Brian over at Assured Auto treated me great. I have an 06 Monte Carlo which was involved in a hit and run a few months back, and the insurance company would not sign off on the suspension. Anthony from B&E which is where my car was being put back together recommend Assured Auto. Let me tell you, he was right. I usually just give star ratings, and maybe a "great job" here and there. But, these guy's are great. Great service, great prices, great people. They might look like a small town garage, but believe me when I tell you that they have the tools, and equipment to take on Any task that gets thrown at them. You gotta check them out, you will be extremely pleased when you do. Thanks guys for everything.

I found Assured Auto Repair while looking to find someplace to assess what was wrong with my car when it broke down. I called after checking other reviews and seeing good reports on this service. After getting the car towed to the garage, Brian ran a diagnostic for the car. He was great because he found that the problem was something that was still under warranty for my vehicle and arranged for the car to be checked by the local dealer rather than charge me for repairs. He was great to make sure that I understood what the problem was and what made the repair fall under the warranty for my car. He also called the next week to make sure that the dealer did do the repairs under warranty and that everything was okay.Being a person who was visiting in town, it is great to know that there are people who will make sure that things are done right and not take advantage of you because you are visiting the area and are female. I greatly recommend Brian and Assured Auto Repair if you need work done in the Tri-City area.

Horrible customer service- asked I drop the car off on Sunday evening for diagnosis on Monday afternoon. I called Monday, nothing had been done. They would not give me an appointment. I called Monday afternoon, they said Tuesday morning. I waited until 10:30 to call them and Owner Brian Johnson told me they had not worked on it. I told him I was picking it up and he tried to haggle diagnostic pricing, despite not doing it. He stated, “I’d like to charge ya something” and hit me for a bill for $85 to get my car back. To boot- Brian left the property when I came to get my car. Another gentleman was in the property calling a tow truck after his issue had sat at Assured Auto for 3 weeks with no repair. I am also concerned for Mr. Johnson’s sobriety, as his words are often slurred. Even his own employee stated when I declined “additional diagnostic and repair” and said I’ll go elsewhere, “I can’t blame you.” 85 dollars later.. they wouldn’t tell me anything.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. This shop is a goat rodeo.

I recommend Brian and staff at Assured Auto Repair because of his expertise and honesty in diagnosing and fixing my Toyota Prius as well a Mitsubishi of a relative I took there. Brian's pricing for his work is very reasonable compared to other shops I have used. Brian has years of experience and can be trusted. I am not from this area. I thought being from out of town, having issues with my truck, and at the mercy of a repair shop that it would cost an arm and a leg. Dan and Brian treated me very fair and are extremely knowledgeable. Their knowledge, friendliness, and quick action on my truck are greatly appreciated. I recommend anyone that needs work on their vehicle to pay them a visit.

Brian has always been helpful, knowledgeable and kind with getting my car up and working mulitple times. Be it just minor work done to getting a new water pump and radiator he has always been awesome. I recommand him over anyone else in the area.
