This newer Dg marketplace has several regular items $.50 to $.75 more than other local Dg's in its immediate area. It's just kinda aggrvtn during these economic times to see a place exploit prices becouse of its surrounding area. Even 30% of the ice cream is more at this location. Just compare the prices to other local Dg's and anyone will be able to see difference. Canned cheese for example in photo. I just dislike seeing this location following WMT tactics and having to go to a different DG 7min away to save money. Also, the smaller Dg was super nice and actually bought me a 1 liter coke for having to go through line twice. I'm sure alot of people are watching prices, but don't expect close stores to have same prices, especially depending on the area it's in.

I went up there about 8:30 tonight to pick up stuff for my neighbor that just got out of the hospital today & accidentally left my cell phone there. Not sure if another customer found it & turned it in or one of the 2 guys working there found it but bless their hearts for holding it until I could run back up there to pick it up. I was pretty frantic so it was such a blessing they had it safe & sound for me. Thanks so much to everyone involved!!

I shop here several times a week as I live close by. I’ve been coming to this store for as long as I can remember, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I have the past couple visits. Everyone here is friendly except the cashiers! Im not sure what is going on, but they won’t even speak to you except to tell you a total. I sure hope they can get some better people in there soon, as I know how hard it is to staff anywhere nowadays.

More of a selection than your average Dollar General......good place to stop in and grab a few things instead going to a big box store.Fair prices as well.

This staff is amazing . I’ve gotten to know them throughout the years , since this location has opened up! My son and I always look forward to going in picking up a few things , and saying hello to the employees!I keep meaning to feel out a servey for them! The store is always , always , clean and in order! They always have it stocked . If they don’t . It’s usally because the truck didn’t come in yet .I love this store !

Super clean store. Friendly staff. Awesome selection for a small supermarket and loads of good prices/sales/coupons. Worth the trip to Indian Springs. Best Dollar General in the Tri- Cities. Spurgeon could use one just like this!

It's very conveniently located... Most of the staff members are great and consider certain people is regulars like myself... Generally clean for the most part friendly staff and fresh groceries.. we needed a place around here like that that sold groceries!!

Easy to navigate. Offers the top national brand plus their brand for most grocery items. Perfect for a quick grocery shopping trip. Dollar General also has a few household items such as coffee pots, plastic storage bins, clothes pins, gift sets, seasonal items, etc. I really appreciate this store.

It's a very scaled down supermarket combined with the regular fare your expect from a Dollar General. You can pick up produce, meats, milk, and some dinner basics as long as you aren't looking for anything exotic. It's convenient and usually pretty quick to pick up the occasional item.

I live 1 minute away from the market, but even if I lived closer to a big box store, I would prefer to go to dollar general market to get groceries. No they do not have as much as say Walmart or Kroger, but you don't have to deal with the crowds at the market. Always busy, but never obnoxiously busy where you start getting irritated with the crowds. Easy to navigate store. You don't have to walk a mile to get all your stuff. Great prices on meat, bread and milk. I buy the majority of my groceries at dollar general market. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly clean and diversely stocked. Some things you would assume would be there (like Dr Enuf), are not, but they have sizeable Mexican sections, as well as health/beauty and a better produce section than you would expect.

I went there today when they first opened to find a toy that the website showed in stock. I’ve worked in plenty of retail stores and I know the online stock count is not reliable! So I wasn’t hopeful anyway. So I go in I look around obviously not knowing where it is and after no hope I find a female employee and ask her if she knows if they have the item and show her a picture. She rudely said “ if you looked on the toy isle and it ain’t there we don’t have it! I ain’t never seen that!” Then turned around and walked off. Well needless to say I’ll never go back, which I’m sure that doesn’t matter. No need to be rude though.

I shop at a couple different Dollar General stores, they have alot of product's and different brands to choose from, like clothing, cleaning products, hygiene, pet ,office hardware, supplies and grocery's but this is the only one around here that I have been to that carries produce, fresh veggies🍓🍌🍅🥒🥕🥔🌰🍇. They also carry alot more frozen🍗🥩🍱🍧 items top brands and very good prices, clean and organized a great place to shop fast for your family, pets, home holidays ect.. get top brand products, save time and money, time ⏳and money 💸is very essential and important🔑in life especially when it comes to family.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👦🐕🐈💞💯👍.

Bought Twenty Dollars in groceries on 4/29 then realized a $2.25 bar of cheese was not in my bags when I got home. I called the store and explained and was told the manager said that if it wasn't on their list, can't help you. So in my opinion, if $2.25 means more to you than making things right, then you don't need me anyway. Not a very intelligent concept for doing business. Will not be back and will be sure to pass along the info to absolutely everyone about your policy.

Best Dollar General around. Love the fact it is always very clean and in order. Can buy some fresh meats here too which is not common for Dollar General. Highly recommend a stop in to check it out.

I like being able to get other things like fresh lettuce and stuff like that, that you can't get at a normal Dollar General. And the staff are awesome and always so nice!

This is a great little market! They carry a limited selection of fresh fruits and veggies, fresh meat and dairy. It is perfect to run by and pick up something you’ve forgotten!

You all put your stores in all the right places. Use to be convenient markets, but they are very limited in their inventory. Not Dollar General. They have almost anything you need. Love it!!!

Live in the neighborhood, love the store and the staff. I go there first when buying things unless I know they dont carry what I need. Would recommend this place to anyone.
