Drove all the way up from Greeneville to purchase a pressure washer that they had advertised in their Labor Day sale with a great price, only to find out that their website was lying, and they didn't actually HAVE any of the units they had advertised for sale despite the site saying they were in stock. Turns out that they *knew* their inventory was incorrect because the unit we went up to buy had been missing for "a couple of weeks" according to the guy at the counter, but they hadn't actually bothered to fix the count.So completely wasted a trip because of either straight-up incompetence, or dishonest marketing (that's up to question).And *of course* there's no rain checks on sale prices.

I went for an item I have been searching for that I desperately need for my daughters birthday. The website showed 2 in stock but I could not find them once I got there. However it wasn't a completely wasted trip as they did have another schleich horse set one it was almost half off with their sale price. As always staff was helpful and friendly. Support your local TSC.

We like Tractor Supply, but my husband is a 24 year Veteran and they don't give Vets a discount like most of the other stores that carry the same line of products. We only shop there when we can't find what we need at the other stores that give us a discount. We save money by shopping at the other stores. It's more than just the money though, it's showing honor for our Veterans who have gave so much for the freedoms we enjoy.

It’s fun to go in to Tractor Supply! Every time I’ve gone in, I have been treated very well, too. Their employees are always so helpful and friendly. Mike is fabulous, and Niko, Taylor and Brooke are also delightful.

Let me say that normally I love tractor supply and spend thousands a year there for my farm. This review is for a specific location. I went into the store on a Saturday. The place was a mess and I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I left. I found the item online and it said it was available for pick up the next day. I ordered and paid for the item. I arrived at 3:30pm and called for the curbside pickup. Two employees came out and said they have the item but it’s on a pallet and that I would need to come back the next day. This is a 20lb propane heater. I showed them the receipt that said it was available for pickup. They reiterated it was still on a pallet with other items and I couldn’t pick it up. I opted to return the item and get a credit. I had to go into the store where the line was 7 people deep with one cashier and four more employees milling around. By the time I made it to the register I told the acting manager they could have removed the item from the pallet to satisfy the order. It’s disheartening that they are willing to let a $110 item be returned without so much as even an apology. I will never step foot in the Jonesborough TN Tractor Supply again. 1 hour round trip and fuel for nothing. I hope Andrew the manager reads this and takes some ownership of a store that needs leadership.Update-the manager called me and was very polite and apologetic.

I purchased a GroundWork Pro Series 70-lb walk-behind spreader at the Jonesborough Tractor Supply store about two years ago. The first time I used it the plastic handle on the flow control broke off. They replaced the spreader. I tried to be careful but the same thing happened on the second one. I only use a spreader twice a year. Obviously a poor design made out of plastic. The store replaced this one too. The new model has a much improved metal flow control assembly and a couple of other upgrades. Haven't used it yet but so far I am very happy with the quality improvements.

We have never been inside the store but we use curbside pickup up for pet food all the time, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Sometimes there is a bit of a longer wait than most places, but the employees are always nice.

Very convenient if you are wanting merchandise off the shelves. Absolutely horrible if you need merchandise from the back, or in the fenced in area. Waited for 27 minutes for 1 gate. Waited for 35 minutes for a bundle of tpost. Today I waited for 44 minutes for 6 bags of Quickcrete.

They've just had a sale on tools it's still going on at all Tractor Supplies I think. I purchased tools that I needed that at other stores Home Depot Lowe's xcetera cost twice as much and more, and I work on Harley-Davidsons professionally and they hold up and do very well. We all could use the savings on the tools we need and so much more I Tractor Supply. The staff is helpful, enformed, and professional. Just an all-around good shopping experience with savings an excellent tools Plus so much more

Has just about eveything tou may need for the farm, and the yard at your house. Good selection of pet food and feed. Has a reasonably good tool selection and plenty of hardware. I buy the salt for my water softener here as well. Stop in your bound to find something you need at a reasonable price.
