This was my first visit. I was greeted by the most pleasant woman. She directed me exactly to what I came in for. We chatted at check out and discussed the kind of food my dog eats. She was very knowledgeable about their products and gave me a sample of dog food to try. I plan to return and highly recommend this store.

Always love coming here when i come to Jonesborough! Amazing staff and so very helpful and great selection for my kitties! If your cats love catnip toys they have a good selection and for treats i recommend the freeze dried chicken :)

Love shopping here for my pet needs. I love the tuckers raw frozen food. We always grab some bones and wonderful smelling shampoo too. Fairly priced, great customer service and I'd prefer to support a local small business than a big box store.

The staff are very educated about the products they carry. They have a fantastic selection of dog foods, from kibble to fresh food and bones, and they carry raw goat milk which my dogs love.

Our first visit to Tennessee Tails was super and we’re sure to return. Info we needed on probiotics for our picky Cavapoo resulted in using the recommended raw goat milk. And our puppy loves it! Her poops have returned to where they should be.Bonnie was a bonus. So knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She is a gem!We were so impressed by their business model of giving full bag samples of foods to find something healthy that our picky pup would eat and enjoy!

Today I visited Tennessee Tails Pet Boutique with my little Princess. She is so hard to fit with a harness because of her small size. The lady took great care to fit her with a nice harness and gave us a food sample and a supplement to try. I love the time and care they take with pets and their owners. Thank you so much.

Fantastic little pet boutique! Hugh educated us on different types of dog food and which would work best for our two. We have seen great results in their energy and coats since the switch. Highly recommend checking them out and ask about their oil supplement for dogs. Thank you!

Took my dog to pick out a toy for her 12th birthday. Hugh spoiled her rotten with so many treats. He did a great job making her feel special. Then he gave me plenty of samples and so much information to help me navigate my dog transitioning to senior dog. It was a great experience and I love how above and beyond Hugh and this store went for my “favorite child”.

We took our fur baby to Tennessee Tails to get her a harness that wouldn't "choke" her when she pulls to check thinks out beyond her lead. We got personal help and treatment from Huge and left with a harness that I felt was exactly what I was looking for. We've been there several times and have always felt welcome while we were there.
