Pharmacy, specifically. Wait is 15-20 minutes even 2 hours after a medication is called in by the physician. State of Franklin location is much faster, as the meds are typically ready to be picked up about an hour after they’re called into the pharmacy.

Unnecessarily longer wait than other locations for medication. Pharmacy doesn’t seem to fill meds until they’re picked up, causing a 15-30 minute wait.

Any body out there that uses Walgreens Pharmacy on North Broadway in Johnson City. I would go somewhere else. They have the most Rude Liberal store manager & pharmacist in the area. I proved them wrong & they cut 1 of my 4 prescriptions off just to show they have power. The pharmacist had the store manager to call me & jump on me over the phone because I hurt her poor feelings. The pharmacist even had the nerve to argue with 2 Drs. that talked to her to straighten out the situation & told them that she has the right to refuse to fill a prescription if she felt like it. I will be filing a complaint. There will be updates as it progresses. Can't let everything out just yet.

On Saturday, October 24 I went to Walgreens to pick up my son‘s Medication. I called in a total of two prescriptions for him when I got to the drive-through window the pharmacist told me “please wait right here one of them is not ready yet” while I waited at the window for about 10 minutes she supposedly filled my son‘s medication. She came back to the window gave me the medicines and I left when I get home I notice there are one of the prescriptions in the bag so I go back to the Walgreens and I asked why didn’t I get both of them another pharmacist goes on to tell me that my son‘s prescription had expired and could not be filled…. understandable but what I don’t like is the fact that the first pharmacist that was assisting me didn’t tell what was going on. She led me to believe she had given me both medications. Very unprofessional! So please be aware of the girl with the ugly curly bob. She has very poor customer service and does not care about the well being of the customers.

Went up there today. Says you guys are open but me and two are the customers were there and you guys were not open didn’t even have any holiday hours notice put up on the doors and I really needed some medical supplies after having surgery and y’all would never closed on Sundays poor management

Great customer service experience. Had to consult with Pharmacist Tyler about some medication; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. I really appreciated it. Then the check out gentleman was delightful. This will be my new pharmacy because they know how to make sure you enjoy your visit!

So I call the pharmacy yesterday morning to get my allergy meds refilled and the lady quotes me a price of $3.78. So I go to the drive threw and tell the lady I am there to pick up and gave her my name she asked me to verify my address so I did. Then she tells me the cost is $9.29 and I said that can't be right because the lady had told me different over the phone. She says I'm sorry your discount card must have went up but I can't change prices. So I just said forget it and drove off. Then I decided to call and come to find out my meds had not been filled and there is no discount card on my account. So I am wondering what was really going on and what meds that lady was trying to sell me...Scary screw up

I was on vacation in Tennessee and realized I forgot my medicine at home in Texas. These were medicines that it was dangerous not to take. I went to this Walgreens and explained my problem. These wonderful people got my medicine for me and probably saved my life, I know they saved my vacation! Thank you doesn't sound like enough but thank you.

The customer service has always been great (in my experience, here). I cannot say that I have always found the prices to be the lowest when comparing identical items to other retailers.However, the location is convenient, and it is a good place to pick up all kinds of necessities when I am short in time.
