Excellent hot and iced coffee. They have a good variety of donuts and sandwiches. The employees are super friendly and they have monthly specials, so there's always something new to try. But sometimes the drive thur is long and slow.Vegetarian options: Egg and cheese wraps, biscuits and donuts.

Other than the drinks, my experiences are fantastic! But... It seems every time I get my usual large hot chocolate (mobile order everytime) this is usually what I get smh. The cup is barely past halfway full and sometimes it super rich and thick (which is fine) , sometimes it's perfect 👌, then sometimes it's real watery like today's was. Wish they would keep it consistent so I can know if I want to go to another location. In the photo of the outside of the cup is where the cup is filled up to🤦🏽‍♀️ I literally could have paid for a medium or small and gotten this amount... just expect close to what I'm paying for🤷🏽‍♀️

I love this store me and my husband visit almost everyday and always have positive interactions with the staff, they are all very friendly, professional, and uplifting which goes a long way especially early in the morning. to the staff thank you all for all you do and the positive impact you make in our lives. HUGE shout out to Tammy, Brittany Walker, Laura, and the young girl that always knows to put cinnamon in my hot coffee xoxo the Cancels.

Update: Still slowEven worse than previous review, which is below They decided to empty out a storage locker and then all stop and smoke (there are 2 people sitting there smoking, other one is hiding behind boxes) while customers are lined up around to the entrance of the property. They can't be bothered to turn on their mobile ordering so everyone has to sit in the slowest drive thru of all Dunkin locations. It is literally quicker to order in the app from colonial heights and drive there to get it. Plus they seem overwhelmed and bothered that are there. Despite the fact that there are 7 employees all together, I only noticed 3 actually working.Original review below:Sadly, they have went downhill in the past year. The store has become....gooey on the inside. Everything is greasy and dusty. The tops of the coffee bean grinders are disgusting. There are flies and gnats in the cups that they have on display. Also if you order food inside it takes 30 minutes to get it. They are too busy fulfilling drive thru orders to put you in order of when you actually ordered. We waited 35 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and when I seemed annoyed about it the manager referred to me as the 'rude' guy. Needless to say our family will no longer come back.

Oh my gosh it's a hit or miss here whether you have cream filling or not in your donuts.. I mean you're spending $9 almost for half a dozen of donuts. You would think they'd be able to get some cream filling in there.. I asked for some extra filling one time and they said I had to give them 24 or 48 hours notice cuz they're not able to do it on site. The donuts are transported to them already filled..

Your (legit) employee blue hair needs to get back to work & not be in the bathroom with another man. My husband was waiting to use the restroom, your employee came out, the door relocked, and then the other person came out. How do we know if they washed their hands or not before returning to work after that!? NOT ACCEPTABLE AT A PLACE THAT SERVES FOOD AND DRINKS. NOT OK AT ALL.

I usually do NOT leave bad reviews, but when I mentioned to the cashier about my drink being wrong she looked at the tag and said "well it says it's got coconut in it." When I questioned my coconut refresher. I told her at other locations it had a a more "milky" color she simply said "that's weird" and shoved it out the window at me. She didn't even check with who made it to verify. I get a coconut refresher a couple times a week from other locations so have a pretty good idea about how they should look and taste.I also ordered the pesto and tomato grilled cheese without tomato because I would be eating it while going down the road heading back to Greeneville and the tomatoes make the sandwich a bit more messy and I just don't care for them anyways, but LOVE pesto on my grilled chees. I got down the road and opened it up to discover the tomatoes. I didn't go back since 1. I was 10 minutes down the road. 2. Had all 4 kids with me. And 3. I had already been told I was incorrect about my drink being wrong and did not want to deal with this employee again.Definitely will be avoiding this location next time I visit HMG.

I will say this store has came from the bottom barrel... it's had a high turn over for awhile but as soon as I seen them open, I jumped back in to give them my money.. Been going here for 3 years almost, order the SAME THING everytime. Use to be strawberry dragon fruit with coconut milk but switched it to almond cause they got rid of coconut milk... been paying the same price for however long they got rid of coconut milk BUT TODAY they want to say I have to pay $2 extra for the almond milk... So they want me to pay almost $8 for a refresher... she said her manager Tammy and her discussed it because inventory wasn't matching up... well something ain't adding up...and the other dunkins are doing it and inventories are out of whack, so what makes it okay for them to make this decision.. this store is right by my house! Super convient!! But now I can't get WHAT I LIKE cause they are trying to charge me an extra $2! I LITERALLY SPEND ABOUT $50 OR MORE A WEEK in dunkin because I buy for others too and food.. this is just CRAZY!

