I just got two front tires 1 hour ago at this dump they call a tire store and if you know anything about aftermarket wheels my ESR wheels are reverse mounted and the BAR you use to take tires off when pride out the bar bent the lip of my ESR wheels and these wheels was not cheap I clean my wheels all the time with my hand and I know every detail about them so I know they bent the wheel but the both guys that run it don’t tell the truth and it will catch up to them one day so if you care about your car and your wheels don’t stop here and the young guy that did it almost ripped off my side skirt because he was jacking it up on the plastic and I told him he needs to re jack it up I will never take my car here again so if you care about your car like I do mine don’t go here...

Great customer service & a lot of inventory to choose from. I got a tire for my work truck & it was basically a new tire for $58 & that includes tax and disposal fee for your old tire. I highly recommend this place for any of your tire service needs. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Mark went out of his way to help me get 4 tires for my son's Acura.We were on a very tight schedule and he ordered tires from Knoxville and finished the job even when he was close to closing. I know today was a very busy day for him but he went way beyond what I wanted. He delivered big time! I would definitely use him again.

I have bought my last few tires from this place., great work. Fair pricing., normally you’re not there that long. Friendly service.., and a must is reasonable time if there is an issue with your tire you bought from them, they will back their word. Fix the tire., etc no extra charge or fee.

Got my used tire here today and this is not my first time here. My son does business here. Never ever have we had bad business here. So if you need used tires Come Here or if you need new tires. I wouldn't go back to this dump if it were the last tire store in town. The owner talks to customers whichever way he wants and has a serious attitude problem. The guy that put the tire on was ok enough but the owner definitely needs a new attitude. I'll never do business here again. EVER

Bought 4 used tires for a utility truck. Tires are supposed to be 10 ply.... just found out he put 2 passenger tires on the rear . Truck is 8800+ pounds. Tires were rated for a small passenger truck. Extremely unsafe. Wouldn't trust them again

I just left here getting a tire. Super friendly and excellent service. It only took about 10 minutes for them to change my tire and have me ready to go. The owner talked to me and my kids the whole time and let my son play with his dog. He also helped me out with $5 off the price because that’s what I could afford due to being in between paychecks. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a customer here 4 times in the past 2 years and each time I have received excellent service. One time they didn't have the size tire I needed so I went somewhere else and was told it'd be a 2hour wait so I bought the tire and returned to East Stone Tire to have it mounted. The guys working plugged the hole in my old tire at no cost. These types of establishments don't make a killing on their used tires but still did their best to satisfy a customer. I have worked in the service industry my entire adult life and think these guys are awesome!!! Keep it up and I'll keep coming back.

The tires on my van are a hard size to get unless you get brand new ones.These guys had 2 decent used tires to get me going until I can get new ones. Polite and respectful to me as well as the care of my vehicle. I will be back to get my new tires from them.

They seemed to be very straightforward about everything. I had to be towed and it took longer then I thought.Still the guys were great about getting me in and out ASAP when I did finally get there for them. I was grateful it was pushing closing time and they still helped.

Terrible service. Bought 3 new tires from here all showed low in a week had to come back in 2x and they wouldn’t fix it. I will never come back here again. They do not stand by the work and are not professional at all.

Tried to get a price on a set of tires and obviously this place doesn’t need the business. I was called a several inappropriate names and was told to perform vulgar acts. Not the type of business anyone needs to support! Would give zero stars if it were possible.

I know I was buying used tires but the tires I bought were worse than the ones they took off, they were dry rotted and cracked, a safety hazard according to the mechanic that did my brake work. They were 2006. I am posting this to the other women who like myself trust to be told the truth and given an honest deal. I highly recommend you do not waste your money with these people.

Will never go back unless the older man, I guess the owner, is not there. Did not have the tire size I needed and was told to come back the next day. I explained it would be after work and that was fine since I would be buying new tires. When I went back today, was told I would have to wait because they were busy. No problem. Then was told to come back again tomorrow since one guy had to leave earlier due to the flu and the guy working would have to work over. I told him that I would just go elsewhere since my tire was not holding air and I needed tires ASAP. This guy flipped out and then cussed me out. I will NEVER go back unless he is no longer there. I went down the street to tire barn and got 2 tires for the same price and was home by 6:20 pm.

THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! I bought my own breaks and rotors, and had them replace the front ones of my vehicle and rotate my tires. I got a quarter of a mile down stone drive when I noticed a strange burning smell, smoke coming from my front right tires, and my tire dashboard light was on. So I called them, and went back to see what was going on. They said everything was fine and that they put more air into the tires.Well, a few days later my back tired popped. I got it replaced and when I did the dashboard light went away,. So there definitely was something wrong that the mechanic did since the light was not apparent before their services.Now for the story of my breaks and rotors. Note that I have 3 babies under three. The way they put my breaks on was not safe at all. .Let alone with a tire popping while I was driving! If I would've wreck they'd definitely have a lawsuit. Anyway, the guy who put on my rotor and breaks on did not clean my rotors. So the film was burning while I drove. And the breaks did not fit in the callipers properly, so there was scrapping metal on metal on my brand new rotors, and it was difficult to break while driving since it wasnt clamping down well. Not to mention the horrible sound every time I braked!So far, Ive spent 300$ fixing their mess up.UPDATE: Another tire problem because of them... lug nuts on 2 tires were loose, I almost wrecked yesterday on the interstate because of it... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACEUPDATE! The breaks that they put on where not put on correctly and crystallized... Almost wrecked on fort Henry. Took it to Calhouns. They had to put new breaks and tires.Moral of the story, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

THESE ARE THE WORST, RUDEST, BIGGEST LIARS I HAVE EVER MET! I wish I could give a worse rating. All I needed was a tire and the rim mounted told then I could even put the tire on myself if that saved time, I called ahead and they said if you head this way now we got you. So I drive 20 mins on my spare tire which is already on its last leg for them to say or sorry we can't help you know. I literary started crying bc they were the only option I had that I could afford and I would have no way to get to work or school and my spare was on its last leg. I even offered to pay extra bc they were my only option. And I guess just because I'm a little girl I don't matter and they refused to help me still while I'm crying begging then for help after they already told me to come down and they would help. They are total pos that don't care about customers at all. They will never get nug business and I'll write reviews on every place I can about them to make sure people know not to give these awful horrible people your money.

Way to expensive for used tires compared to other local used tire stores. Not sure on new tires. Wanted $60 to switch 2 tires with 2 other tires and only balance 2 of them. Took them to Kingsport used tires and they did it for $25.
