I am so impressed with the pharmacists here. They always get my medication filled extremely fast. All of the staff and pharmacists are so kind. They are happy to help me with any questions that I may have and have given me tips on issues I’ve had to make me feel better. I recommend Ingles Pharmacy to anyone that needs a place that has great hours but doesn’t wanna pay an arm and a leg to get your meds.

What is going on? Since November I have found too many expired products to count. Primarily in the dairy aisle. I bought a pint of half and half this morning and got home and it expired 2 days ago. Normally on non dairy products I don't have an expired by a few days issue but this is getting ridiculous. December there were cheese products expired by a month. Also this morning on a jarred product a woman asked it I could read the expiration date. I told her that is unreadable.Start checking dates on products cause this store obviously is not.

The store is clean. The variety of goods offered to the customer is awesome. I did find that the customer service was lacking. No smiles, nod of the head or any type of greeting was offered. This was true throughout the store and at the register. I asked to fill out an Ingles Card, but it was as if I didn't say anything. I will try again in the near future.

This store is extremely expensive. But they have the best meat in town and they do sales all the time tou just have to watch for it. It's always clean. Staff are friendly.

People very friendly. I don't think the the meat is as good as other places and it seems to be a little on the expensive side, but the produce is very good. This time of year they should not be putting out whole watermelon because they're either over ripe or just not good. But they have pretty much everything you want, and again is the people are nice and that's part of the experience.

Absolutely love everyone at my local Ingles in Jonesborough! From the pharmacy to the meat department to customer service, they treat you like family and know your name. I rarely shop anywhere else!

The store, especially produce, looked like a throwback from covid. Shelves are empty or left with just spoiled produce.It is Monday afternoon before Thanksgiving and the store should be restocked.The front end staff there was great today.

A bit more expensive than necessary in my opinion. $6.38 for a half gallon of juice is quite excessive to me.

This is a good Ingles location. They have a good selection of items and a nice clean store. They have self-checkout available.

I've had problems at jonesborough ingles usually go to Boones creek ingles but today I've decided jonesborough ingles has serious problemswent to bakery deli to ask for garlic bread slices which of course was not stocked so no one was there went across to deli where 3 people were over doing nothing asked one of them about bread l needed for spaghetti tonight so he called someone so kayla came over to tell me that the bakery person was on break it would be 15 minutes I went to front told manager the problem he said on next trip he would replace item so why couldn't manager slice the bread or ask someone to obviously has no control over employees or store and tells me I need to go to food city from now on

Best place to get your meat and veggies. More expensive typically than Walmart but it's nicer overall. I've never had any issues with the employees and have been friends with some over the years. Whenever I need help in person or over the phone I get it.I've edited my review as I've recently revisited the restrooms and they look much better than I remember. Much cleaner. Thanks.

The Starbucks in this store is not very good. I asked for a chocolate cream cold brew and I swear they put chocolate mix on the bottom.

First time shopping there and I was impressed with how clean the store was. The associates were very pleasant and when they saw you, they spoke. We used self checkout and it was a breeze. I also had my flu shot when I was finished with my shopping. The pharmacist was very pleasant and took time to go over things twice. I look forward to shopping here again

Very clean. Amazingly large selection from beautiful fresh produce to the frozen food, yummy looking fresh meat, chicken, pork, fish, great hot bar and the mouthwatering bakery everything you can imagine they have it for you. If you haven't visited be prepared to take the time to look and shop. The Laura Lynn brands are very good and priced fairly.

DONT EVER BUY FOSTER’S FROZEN “FULLY COOKED” SHREDDED CHICKEN!!The chicken was raw even though it says fully cooked on the bag. Now I just have to pray my daughter and I don’t get sick.

I just moved to this location and found Ingles has everything I need from the grocery store. The employees and customers are so friendly and helpful. Where I moved here from, you don't see this.

I was wanting some fish, so I bought 2 cod filets. No taste. !! I couldn't even smell it frying. I wonder what I ate.?? I will never purchase it again from here. I'm not happy with them, to say the least.Not the first time the meat section has disappointed me. I will be buying my meats elsewhere.

The store is generally clean. I don't buy fruits here anymore as we have come across too many questionable items on the shelf. My wife literally stuck her 2 fingers in the side of an apple when she went to pick it up. It was gross. I took it to customer service and she said "gross". She called for the manager but they were in the back and I didn't get to speak to them.
