I was only visiting the area, so I don't have much experience with this Lowes.My only issue was the paint aisle was closed to customers. I like to shop and compare products before choosing something, including paint.The rest of my shopping experience went as expected, and the cashier was nice.I bought the paint elsewhere.

The employees are extremely helpful and kind! The guy in lumber was professional and friendly and helped me find everything I needed. I also purchased two plants from the garden center and they are doing great! Walmart could learn a thing or two from the Lowes Garden Center. 😅

I really want to thank the appliance team at Lowe's in Jonesborough. There was a whole fiasco with getting a dishwasher. None of this was thier fault and they were more than friendly and professional in helping me find a solution. I am definitely coming to them first next time I have to replace an appliance.

We worked with Jamie in the cabinet department to organize and order our new kitchen cabinets. He was very helpful and was able to find the best deal for our order. We will be coming back to him for ordering kitchen finishing touches. Thank you Jamie for being so great!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large store with more than enough options to get the job done! Best place to go for ALL home improvement needs, gardening plans, decoration ideas and even cleaning supplies. This store offers so much at great quality and great pricing! The staff is always helpful and if one associate doesn't know the answer, they will find you someone who does. They always ensure every customer is able to find whatever they need.

This is a nice clean lowes compared to some of the others I have been in. If you are looking for the bathroom it's in the front instead of the back like at other stores. A good variety of vanities which is what we were looking for.

Their always so helpful when you need help finding things. I never have to wonder for hours trying to find what I'm looking for. Went in for electrical items and John was super helpful

Hit or mess if you get customer service. Self checkout now. Last thime at store I had to use because only checkout open no on was there. She was talking with another employee 15 feet away from register. But that is about the standard now.

I order a storm door back in May or June 2023. It's now almost Oct! After many phone calls and lots of patience I'm still waiting on the door to be installed! Maybe tomorrow I will know something if it's going to be here before next year! When it gets here and hopefully it will I'm hoping it won't fall off the hinges bc of shoddy installation!

I was really happy with how clean and well laid out this store was. I was able to find everything I needed, including the big blue carts that are usually so few and far between at most other locations. The outdoor area with plants and soils was also unusually clean. All of the plants looked well kept and watered, not dry and dead like other stores. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

STAY AWAY FROM LEVOLOR ROLLAR SHADES! THEY ARE MADE SOOOO CHEAPLY NOW!!! AND THEIR PELLA WINDOWS!!were so cheaply made. I wanted something to match my other windows and they are nothing like what I have. You have an extremely hard time tilting them in to clean. What a shame..For the five years I've been shopping here I have never had an issue. Customer service, cashiers, and workers in any of the departments have been very helpful and nice. Except when it came to my 5 replacement windows. They messed up with that.

I purchased one.of those small $99 pressure washer. Perfect size for what I need it for and I loved it. About 4 or 5 days ago I went out to use it. Connected the hose and fired it up. Uh oh....the metal piece that the hose screws up onto broke apart (exploded) and that was the end of it . I spoke to an employee about 3 days ago when I was there shopping and she said "bring it on". So I did. I couldn't find my paper receipt but she looked it up using my phone number and veteran's disc. Low and behold I was 2 days passed my 30 days. I told her I didn't want any money back...I needed the pressure washer. I just wanted to exchange. I spend a ton Of money at this Lowes. A ton literally. Oh well not anymore. Guess I'll be a Home Depot girl now.

UPDATE It turns out that out that the battery that came in my box was an old out of production battery. Someone else had at some time swapped batteries. They thought I was being fraudulent ( I take that based on comments and behavior) After getting angry and demanding help, they did exchange the battery with the entire blower that I brought back. I did have my receipt from the original purchase on July 14th. It is solved now, but the warranty they post on line with no questions asked is not accurate.I purchased a Kobalt blower on July 14th. The battery lasted twice and wouldn't charge. I brought the battery from Unicoi to Jonesborough. The manager says it's the wrong battery. It's the battery that was in the box. They tell me bring the whole blower and they will change it. An hour of driving and they refuse to change it. Strongly encourage DO Not buy Kobalt from Lowes!battery

I LOVE THIS STORE! The people are so nice and helpful! Mackensey went above and beyond showing my husband and I the new way to look up our Lowes card. She showed us how to sign up for rewards points and explained all the awesome perks that come with signing up and earning points! We appreciate her sharing her knowledge with us! Awesome job!

Great place to get all my needs most of the time. It was busy and they had several aisles blocked off to restock. That messed me up as I had only limited time this day. But I always love shopping at Lowes.

The self check out experience keeps getting worse. Saturday morning 8 am only 1 cashier , scanner didn’t work so had to unload ladder and all items to scan. Wouldn’t scan my license for military discount. Customer service doesn’t exist at checkout anymore. Rick May

I mainly use the app for purchases and recently I had to refund an item(the mistake was my own) however due to my specific situation I had to come back the next day to complete the refund. Chris in customer service called me an hour later to inform me the money was refunded. The situation could've(& normally would've)been a hassle, however, it was handled quickly & professionally. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had.

They priced matched Tractor Supply on water softener salt which was a huge surprise. I would have gave them 5 stars except I was told by the cashier that the veteran discount they have been giving is apparently on it's way out! I was told there was very few products store wide for veteran discounts. Nothing on sale, power tools, appliances and many other things. I have always shopped Lowe's for the discounts but will research things before automatically heading here.
