Definitely a great place to save money if you don't need professional grade tools (and even if you do, sometimes). But the real highlight of this store is the staff. I have had only positive experiences with everything from finding things, to purchasing, to warranties and returns. That puts them in an elite category in my book, and I hope the owners continue to retain, hire and train stellar people. Chris, the manager, is an absolute gem. He's kind and helpful and works every job in the store with kindness and professionalism. Thanks for all you do!

I had a good visit here today. Lots of interesting things and lots of sale prices. The store is easy to navigate and the prices are clearly marked. Be prepared for the sales clerk to offer you their reward card for $30 a year. I'd say if you intend to spend $500 annually, it would be well worth it.

When you go into Harbor Freight you automatically know that there merchandise isn't the highest quality but still for the price a very worth while place to shop. This particular store has a excellent a staff, I purchased a roll around tool box on my last visit and not only did there staff spend about 10 minutes to hunt down the advertisement for the sale price of the item of this item (of which I wasn't aware of and saved me close to $60) but also one of there personnel came out to help in a attempt to help me load it in to my car. As you can imagine it didnt fit in my car so they graciously pulled the item back into the store and held it for me until the next day when I could pick it up with a truck. Definitely a top rated place for me to shop and I recommend going and checking them out.

There's a "New Manager" again at this location. She's placing defective equipment, hand tools, etc on the as-is tables KNOWING they DO NOT WORK AT ALL. Once you purchase it you own it and can't return it. That's unethical/immoral to say the least. This is what can be expected from the Manager here at this new location. I was told the equipment worked and I'd have the normal 90 days to return it. 3 weeks later I'm told otherwise. Worst experience with a manager in quite some time as it is ultimately her discretion anyways and I spend thousands of dollars a year in this one store. Customer Service is a joke and a thing of the past. Keep your receipts because the computer system loses receipt of transactions regularly. It's pretty much a setup to steal/mislead people. Sad.

This is truly the place to go for all the right tools on your list. Plus, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to help in every way to make sure you get the best deal. This store is a must visit. I got what I needed plus one year added insurance on the product I shopped for. Go see them today. 😃 Plus (+) the store has a membership program that you purchase for one year so that you can purchase an item on (special) and get a huge discount up to 20% off. KOOL. For the budget mechanic/serviceman, this is the place for you and I'm sure you already know about it so... If you're not familiar with H.F. yet, they have the absolute cheapest prices for tools and accessories to get the job done 💯... Some reflect cheapness, but it's worth it if you just need it one time. Also, the better quality tools are still decent priced. I give 5 stars for good customer service, respect, and honestly. Ps... Their "Icon" ratchet wrenches are nice as SnapOn for price of taxes on SnapOn so definitely check em out.

Well normally I have only good things to say about theses stores , but this visit has been making me second guess ever shopping here again . Apparently there a bunch of power banks mismarked at 2.79 that were 19.99. Clearly it was not a case of one product misplaced. There was a whole rack of them marked at 2.79. The manager refused to honor whats was clearly there mistake.

This is my first time shopping at Harbor Freight. I never really knew much about the company until I was online and noticed that Harbor Freight had pretty much anything and everything I was interested in buying.This store is well organized, clean with helpful employees. One store employee in particular named "Eric" helped me with all my questions as many of the pneumatic tools I wasn't familiar with. Eric took the time to not just help me find what I wanted, but he explained the many differences between the various tools and how they worked.Eric even gave me a 20% off coupon and even got me a coupon that made a $3.99 light free. I spent well over $600 that visit and have went back to the store 2 more times since.I watched review videos of almost everything I bought and the merchandise Harbor Freight sells seems to be just as good, if not better, that many so-called "name brand" products but cost a fraction of the cost.My experience with this particular Harbor Freight has convinced me that this store will be my "go to" store before going to Lowe's or Home Depot which to me are almost one of the same.Attentive, courteous and very informative employees such as Eric means a lot to me. So does getting a quality product at a very reasonable price mean a lit to me. As such, I strongly recommend this Harbor Freight and would gladly give 10 stars if possible.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I needed a new knife sharpener and a magnet pick up to reach out to the tiny screws I can't get my fingers on. After looking at the sales paper I ended up getting a few more things to buy. I'm ready to check it out and get back to my place and it is fast as the cashier is fast and always courteous.

I was looking for a tool to cut some wire fencing. I walked the entire store looking for something to use. No one salesperson insight. I went to the register with a few selections and the girl at the register didn't even know that what I was holding was tin snips. These I found after another sales woman pointed down one of the aisles to look for a tool there. Long story short, the tool was useless and I returned it. I will never go back in the harbor freightI ended up going to Lowe's and had more than enough friendly sales people to help me find the right tool necessary
