I would give this store a zero if I could. Just left there not only did I have to wait on manager to go eat in back, when he came out I wanted to put money on vanilla card, he tried to scan my card I said I have to swipe it out here. He said I don't appreciate people telling me how to do my job. I told him I'll take my business elsewhere. I will never step foot in there again worse manager ever

never check to see what’s expired and what’s not i went there the other day and i got candy that was exactly a year old and no being sanitary either.

I was charged double for 3 items. When I asked for a refund the cashier reluctantly grumbled about giving me the refund. When she couldn't do it she told me to go over to the managers register. Now mind you, I had already waited in line twice. Once to pay then once to ask for the refund. The manager told me to wait in line again! I said No! He was then extremely rude to me during the entire refund. He asked me for all 3 items which were identical.. Why he couldn't just use one item, I don't know. He had my receipt. He then asked for my name address and phone number.. I'd just bought the item not but a couple minutes before hand. I wouldn't give him my phone number because it's none of his business and told him to just put zeros in.. I've been a cashier before and know it can be done. He refunded in cash even though I'd paid by card and insisted that I take the money even though he still needed to ring the 3 item up at the proper price. This was NOT my mistake yet I was treated like I'd done something terrible! It was just a couple days before Christmas and I was trying to be extra polite and I still can not understand why I was treated this way and not once did the manager or the cashier apologize for charging me double or for the hassle! I'll absolutely avoid this store in the future.. Oh and another thing.. There was containers of disgusting water all over the isles.. When I looked up I saw big holes in the ceiling. How is that even a safe environment to shop or work in?

I love this store, the manager marked the price down on an air freshener item for me. I thought was very nice of him, considering it was expensive.They're so friendly and very helpful.... Have had no experience in employee helpfulness from any stores, she, the generosity it is well appreciated. It's been many years since employers or managers were just awesome!!! 🤣🤣😂🤣

Charged for something I'm assuming are batteries. This item wasn't even rung up so how it got there I'm not sure. 2 liters were advertised as 1.90 but rung up as 2.20. Tried to call store no answer. Seems about right.

I waited in line for like 5 minutes and I was the only person in line. There were two cashiers behind the counter but they were busy talkin they looked over at me and then went back to talking. When she finally did come over she was nice and the friendly but it was still the point that you slept better customer service skills working in retail.

It would be nice if they posted the hours on the door. No hours posted and an unlocked door so I walked in and a lady with a bit of a nasty tone said we ain’t open. Post your hours on the front of the building!!!!

Very poorly organized and dont use the coke machine out front. It looks as honest as a girl scout but it robbed me of 80 cents and my Hope's and dreams of tasting the sweet nectar of love in a red can known as coca cola.. I have a theory it's a lure by aliens to steal all the change honest hard working people have in order to melt it down for some panel to repair their spaceship.. either that or it's very poorly maintained and no one cares enough to complain about it... either way I was very disappointed..

There's a great changed at the dg I have visited there lanes are clear the iles are listed with what's in them the frozen foods are really.very much improved by at least so you can find a great selection I am very appreciative thanks for sharing and asking

The store is half stocked if you are lucky. The basics like batteries and corn flakes are always out of stock. Get the excuse that we are getting another truck xyz day and they should be on it. They never are.

The store feels cramped and cluttered, it needs remodeling. That being said the staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a good job making you feel welcome. Updating the store would help the customers and the staff.

Love the dollar store. Access for the handicap is limited by narrow aisles and sometimes merchandise displays in the aisles. Also it would be good if they provided a couple of wheelchair carts.

Such a HUGE fan of DG! I seek the stores out to shop. This location is in my local hometown.... such a disappointing experience. Every aisle had trash in the floor & disheveled shelves. 🤔 It was actually shocking how chaotic it appeared! #BeBetter

The cashiers are rarely wearing their masks correctly. I worry about them. One of the places I see people most not wearing mask and not respecting the distance recommended.

Lcated in Jonesborough, same parking area as9 Arby's . Prices on items are rounded to an even dollar amount. Sometimes products carried here are made smaller or specifically for Doller General. Be sure to pay close attention to pricing. It's not always a great deal.

I love the Dollar General store it is convenient they put small stores in small communities the store in Telford Tennessee does not do inventory control good they need to stalk their beer to meet the demands of people living within 1 mile

This was my first time that Dollar General. I found exactly what I was looking for and more.The associate was friendly, professional and properly outfitted with a mask, making me feel secure in my shipping experience.

The staff is really nice and super helpful and they have a lot more than I thought they did by the look of it outside. you really can't beat the prices if you get there at the right time and even the everyday prices are about 30% cheaper if not more than most grocery and or Walmart stores.

This particular store is really getting out of shape. I like shopping at DG, but not so much at this one. Items are scattered everywhere and it seems that supply carts are always in the isles. The bathroom is scary, to say the least.

Always has lanes blocked with stock carts and low stock on the shelves and always a long check out wait but all this falls on management because its always under staffed but sometimes the small hassles is worth it for the money you might be saving.

I have never went in this store that there isles are not blocked one way or the other with boxes. I am suppose to be in a wheelchair at all times but there is no way to get a wheelchair through the store.
