are usually really good about being polite and accurately getting my order to me promptly. Anytime that I've ever had an issue, they were quick to correct it. I like that this location is open 24 hrs, however, they close sometimes without warning during the overnight hours and that is aggravating but understandable at the same time.

This McDonald's crew was ROCKING it. Short staffed from call ins and it looked like rush hour. Two thumbs up to your crew. If any of them were complaining it wasn't noticable. The Hustle was though. I didn't visit the restroom while here but the counter and dining area looked clean . A good Crew makes the Manager . And the Manager was plainly in tune with the crew that morning.

12/12 11 P.M. I placed a mobile order. Went through the line and received my order, but not before the employee at the window asked if my dog could have a pup cup. Happily fed him half the cup and didn’t mind I was ruining her drive through timer (I was the only person in line). I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and two seasonal pies. That quarter pounder awakened something in my soul. The burger tasted like Ronald McDonald himself made it. I had given up on McDonald’s food and I was just there for the seasonal pies. I have never had a McDonald’s experience so wonderful. Thank you all xx

Went through the drive thru around 10:20 and got a qpc meal. Usually this location isn't too bad, however, when I got my food, my fries were bricks and almost inedible, and my burger, it was assembled so poorly, pickles on one side only, a dab of ketchup and mustard in the middle and a pile of onions in the middle that were smashed into the meat.

I ordered a simple hot mocha McCafe. They asked me to wait in spot #1 waited there for about 25 minutes when the person delivering food came over with the person who parked next to me 10 minutes later order and asked if That was my order to which I replied no, I ordered the hot mocha McCafe. He came back a few minutes later with the person who ordered after me's iced coffee and gave me a cup of hot water and something trying to impersonate coffee. At least if you're going to make me wait 25-30 minutes you could have brought me out what I purchased. I didn't mind waiting I understand things can get busy and hectic, but the least you can do is get my order right. Purchased around 9:25-9:30pm left at 10:04pm. 05/03/24

This location is constantly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every time we go there, we tell ourselves it has to be the last time. This last time, we went drive thru and only ordered a happy meal for our son, and when reaching the pick-up window, they directed us to one of the waiting spaces (it's only a happy meal, right? How long could it take..) As we sat there, we watched every car that hit the window being pushed to a parking space to the point that there were cars everywhere. After waiting 5 minutes or so in the space, the crew had only brought out one person's food. At that point, my wife decided she was going to go in and see what the issue was. She came back a few minutes later with his happy meal, but it was cold and undesirable (even to an 8 yr old) to a point that most of it got waisted. The previous time we stopped there, the happy meal was missing the fries. It's always something at this location.

There is always employees back behind the counter using foul language. I order the same coffees at least 2 or 3 times a week and it was only right maybe 1 or 2 times. They ALWAYS mess my coffee up. It's not like it's a ridiculous, hard ask.. it's just a hazelnut coffee with some syrups in the coffee topped with whipped cream and caramel and chocolate drizzle. It is not a hard order. I always ask for extra pickles on everything I order and I have never had more than 3 on my sandwich when I get it. The employees are rude and crass and there are children in this restaurant and it is just uncalled for, in any situation. The ONLY reason I continue to come here is because of the convenience of the location. I've even had to go as far as calling corporate (who also did nothing) because I literally got straight attitude from a manager because my clearly wrongly made coffee apparently made him angry in some way for some reason. Something absolutely needs to be done about this location and the way it is ran.

When they give the wrong order and ya check it,bring it inside politely letting them know its the wrong order and everyone has a face,attitude behind the counter🤔Took almost 15 min to even get through drive through.Workers at drive through windows need to check to be sure customer gets what they ordered and paid for before handing out.Sometimes the food good other times in the trash it goes.This location has gone dwn hill over the years.

Yesterday I was in the drive thru on break getting lunch. Upon returning to work I realized my burger was not right. I contacted the store and they said they would replace the sandwich for me today she remembered me coming through which is fine I understand things get messed up, but today I returned to get my sandwich and the manager and drive thru employee was extremely rude saying I should have kept my receipt or brought back the food even with me showing that I called yesterday, I don’t normally complain but having a 12 hour shift with no meal, then to return and be talked to like I was is just ridiculous for a customer service job now I understand it’s fast food but I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone!