I go to this Dunkin almost daily…. And I order a coffee with a flavor and I’m lucky to get it sometimes, they don’t put the flavor in it , and I been ordering a egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese on it or on the side and when it’s on the side they charge me 99 cents for it extra and most of the time don’t give me the cream cheese. Well today my coffee was right, but they smeared some cream cheese on 1 half of one side of my bagel not even the whole top or bottom and charged me for the cream cheese that I didn’t get. I’m annoyed that is the service I got after waiting about 25 mins in the line. 🙃

Stopped by to get a dozen donuts and they decided to switch employees while we tried ordering in the drive thru. Ordered a variety, two of them being the vanilla creme, which on the poster at the menu show powdered sugar crème filled donuts. When we get home, what I have instead are two donuts that look like Boston cream on the outside but with a dollop of vanilla crème on top, and some weird custard I can’t explain in the middle. Plus the donut itself is stale. I quit getting coffee from here years ago because it was like everyone forgot how to make a decent coffee drink. Now it’s like they don’t know their donuts either.

my issue isnt with staffing as other may say. i believe in pure communication. that should ensure a proper order. however, i will never return to this location. i do not know if it is due to company changes, or purely management decision, but no more. tired of 2-4 times a month going to dunkin hoping for a change. donuts are much smaller than usual, especially if you compare to 2 years ago. dough seems more dense, dry, not as fresh like. idk if there was a change, or the donut is laying there longer not being sold. inside? filling? where? i bought 6 donuts, 2 different types. every donut was maybe half full. some had almost none! when pipping a donut dont you make sure enough is in there? from the pictures posted you can see a little bit of it at the top. is it a new piping tool? is the donut cut with a knife and told to put the bavarian cream in? not jus a dime full to reserve on filling, cost, and all else? this is what it seems like. donuts were almost all dough. if i want dough ill order pizza. as picture shown. this is almost half into a donut. every single one was such as this. 11 for 6 donuts! price is crazy for dough!

Just went in and the girls were sweet but my donut literally tasted days old. The bread was dry and disgusting. I ask for a barbarian crème donut and specified I wanted it with the power on it and ended up getting the Boston creme which is NOT what I asked for and instead of letting me know they were out of it they expected me to just drive off and be happy. The girl at the window was kind enough to give me another vanilla sprinkled but it ended up being dry too. I’m very very disappointed ☹️

If they would dedicate themselves to taking care of their customers. As much as they gather in their chit chat huddles , they would be amazing. But they don't and that's why it takes so long to get a drink and the drive thru line is 10 cars long and on top of of all that they still mess up your order .

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but they got my coffee wrong. No sweet foam on my nitro cuz i’m lactose intolerant. Strike one, Got down the road wrong doughnuts. Strike two. Decided to eat anyway. Big long blond hair ran between my teeth. Strike three your out. I might never eat a doughnut again. 🤮🤢 update: I decided to give it another try. I’ll just say the management needs to be fired and replaced. I ordered a nitro cold brew and it tasted off, really off. The young girl tasted it and agreed. They replaced the container. Still off. Then the manager proceeded to lecture me and tell me I didn’t know what it was really supposed to taste like and that it was different than regular coffee. Umm, I order this at least 2 times a week. She looked at me the whole time like I was the problem and not the coffee. She was really rude and made me feel very upset. I repeat This location is awful.Save your money go somewhere else

Can anyone tell me where the coffee is? I know everyone is cutting costs, but I asked for a coffee, not a creamer. Busiest dunkin I've ever been to. Cars out to the road all day long. They should know what a killing that store is making and open another one. I love dunkin, but it's almost not worth it to wait in that line. The coffee here was good, but had definitely declined. For $5 a latte I should get more coffee then creamer in my opinion

I got an iced matcha latte and they literally filled the whole cup with ice. I finished my drink in like 5 sips. The latte was good, but I would have liked to have gotten more of the actual drink.

They close at weird random times. Also, if they are open, it’s impossible to stop for coffee because the lobby has been closed since 2020. The drive thru line is so long and slow, a coffee stop would take at least an hour! The pandemic closures are over and yet this place won’t open up their lobby. You rarely ever hear about it in the news anymore. I can assure them we are all safe, just open the lobby back up!

I love this place! Thank you! I know that's biased but if you're experience is good and I know everything's not 100 but I love it when mine is always 100% like that. However, today was not the case. I respectfully paid for something extra that I did not get more knowledge about what to expect coming in next time which is perfectly fine. But I made up for it today got my drinks looking off fluffy with the round top that I paid for LOL
