It was a very nice Walmart. Still can't find my way around a store, but it's alright cuz we eventually found what we were looking for.Bucked Up is very nice! I love the Miami vice flavor and I'm interested to try these new (for me) flavors.

Store was clean, employee (ME..self check out) Very friendly, and curiosity and quick. Shelves were full, looked like busy lil bees. I stop in at least 1x a week

Personal shoppers are rude and think they have the right to be. Pull out in front of regular customers and make no effort to apologize, just keep going and the isles are blocked by them.I shop online and pick up, hope this is not causing other shoppers problems by Personal shoppers.

Scheduled an 11a appointment to have oil changed. Arrived at 10:55a. There were 3 guys ahead of me- NONE WITH APPOINTMENTS- when my turn came, I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. Oil changes take 15 minutes. When I picked up my car at 1:20, checked the dipstick- black on bottom and 1 quart low…did they change the oil?

Hate going no one is nice,have to self check out and then 3rd degree when leaving going thru all your bags like you're a criminal, just because someone else is don't think we all are,I do think that's the last time if I can't get here someone else I will order off line from Amazon. Or better yet get clear bags or none do like Sam's

Probably one of the best Walmarts I’ve ever been to. All the Walmart stores near where I live in South Carolina are usually sold out of everything. This Walmart has items that my Walmart doesn’t have in stock. It was clean when I visited and there were no issues with trying to find any items.

We need a new major big box brand store to give them a run for their money. Corp America is a perfect example. They only care about the money rolling in

They were not properly stocked and we had to go elsewhere for some of our things when we hoped it would be a one stop shopping trip. Store clean and staff was friendly just lots of bare shelves when we went.

My nephew was in this store location 3111 browns mill rd he is 15 years old and was joking with people when a grown man with a gun approached him in a aggressive manner so they started arguing so myself and another customer that I did not know split themApart and got things in order so the police came and told him that he was being put on a trespass list which was understandable. Then he proceeds to tell me that I was being trespassed as well when I done nothing at all but help regain order. I am contacting internal affairs also I am seeking legal counsel because I was treated terribly. The people was very unprofessional

Only 3 stars because the Walmart+ Fastlane isle concept needs major work. Allowing anyone to use the line especially when the store is busy does not make it a benefit for Walmart+ members. Further allowing anyone to use it and scan a buggy full negates the "Fast Lane" name.

Don't go to smart clips! Lady was rude, no one in the shop and she says it will be an hour wait because she has a zoom meeting to attend....up dude I know how work meetings go...and if your working your excused from the meeting...but whatever don't waste your time or money

Only stopped in for a few items but the selection was good and self checkout was quick & painless. There was plenty of parking and this Walmart had plenty of customers with no line waits.

I have to say the manager named Heather has the patience of a Saint. I have worked retail for many years and I watched this woman handle a very very tough situation that lasted well over an hour. She handled it in a FANTASTIC professional manner. This woman needs to train other managers within the company.

I went there to get dewormer for my dog. Asked one person to open the case after I looked for someone to help me for a few minutes she sent me to the dressing area, I asked them and then they sent me to electronics. I screwed around for 20 minutes just to get someone to unlock a case for some 11.00 dog dewormer but they have 25.00 shampoo on the shelf. How stupid! I'm so aggravated because this happens to me here quite a few times.

Walmart is convenient. They have a little bit of everything. If I can find it there, I'm happy. The Brown's Mill store is fairly conservative as far as Walmart stores go. So go there for the content, not for the show.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Wal Mart has went down hill. They expect you to check your self out. There is no one to help you. Can't keep the shelves stocked. It keeps getting worse every year. I hate going to wal mart.

One of the customer service managers was so nasty to me about one item that nacho cheese dipped for the Doritos I bought the had a big sign on the top 2 for 5 and no other sign or tags on that display but the one at the top she went over on another ile to check what the price was and I told her did you check the one on the display and she said yes but that's not the correct price I said but the sign clearly states 2 for 5 and she walked away from me and would not give it to me for that price. I waited 30 min for the manager because I'm so tired of them doing this to me. They dont want to give you the price for an item that clearly States that they are 2 for 5. The store manager finally came back form lunch and asked me how many do you have and I said 1 and he said she should have given that to you for that price. I told him how nasty his employee was to me.

Made an appointment for new tires. Turned out they weren't the right ones but they did have the right ones on stock, which was good. However, they weren't able to return/refund the original charge due to a system issue. They gave us a number to call instead. Called the number and kept getting the runs around - several times . They'd give a different number to call. This happened with several departments. Ended up having to dispute the charge with the credit card company. This is the second time the Walmart auto department has screwed us. We hoped that changing Walmart locations would help, but it didn't. Be warned. Go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service! I was trying to return the Keurig coffee machine with a receipt, but the associate told me that they can't take it back after 90 days and It's only been a day over! I requested to speak to a manager, but she brought me another associate that told me I could get store credit with my ID, so I run all the way to my car to get my ID, and then the same associate tells me that she still can't give me store credit, so I requested the manager back, but this time I get a real manager who told me that they can't take it back and she basically stops talking to me and kicks me out! Walmart needs to hire less degenerate managers and much more professional than that!

I ordered a birthday cake from here yesterday and picked it up today. It is nothing close to what I asked for. I wanted a 1/4 sheet with a little road and mountains in the background with flowers on the bottom and a speed limit sign that said Happy 55th on it because she turned 55 but what I got is very disappointing. I brag about cakes from this store to everybody but I am so aggravated.

Had an issue with a money order for $1,000. Ended up just cashing it but without the awesome customer service I was stumped. Awesome staff.
