A clean and well run store. I've talked with the store manager, Terry, several times. He has a good leadership ethic and it shows.The photo processing had always been quality, and I continue to have my photos printed there.Employees are nice and helpful.I recommend using the digital coupons through the Walgreen's app as you can get some pretty good deals.If you are from out of town, this location is safe and clean.

If I could leave zero stars for this pharmacy and pharmacist ( one of the female pharmacist name a known at the moment)I would but you have to leave at least one star in order to rate. For whatever reason Walgreens pharmacist tend to have such a problem with what their patients take and by that I mean a personal investment. They seem to take things personal and by that I mean when you have a prescription for say a sleeping medication they do not like to feel the entire month even when you offer to pay for the month they make you come back in over and over and over! Why is it any of their concern or business?!? It's like they get some kind of ego and puffed up about their job and maybe the money they make who knows but they take it a little too personally it's not like it's freaking fentanyl! Do not go to Walgreens if you can avoid it any of them! I realize they are like Dollar generals on every block but avoid them like the plague if you can because THE FEMALE PHARMACIST ACTUALLY JUST BOLD FACE LIED TO THE FOOD CITY PHARMACIST ABOUT THE NUMBER OF MY PILLS SHE FILLED BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT ME TO BE ABLE TO GET THE REST OF THEM!! SHE ACTUALLY TOLD HIM 30 WAS FILLED ON THE 8TH... THERE WAS 14 FILLED AND I HAVE THE BOTTLE TO PROVE SHE'S A LIAR!!

Walgreens(s.roan)Called looking for item on sale. Girl who answered phone said items was no longer on sale(LIE), I asked well, do you have any in stock.Put on hold for 5 minutes. Girl never came back to phone. Drove over there. They are on sale and in stock. Then the (he said manager) Ryan tried to charge me full price. Hope they find better help

They refused to transfer my script for me just because it was an otc medication. My insurance pays for some otc meds, and they said they'd cover this one. But Walgreens refused to even try to transfer my script. I don't think you should treat people any differently just because they have tenncare. My insurance status shouldn't matter!! Your job is to fill prescriptions so you should fill them for anyone who asks as long as they are legal. Just because you don't think it's worth your time doesn't mean you shouldn't still do your job. The other pharmacy filled my script with no problem, and the insurance paid for it. That's proof they were just being discriminatory due to my insurance coverage.

Always a good place if u don't wanna go to the local Wal-Mart. Their prices aren't bad, but they're not always the cheapest either. Some of their employees aren't always super friendly to their customers. I feel they don't exactly want to do their job and definitely not so friendly to help you find what you're looking for. They are always stocked with items (meaning their inventory is always on point).

I was in the hospital, and after I was released I found that they took money from my bank account WITHOUT EVER HAVING TALKED, GIVEN AUTHORIZATION, OR ACKNOWLEDGED IT WAS OKAY by ME!!!! Tried for several days to get. It back with no luck. The funds were out of my Social Security and pension money. I can't call them anymore because they have blocked me. Walgreens on South Roan, Johnson City , TN.

They have an extremely rude female worker behind pharmacy counter. Not only was she rude to me, I heard her being snotty to another customer. She doesn't need to deal with the public. I will not go there again for a Flu shot.

I am not pleased when a store will not honor their advertised pricing. Out of 7 items purchased, 5 were incorrect at checkout. I realized when at car do returned to register & employee did give Cashback on 2 items (0ld label still up so she did correct those...thank you to her!). Three other items required coupon which was not available! If you do not have required coupon, why post the item on sale???

This Walgreens is a decent store, but the pharmacy is so inconsistent. They can never fill all my prescriptions. There always out of one of them, so I have to have it transferred and all the red tape that goes with it is very frustrating! The customer service is good , I just don’t understand why they can never fill all my prescriptions? I will say the pharmacist is nice and try’s to help.

I went to get a wooden photo repaired and the young lady, Alex, was very professional and friendly. She replaced the whole picture and wooden frame quickly and totally free. This Walgreens is always friendly and clean. Thank you

They do not report back to the provider when they do not have a rx available, leaving the patient in the dark and having to wait for medication. Its unneccassary and inconvienient. Its 2022, if you dont have a product, call the person ordering it and tell them.

I went there yesterday. The young man at the front was not wearing a mask properly. It was hanging down under his nose and mouth. In effect, he was not wearing a mask at all. I find that unacceptable even though there is plexiglass. He could have at least made an effort when checking me out. I didn't catch his name but he is tall and had a pony tail. I hope the manager takes care of it.

BE CAREFUL!!!! they had tags saying buy one get one half off so i got two….register girl said that wasn’t true so i asked to only get one….then she tried to charge me $16 for an item that’s $11 before tax. con artists and uneducated employees.

The website states the pharmacy opens at 9 am on Sunday. I called at 9:07 am , left on hold for 29 minutes the then it hung up on me. When I called back it states the pharmacy is not open yet. Why keep someone on hold if it’s not open. Thank you for taking 29 minutes of my life

I've used Walgreens for years and have a lot of prescriptions filled by them. Once I started getting suboxone I was treated badly. The staff told me my mom or daughter could fill my meds as long as they have valid ID. My mother tried to drop rx off and Michael refused it. When I called him he told me he would not fill it because she didn't have ID. My response was she did. He said she didn't have a drivers license and if she wants to come back to his drive thru he would gladly call the cops for her driving without a license. He has been rude to me on SEVERAL occasion. They treated me great until suboxone came into play. He doesn't deserve one star. Rude rude rude!!

This is the worst store in johnson city. All the employees are VERY VERY Rude!!!!! And they followed me up and down every isle. Like i was trying to steal something! And the employee named Ashley i ask about a coupon, and she said you can use 1coupon, BUT DONT CLEAR THE SHELFS ???? I THOUGHT THIS IS A STORE AND I THOUGHT THATS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO IS BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE?? WONT BE BACK!!!

Just walked in here to get a bottle hand sanitizer for work. They were completely sold out of hand sanitizer , the shelves were all empty. They need to do. Better job of stocking the shelves