UPDATE. We called, and the manager took our names, and we went back today for a fresh remake..... It was a replay of lastnightand. MORNING SHIFT IS AMAZING...NIGHT SHIFT....WELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT NIGHT!!!! I just wanted some fresh fries. SO I asked at the drive thru if I could get a basket of fries fresh. The lady said, of course. We finally got to the window after 8 minutes, and we got our food. Grabbed the basket of fries and realized that they had been re-dunked. They were hard , that crunchy that isn't good, yall know what I mean, yeah, that gross stale crunchy. They had hardly any salt and tasted like I was eating just grease. I took a few bites and then just threw them away. I was not about to go through that long wait again. The cheeseburgers were not fresh at all. I usually do not eat out late, but we had been on the road most of the day. When we got home, some of our orders were not in the bag. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have had. I do not recommend going by this McFonalds at NIGHT. Staff was just as stale as the food except for the one lady that handed me the bag fryer grease. I am very disappointed and frustrated

This McDonald's has the fastest service and the freshest food of all the McDonald's from Rogersville to Blountville and every place in between. It could be better, for example, in the past 10 visits I received only two meals where the food was the same temperature throughout. It has always been the fastest service in the area of fast food, so if you're in a hurry for lunch and your time is very limited, then this place is for you.

There's a whole one employee that makes this location somewhat tolerable. Unfortunately, she's leaving soon, and this place will be worthless. The employees act like you're a complete bother to them for showing up to their job. The female at the second window tried to hand us somebody else's order. I told her it wasn't ours, and she asked what it was we ordered. I specifically told her a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg, and 2 hashbrowns. She went to the female manager in a pink/faded red shirt, checked orders, then tried to hand me a bottled water and oatmeal. I don't know if your employees are incapable of understanding the difference between bagels/mcmuffins and oatmeal or not, but it shouldn't have been that hard. Then when I tell her my order again, and she comes back to the window, she wants to act like it's MY fault that she can't get the orders correct. I love the employee who usually works the first window, but the rest of the staff are worthless.

My fries were so cold... and the past 3 times I've went and yall ask me what sauce I like you don't even give me ANY. The other day when i went you guys did give me sauce. 1 SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE for a 20pc chicken nugget. Girl how is that supposed to work? The sauce is what makes the nugget, and maybe I'm making a big deal out of this but everytime I get some nuggets I'm ready for my Sweet and sour. So yes, I have been disappointed not getting any sauce and then getting cold fries.

Came through at 5:55am this morning, ordered 2 sausage Buiscut’s with cheese and a Carmel macchiato. I get to work and there’s no cheese which I paid extra for and they never gave me my receipt. I called and spoke to the most rediculous manager BRIAN who told me to keep my food for 24 hours and bring it back since I’m at work. 1 that’s soooo unsanitary and a health violation so I will be reporting that and 2 whose going to keep there food for 24 hours just to bring it back a show someone they messed up. I took pictures but I’m sure when I do go back they’re going to find some excuse to say they didn’t mess up. It’s just bizarre to tell customers to keep their food for 24 hours just to show you that you messed up. Poor management. Food Karen or not that’s just gross

Robin has great customer service and makes the best ice coffee I have ever had. I will be back so long as she’s working. She was very polite and a very fast worker, This is a person you Definitely want working for your company and you need more like this.

We ordered around $40.00 worth of food they got the order wrong.The receipt was correct.I was rushing to get home so I did not check the bag like I usually do so I didn't notice till we got home and I was getting stuff out of the bag it was too late to drive all the way back up there this has happened before but I called it while I was there because I checked my bag so the point is check your bag to make sure you have the correct items even the kids meals and make sure if you get a burger that that meat is on it

I’m here almost every other day of the week for iced coffee I work early. I don’t know who is making them right now but my coffee this morning was basically just ice. Filled to the top with ice. I’m used to quite a bit less ice and more coffee. Future reference just gotta ask light on ice I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️
