Well on this beautiful Saturday morning June 10 th I was heading in the dollar tree to grab a few things when a couple of the workers were outside smoking. The shortest older woman took a big puff then slung half that cigarette in the parking lot. That's littering and carrys a big fine. I thought this was rude and disrespectful of her to litter in the parking lot.

Cashier didn’t bother to say hello or acknowledge my existence other than ringing up my purchase. She talked with other cashier. Never bothered to say thank you. When I stood there and said thank you she just looked at me. Older cashier with blond hair. Needs to learn customer service. I won’t be back

I went in this store earlier this evening on February 23rd at 7pm. The customers in the store were nasty and Rude. When I went to pay for my items the cashier was extremely rude and hateful to me.She had blonde hair and tattoos on her hand. That end of town has nothing but trash there. I should had known better to stop in that store. Ewwww

They need to fix the air conditioner it is so hot in there it's ridiculous and I know the workers are hot. It's not the dollar tree any longer everything is $1.25 -$3 or $5 and still made of cheap material

I just went there today to get a new soap dish and a few other things and I am thoroughly disgusted. First of all we are knee deep in a pandemic and not a SINGLE person in that store has on a mask besides me, including all of the employees. I felt so unsafe. The people shopping in there looked dirty and trashy and so did all of the employees. One of the cashiers was walking around stuffing food in her mouth while talking loudly to another cashier two aisles over. The aisles are so small you don’t have room to pass someone without being two inches from their face. The freezer/refrigerator section was completely wiped out, hardly a single item left in it. I probably won’t come back here…I feel like I probably contracted Covid and scabies just from being in there for 10 minutes.

I love the dollar tree on stone Drive in Kingsport Tn. There are two employees that are sweet and will help you out with no hesitation. Idk their names, one is blonde with a bun and the other one is tall, skinny with dark hair. Everyday has a new selection and they keep it clean also.

Store is fine, if in need of a good cleaning and updating...help, no so much. Prejudice against tattooed people I suspect, snippy, and after 3 people in front of me got a 'have a blessed day', I did not. Usually don't shop here, will stick with other DTs, and Dollar Gen...if your disgruntled, get another job....

4stars because of size of store. Company needs to expand to next door.This lil store is clean, busy, friendly, helpful, always find things here I never see in other $ Trees.This store is 30 minutes from my home & can't wait to stop by when I have apt.'s in this town. Love it......peace

This is a smaller store than most. They rarely have things stocked up when I go in there and some members of management aren't very friendly while others are quite nice. The store appears clean and usually is neatly kept.

The West Stone Drive Dollar Tree.They change managers consistently, the store always seems to be a mess, and not stocked very well. The East Stone, and Fort Henry stores always nice, neat, and well stocked. But they also haven't had a management change ever since I've been going to them.

The store is alot cleaner but there is shelves that has been empty for 4 month that are still empty. The reason I went was fir seasonal and home decor and both empty and has been empty and if u look un the back the have and had boxes that says spring seasonal that still hasnt been put out.they dont have hardly anything in the craft department and the whole 12 foot section where the baskets go is bone dry I'm gonna have to start driving 27 minutes to get the items I need what a shame.

That dollar store does stay busy a lot which could be a good thing for the business but can be bad for the shoppers. The shelves stay half empty all the time, and only one cashier most of the time. Plus the employees never seem to be a good mood. My husband went in there to buy something and the cashier was really rude to him. Since that had happened he will not step back in there to buy anything. They only way we go shopping there anymore is if I go in there and buy stuff but without my husband. Just would be nice if the staff was a lot nicer and they melted the shelves better stocked.

Obviously good prices and surprisingly good quality on some products. If you're careful with selection of items, you can sometimes snag a good deal. Other times you only need something that's as good as a dollar will buy. Either way, we frequent this location and will continue to as long as they have some decent quality stuff. BTW, if you're looking for Bibles for a visitation ministry, they have KJV Bibles regularly. Gets God's with in people's hands.

This store is a blessing to community. It offers great products at the amazing price of just a $1 per item. I've shopped here for as long as I can remember. Its honestly in my opinion tha this store is the to go place for household items as well as personal hygiene products. Party supplies, stocking stuffers and holiday decor.

Large selection of good products and a lot of them good quality. The lines are usually long and takes a bit of time to check out even if there were 4 employees working only 1 will be on a register even though they have 4 or 5 registers. But over all clean and friendly employees.

Was treated very rude by the checkout girl. Very rude because I came through her Lane when her light was off.When you work with the public you need to be nice to the customer.Not sure what her problem was but.Very rude and didn't seem to care.Not looking forward to shopping there again anytime soon.

At the time I was there the shelves were fairly empty and only had one cashier and a long line. Had one person stocking the shelves.I found only one item that was on the shelf. The other was out and the lady stocking said to come back either later or the next day as she had a big order come in but could not look for it. I needed it so bought it somewhere else.I was disappointed that so many items were missing from the shelves

According to the website the store opens at 9am. When the cashierarrived she said we do not open until 10am. I politely said the website says 9am. She yelled at me at said that is why this sign says 10am. Now please keep in mind that while she was being RUDE, she was letting 2 people in the store! I will be contacting a manager!

It's clean always Every time I visit. The cashiers are extremely sweet, friendly and courteous. I love the items sold there, especially Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and summer decorations.

A lady, who found a product for me, looked mad and talked and acted firm. The cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said "Yes". She punched the "Yes" on the screen for me to get the receipt printed. I would have rather done it myself. Walmart has a cheaper price than Dollar Tree for a few items.

Luv it bc it's as it says a dollar for everything. It's clean n friendly workers also don't mind 2 help u with questions or to find a product. Being a Single Mom now we have 2 watch what we spend n I'd rather stop 2 places than pay 3x the amount for something in Walmart compared to here!

Well they were putting up new stock and the 2 employees kept making comments about putting up another sign saying aisle was closed because customers kept coming into the aisle. Yes they had small boxes in floor but they could have moved them up near the shelf being stocked and continued with stocking without the comments. I left my stuff in buggy and just left it

This is my favorite store, most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, I can usually find what I am looking for, if not, all I have to do is ask and at least one of the managers will help me or they will call other local Dollar Trees for me. Some days this store is very clean other days it's rather nasty, I think some of the managers care alot about their store and I think the others DON'T... Over all my experience has been pleasant and I will keep shopping here.

I've been buying a few things here for the low prices that I use on a daily basis. Cleaning and other items that are definitely cheaper than the other stores. All kinds of stuff for you name it and they have it on sale for the low low price of one dollar.

If I could, I would give half a star. Some of the employees there deserve beyond a 5 star rating, but whoever hired the new manager, needs to have their head examined!! But of course, as was over heard commenting to a co-worker "I'm only here for the paycheck." Well, it shows!!

I know of the one Mr. Thatch speaks of, and it makes one wonder how she is aloud to keep her job there!! Does she do a little something on the side for the big wigs!? Is that how you move up in this company?? I feel sorry for those who have to work in such conditions!

Really long line, one cashier at register, 2 othersworkers just standing and talking. Stood in line at least 10 minutes before getting checked out. But the cashier was really nice.
