When my cat was pregnant the second time, they helped me find someone who could let her give birth and foster out that litter. And after her surgery to fix her, they really helped me out in major ways. When I lost a cat due to health issues, Indian Ridge has always been supportive and helpful. The staff here has always gone above and beyond, and I'm so happy that I stumbled upon the most awesome and caring veterinary clinic I could ever have asked for. I cannot recommend them enough.

Everyone I dealt with at Indian Ridge Animal Hospital went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. My Cassie had been hit by a car and was in extremely rough shape. After spending about a week at ERs and costing me thousands of dollars for pain management and observation, I was finally quoted for the two surgeries that they recommended for her. (One was $8k-$10k and the other was $4k-$5k on top of the thousands I already owed.) I can't tell you the amount of stress that I had experienced during that week figuring out how to handle all of this financially. But, finally having a plan of action of what could be done for her, I called around and, after several recommendations of Indian Ridge, made an appointment for Cassie to have the second surgery option with Dr Mears. For the same surgery (an FHO) that cost $4k-$5k at the ER, he quoted me $800. After he completed the surgery, he said that he wanted to keep her overnight for observation at no extra charge. When I went to pick her up, the total bill was only around $600. At that point, finances were a major concern for me, so every single dollar helped. But it wasn't just the financial aspect that appealed to me... they went above and beyond simply with being empathic and kind. They basically had "good vibes." I didn't feel judged a single time by them for having to take finances into consideration for her medical care.I mostly spoke with Nikki at the front desk and Cassie's vet, Dr. Mears. All I can say is that they represented the company extremely well and I will be going back to them for all my critters' needs in the future. They did an amazing job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very friendly staff from the first phone call, to check in and check out. Our dog was there almost two weeks and they were so understanding and let us stop by and see him anytime. The drs were also great and kept in good communication about our dogs condition. Would highly recommend

I take my whole pack to see Dr Amy Alexander. Having Greyhounds requires a specific knowledge of the breed and she has that. Her assistants are very attentive and caring.

They really do care about your pets. My Monkey & i have practically lived there for 2 weeks lol. The doctors are absolutely wonderful & kind, love Dr. A! She saved our Monkey's life twice. Staff is also friendly & cool. Prices are reasonable too! This is definitely my go to for emergencies now!

I don't think I'll ever be able to say enough good things about Indian Ridge!! Yesterday was our first visit with them and they all immediately treated us like family, everyone who helped out with my sweet doggie was so kind to him and my family, and they are so informative and understanding on every basis. The staff and doctors are an amazing group of people who actually care for your animal(s). I don't know what we would have done if they wouldn't have worked with us for the surgery that our River needed, they did an amazing job at fixing his leg. The doctor would call me every morning with a update on how River was doing and we even got to see him every day. Hands down the best Animal Hospital I've ever been to.

I brought my rescue chihuahua/mix in for his first veterinarian visit. The doctor at Indian Ridge is so sweet and warm; she answered all our questions thoroughly, and she estimated his age for us which is very helpful. The front desk staff is also friendly and accommodating. I also felt like her prices were very reasonable, which is very important to rescue families.

The Staffs are wonderful couldn’t asks for bunch of caring committed coworkers from the check in to the checkout.My girls love Dr.Mike Brunch, wonderful, caring, dedicated Doctor. Dr Buddy now retired was practically only person to care for my aggressive rescue Jack Russell/terrrier now running around Rainbow Bridge. Wouldn’t take my Furbabies anywhere else

They have a very friendly and caring staff that attended to my dogs needs in a timely manner. I like that you can make an appointment and their hours work for those that have a job. They also have a text service that allows you to stay in your vehicle until your exam room is open. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My poor little 3 lb Chion went in very sick on a Saturday morning. Not only did they fit me in last minute but they took wonderful care of my little guy. He had to stay overnight and I was so happy I was able to go visit him on Sunday even though they were closed. I highly recommend this veterinarian. Everyone truly cared about every animal I saw come through the door as I waited. My little Tiny Dog is recovering well at home thanks to their wonderful care.

The vet and vet technician were great with my dog. They recommended stuff but didn't push it on me (I've had vets do this before). The price wasn't terrible either. Only $32 for a checkup! They made my dog very comfortable too. We'll be back!

Took my dog here after she had a seizure. Was charged approximately $300 for Dr visit and blood work. Was told my dog looked strong and I should give her meds for the Seizures. I waited over an hour to pick up meds from Walgreens just to be told nothing had been called in yet, during this time my dog had another seizure and passed away later that evening. Weeks have passes and I was never notified of the blood test results, and have no idea why my dog died...

Absolutely the best and most affordable animal clinic in N.E. Tennessee and S.W. Virginia. We live in Virginia and travel for over an hour to take our pets here for all of their needs. They are superior by every measure. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The staff is the best! From the front office gals, to the techs, doctors and surgeons… they really do care. The Docs have even called me to check in after my cat’s surgery. They literally saved my cat’s life.The “park your car and text system” works wonderfully and eliminates any unnecessary interactions with other people and their pets. You text parking spot space, pet’s and your name and they text back telling you which room is ready for your appointment. No more crazy, noisy, waiting rooms. Just sit quietly in your car. Less stress on your pet and yourself. I love that! These are great Vets to take your furbabies to. I highly recommend Indian Ridge.

The vets and staff here were excellent. My little baby fell sick and unfortunately did not make it. They took such good care of him every step of the way and did everything they could. They also communicated very well with me and kept me updated the entire time. When he passed away, they were very comforting and supportive. I also received this in the mail afterwards, it was so thoughtful. Thank you everyone for everything, I highly recommend this vet to anyone with a sick animal.

Dr. Mears is an excellent surgeon! He repaired the L rear ACL eight months ago on our fur baby!The staff is very friendly. We searched ...walked away from another place.Our Pastor recommended Indian ridge and they are a blessing!We also like if an issue comes up they allow walk ins during office hours.
