I love McAlister's! This particular visit we ordered a sandwich/with spear , ultimate nachos, and 2 cucumber and tomato salad sides. When we got the food I had to get the spear. We were taking it to the park to eat. Before we pulled out I noticed tomato bisque. We took it back and got my tomatoes and cucumbersWell when we get to the park I open my ultimate nachos , and no chili, and barely any cheese,etc. we split the sandwich, and took the nachos back. They had changed shifts, and the cook that had came in couldn't believe it, but made us a new one that was AWESOME! So thank you evening shift. Day shift check the food before it goes out to eliminate this type of issue.

This was a good place to eat, but lately it’s not been a good experience. Me and my mom come here often, but this lady taking our order is always pushy when we visit. Two times the same woman at the counter is rude to us. The floors have not been swept and there is trash everywhere. We came in around after 2 pm after lunch time when this occurred. it’s not busy, but the floors has trash everywhere!! Another thing is that I always find a bite of my food eaten! Like it’s so small and unnoticeable that my mom didn’t notice until I pointed it out! This has happened 2 times of me coming here with my food being eaten by someone! I am by far upset! I know it wasn’t me because I didn’t start eating my second half of my sandwich! I am by far upset at this once good restaurant. I will not be coming back.

Had a traniee take our order. She was polite. Our order came out in a timely manner. The food was not as ordered. However, the manager fixed the issue fas and gave us an apology. The atmosphere is cool and they played great music. Portions of the food here is great. It is plus size friendly. Handicap and wheelchair assesable(front dor may be harder to open for some). Plenty of parking. Been here a couple times, never disappointed.

Used to be one of my favorite places. Food ok I guess but starting to notice black spots in the chicken, it’s very expensive and they repeatedly raise the price to where it’s just not worth your time. Even getting water a salad and macaroni alone are over $15. Not paying $15 for something I grow on accident. Lettuce and pasta OVER $15. The people working here are great but you can tell the restaurant has trouble keeping staff.

Got there a bit early and ordered an iced tea while I waited. The server was so pleasant. It wasn't busy yet and we chatted a moment. You don't get that kind of interaction much anymoreOur order was ready on time, and when I got it home, we really enjoyed our meal. I think it's a bit overpriced, then again, so is everywhere else right now.

I always order potato soup in a bread bowl well they no longer have Bread bowls. I wouldn't have ordered the soup otherwise. Well therapy said she would have told me but she didn't hear me say Bread bowl. Well long story short she said she refunded my soup but it hasnt been put back to my account yet. So she lied about that so what else did she lie about

Saturday 17th 1:00PM: Ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches and potato salad.Potato salad was okay, but the chicken salad sandwich was the worst excuse for a sandwich I have experienced.The bread was dry, the lettuce had brown edges and there was very little chicken salad on the sandwich and tasted really bad.My wife only took one bite, then said "Throw this out, it's nasty ". I then had to go somewhere else to get a meal for my wife.It was also overpriced.

We always enjoy the sandwiches, potato’s and nachos here and the counter staff are friendly and efficient. The order by phone automated system seems to work fine as long as you don’t want anything customized. Also, you really need to pay attention to your order when you pick it up, to ensure it is right; especially if you ask for anything to be added or omitted. They used to check the orders before handing them to you but this step is no longer consistently practiced.

I had heard some great reviews of McAlister's, but had never eaten there. I finally stopped in to check it out for lunch one day after a doctor appointment. I had the Reuben sandwich, potato salad, and a diet soda. The Reuben was excellent, but I was not very impressed with the potato salad - or the serving size, especially for the price of the meal - almost $12!! That was for one person at lunchtime! I'm not sure I will be back anytime soon.

this place has literally went from one of my favorite restaurants, to somewhere where i leave unhappy every single time. every time i go they either forget the salad dressing, make a sandwich wrong, and one time they left out every single topping for my spud. like cmon, i work food service too and it isn’t hard. the portions got smaller, prices got higher, quality got lower. they need new management in this place asap. (for the record their workers only get minimum wage, so im not blaming them here.)

My friend and I ordered same time, she got her food I waited and waited I went up and stated that I had not received my food and the lady stated we have a $500 dollar order and it's going to be a min. Well I waited 20 mins already and I don't need to hear about the dollar amount of an order that was called in. I am here live and in person and PAID for my food. The "manager" I can only assume came to the table to give me VIP Meal for waiting and continues to explain about this large dollar order. He comes back with my plate blunks it down and walks off. There was a hair on the plate!! So I left McCallisters with a $15 tea. I stated I wanted a refund for my meal and the person never sent the "manager" back. I will also sY the cleanliness of the staff and the restaurant was questionable. When js jt acceptable to wear an Under Armour hoodie to work? I left the untouched food and the VIP ticket for the trash!

I went in for lunch with my boyfriend Friday. For lunch which was half sandwich and small soup it was $24. It took 37 minutes for our food to get to the table which is insane as many people have 30min to 1hr lunch breaks. I commented to the girl that brought the food to the table "I thought you had forgotten about us, we were waiting so long". She ignored me and just put the food down on the table. No apology! In addition as seen in the photo I don't know if the plate was dirty or severely stained but either way ....gross!By the time we had gotten the food my soup was cold. Being as it was broccoli cheese soup served cold it was more like eating thick sludge .Our experience was terrible!

Edit: After going here for years and weathering the hepatitis crisis we may have finally hit the breaking point. They have stared altering resipes and removing items from the menu. From sandwichs to sides many of our favorite items have been removed or replaced. The Mac and cheese that used to be a bulwark of comfort food has been replaced with a runny mess while the mashed potatoes and gravy found itself removed entirely.Old review: Consistently great. We have made this our weekly stop and have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is always very helpful and even when the place is packed our food is delivered quickly. They also have tasty options for both the vegetarian and the carnivore in our family.

Food was okay, staff could use a class in how to act appropriately in public, atmosphere could have been better if the people on the other side of us would have stopped using the F bomb while a 6 year old was sitting near them. I complained to the young girl behind the counter after we moved and she told me nothing could be done, even though they weren’t eating just drinking soda.

No smiles at all from employees and not personable. Didn’t seem to even want to be at work and it was all theee we encountered. Visiting from NY and loved the food hoping to stop again before our trip is over but also hoping friendlier service.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
