This pharmacy is just the best that my husband and I have dealt with. Two Pharmacists, Cindy & Stacey have kept me from taking wrong rx (due to my allergies to medicines & a Grnvl' TN ER dr giving me the wrong script). They provide information without showing that it is an imposition...The others that give us our shots, that only ring up our items - All are so helpful. & when a person is really sick - they advocate for you. THANK YOU to all at the Pharmacy Dept.But - the front store staff - Cosmetic area, Front Checkout, - Also so helpful, very nice people! Thank you, too!This is the ONLY store (Grocers included) that I don't mind having to go in to.

Walgreens in Jonesborough Tn. On May 3, 2024. Rebecca in pharmacy and Susan in cosmetics were a great help today. Both came out on floor to assist. I found products I needed. I can't thank them enough, such nice and courteous personalities. Thank you Ladies!!! Brenda V.

Yesterday we picked up my daughter's medication this morning. I went and opened it up so that I could give it to her and they gave me the wrong prescription. I called the pharmacy asking if they could give me what was actually on the paper being it was not what was in the bottle and they said that they could not fix their mistake and I would have to get my doctor to calling another. Prescription to fix their mess up. They refused to help in the situation even though we had been to the pharmacy twice yesterday to figure everything out and was told that we were able to get the. Prescription that was needed for my daughter. This is the 2nd time this has happened. DO NOT USE WALGREENS PHARMACY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKES.

Always a terrible experience at the pharmacy! The line is always long, they are never helpful, they mess up more things than they get right, mgr. is rude. I've been going here for years for convenience and I'm done and I would recommend anybody to use anywhere else besides this Walgreens to shop!

The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares. She went above and beyond to make sure my young child had the correct medication after originally being prescribed something he could have reacted very poorly to. She addressed all my questions and concerns even though she was extremely busy. Her level of kindness and compassion is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Literally shut the pharmacy down 1 minute before 9pm after I had been sitting in line for over 10 minutes. Wouldn’t acknowledge I was there, had to knock for them to respond when they clearly saw me and I had been in line way before closing.

Thank you for helping my WV daughter get a rapid test so she could return to school. The pharmacy went out of their way to be helpful during a time they seemed overwhelmed. They were professional, friendly, and very much appreciated.

We came to this location for our Moderna Covid boosters. The reason that I'm NOT giving a 5⭐ rating is because those that are giving any vaccinations, need to be trained that if it's an intramuscular injection, you NEVER pinch the skin up (which she did at least 3-4 times throughout the injection)! ***It's common sense & knowledge (or should be to anyone giving injections), that the arm NEEDS to be completely relaxed (NOT tightened up in any way), in order to have little to no pain, post-injection! (The ONLY time that you pinch up the skin is for subcutaneous (under the skin) injections!)***Our arms felt beaten, stiff, and extremely sore for a good week!***Our first 2 (Moderna) doses were given correctly at the CVS on Market Street, and we never even felt it. Make sure that you ask that they NOT squeeze/pinch up your arm during your injection (otherwise, it'll feel like you've been beaten by a baseball bat at the location given in your arm)!***

This store does not honor online prices/coupons. The cashier was shown an online cost for an item but would not honor it at the register. Was told I could do an “online” order and receive this price. Seems like a waist of time for both parties when a simple price change would have been sufficient. Do not shop here.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I've been out of my medication for a week, but every time I got to get my medicine in wait a half hour in the drive-through and still don't get it. Meanwhile I get hate texts from Walgreens about not getting my medicine. Im transferring to Johnson city. At least there I can get my medicine.

Walgreens pharmacy on east Jackson highway has an xcellant employee working there. Her name is Awilda very polite and helpful. I’m so glad there is people out there that care about others like she does. Thank you Walgreens xcellant hire

Terrible service by the pharmacy. Always a huge line because they make multiple mistakes with every customer. Would not recommend for anyone in Jonesbrough unless it is your last option.

Dropped off a prescription and none of my questions I asked were answered. Went to pick it up a few days later and I asked some more questions because the medicine being sold to me was different than what I was told the other day. I have no idea what happened but she said she couldnt sell the prescription to me anymore and I had to come back later. I told her I was confused and she said “Im sorry have a good day.” Ughhfjjdjfjr.

Love this location!! When we walk up to the pharmacy they know who we are,and they always try to get us best price by using discount cards.very friendly.been to alot of wallgreens in tri cities and never have a problem with anything. The others I have had to make complaints about..

They lied to me when I called to say hey I will be there before you close and I knew I was cutting it close they said oh as long as you're in line at the drive-thru you will be okay so there I am behind the car at the window at 8:58 it pulls off I pull up and they shut the window on me anyway the worst thing about it is is they saw me there and they heard me yet they ignored me even when I told them I drove 30 minutes to get there and I had spoke to a girl on the phone saying I would be there at 8:58 because that is what my GPS said and that is exactly when I got there and she said it'll be okay as long as you're in line so either they don't know what they're talking about or they're liars and then when I approach them outside at 9:05 when they were leaving they were very rude I don't have anything good to say about this place

Absolutely the wrost treatment I've ever had from the pharmacy which is sad because I've been going there for years, the women's name was Wendy and she was absolutely unbelievably RUDE. And something should be done. I will never go back there as I told them that day. A shame really not even an apology.... If you are that miserable at your job and hate it that much MOVE on to something that doesn't envole people.

I prefer to pick up my curbside and photo orders from this location on the rare occasions that I shop at Walgreens. The staff seems to be more on top of things at this store than some of the other ones I’ve used in the area.

I wouldn't walk into a Walgreens for a bottle of Tylenol... This Walgreens in Jonesborough has a horrible pharmacy and pharmacists... I recommend Food City or CVS...

Ive been going to Walgreen's pharmacy for years,well today i was shorted 3 tablets from a 20 count scrip, they are narcotics so they had to watch a video showing pills being counted,she came back an told me they had put 20 pills in bottle that she couldn't replace them,well thats ok,never had this issue with walgreens sll the years ive been going,but thats the last time i will step foot in Walgreens,never again,i except to get wat i paid for,an i expected the camera footage to show the mistake but apparently they have theifs workin back there,thanks for nuthin!!
