Don’t use their photo machine. Connecting cord had to be held in place. It downloaded ALL my photos instead of asking if I wanted the last 50 or 250. After 3 tries, I gave up and went to the Walgreens on Broadway and completed my order. Always check online or sometimes in store you can get a 50% off printing coupon.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My doctor writes my prescriptions three months out bc I see her every three months. Went to get a refill and pharmacist was so flipping rude and told me I didn’t have any refills I should take it up with my doctor. I feel like the pharmacists are just keeping the CONTROLLED substances for themselves! DONT USE THIS PHARMACY unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason. I worked with the public, I get it. I never complain. But this was just too much. He literally raised his voice at me and all I did was say I think the pharmacy had a pho paw with my prescription and I was hoping he could check into it

I was 4500 miles from home and became very ill. Each and every person with whom I dealt at the pharmacy was kind, patient and very helpful. They quickly filled my prescriptions and called to let me know they were ready. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Not even worth a star, but won't let me post without. Moving my prescriptions to more reliable pharmacy. Always a problem getting my prescriptions. They are never wrong, always have excuses for incompetence.

They charged my partner $70 for a $15 prescription. When I called about the discrepancy, they acknowledged the cheaper price but refused to address it in any way because he'd already left. I've been shopping here for ten years, but I'm going to have to find another pharmacy.

The staff at Walgreens especially the Pharmacy are the absolute worst. They are unprofessional and rude!! I have never been treated so poorly by another person in my life. I will never enter another Walgreens and would definitely NOT recommend anyone else wasting their time dealing with such terrible people!

This location has the rudest most unhelpful pharmacy staff, I would stay away. They are not concerned with the patients at all and have no concern other than their profit margins if you like being treated like a dog go here they will absolutely make you feel subhuman worst service in the entire city

It would be nice if a pharmacy communicated a change in policy with respect to the filling of prescriptions. I am also unclear why I must drive to a Walgreens 45-50 minutes away from me to obtain my prescription. And why I must call around every month to determine who, if any, has it. It would almost appear Walgreens is deliberately making filling prescriptions as difficult as possible.

I called and he pharmacy around 230 or so on Saturday May 20th. The man who answered the pharmacy phone was so rude. I don’t even know how he has a job.

There are several people who don't like this Walgreens. I won't be using them again and I believe before long the people who are running the business into the ground are going to be looking for new jobs. No company has ever been to big to fail.

The staff at the pharmacy don't judge me because of my medication like most do but this Walgreens is by far the best one and had the best pharmacy staff I've ever experienced !!!!!!!!

I've used this pharmacy for seven years now. My only complaint is the drive thru pharmacy. In all the years I have been going to this location, they have NEVER had two people working the windows. Two lines of traffic backed up to the road and 30+ minutes when I get up to the front

Safety measures are not enforced very well. Someone without a mask was encroaching on my space at the cash register and when I complained, the cashier looked at me like I was nuts.

Terribly unprofessional pharmacy staff they will give out your private prescription information and will treat you like dirt there are so many other options so very close to this location and I can now see why they seem to thrive even with such a large corporate pharmacy right there and it’s because the staff is in great need of retraining absolutely atrocious behavior from so called professionals
