The pharmacy here is the best I’ve ever been to. I used to go to cvs just up the road and they can’t compare to this Walgreens. CVS would always take 3-4 hours to fill 1 prescription. The first time I went to this Walgreens I gave them the prescription and they said it’ll be 15 mins. I was sold right then and there. Plus they’re open 24-hours and everyone is always friendly and courteous, for example I just got a call from them asking how I was doing with the medication and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them

BEWARE OF SUNNY THE PHARMACIST AND THE REST OF THE PHARMACY STAFF. Absolutely WICKED, TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. SUNNY THREATENED TO WITHHOLD MY PAIN MEDICINE WHEN IM 3 days POST OP from a Tonsillectomy, because they staff as extremely rude and when I tried to make a complaint to the “pharmacy manager” I was met with an aggressive, hostile attitude and threats about “how lucky I was to get my medication. The staff is rude, egotistical, arrogant, WICKED!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE PHARMACY. BEWARE OF SUNNY THE EVIL PHARMACIST WHO WILL HOLD ONTO YOUR RX IF SHE DOESNT LIKE YOU. Absolutely DISGUSTING & INSANE EXPERIENCE. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

After being discharged from the hospital at 2am after 5 hours of waiting with a sick little boy, I went to get him his fave ice cream because there isn't a 24hr grocery around here. I had Googled for twenty minutes until I found a store open that carried the right stuff. I go to pay and after 1 try the cashier decided my card was broke. We drove home and stopped once more trying to get him some ice cream and the card worked like always. I felt like the attitude of this cashier was the main issue but I've had several bad experiences with their pharmacy as well.

Great product offerings from cosmetic products to food items, candy, greeting cards, over-the-counter medical needs, toys, quick gift ideas, and so much more. State of Franklin and Market Street location in Johnson City is open 24/7. Always stocked well and very clean. The Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, quick to assist with your needs, always very busy, and a great location. Every employee is professional and friendly. I enjoy my shopping experience every visit I have found exactly what I wanted/needed. They are a 5 star location.

I came in at 2am with my BF, who is half black, to buy some hot dog buns since the grocery stores are closed. We were immediately followed by the cashier, Cindy, to the aisle and asked if we needed anything in a suspicious way. After checking out other customers, she promptly returned to the aisle we were in and hovered around the chips, eavesdropping on our conversation. We were discussing drink prices when she interrupted us from the other end of the aisle to tell us she wouldn’t sell beer after 12am on Saturdays. She tried to tell him that it’s a Washington County rule, which is untrue. As a bartender who recently renewed their license, I’m up to date on the laws concerning alcohol sales in TN. Establishments and employees are allowed to deny alcohol sales based upon their own discretion, but it is not a county or state law to stop sales at 12am; beer sales end at 3am.The whole interaction felt like she thought we were going to steal something, and I don’t appreciate her hanging around to listen to us. Good squishmallows, though.

Very judgemental and racist spole to the manager about the isssues with a lost prevention person following me from momemt i arrived in store even down ceral isle with me and a cart full of stuff i didnt steal or give them any reason other than their very judgemental. The manager didnt off a gidt card or a way to make things right to keep my business he instead said oh thats normal but he will review cameras. Im speaking to a lawyer

So much for making an APPOINTMENT 4 vaccines! Not needed or required. So why waste my Effn time making appointment online or app? $3.50 for generic Tylenol! Guess I'll do without.I heard them tell 2 people. out of state insurance often not acceptable for Flu Vaccine because of "contracts". So much for convenience of stopping at any walgreens?

I ran in to get some dog food but found several items that I needed on sale. So when I checked out I noticed my total was higher than I thought it should be. Anyway, the items rang up at regular price. I went back in and discussed this with the manager. She showed me where it said that the items were on sale if I had some card. Now, that kind of made me angry because I felt I had been fooled. The manager was right but I left unhappy. I would think that she should have told me to apply for this card and then given me the discount. I felt it was just poor customer service

Racist woman named "Cindy Prince" that works here followed me and my girlfriend when we were getting hot dog buns. Told us no alcohol sold here on Saturday after 12am which was a lie and I was looking a supplements and sodas. Just assumed I guess.She left the register unattended to harass us. Unbelievable.

Love my Walgreens.... Better choices, brands, and prices in my opinion! We are always greeted by nice employees when entering. Their stores are always very clean and you can usually find anything and everything needed. They usually have sale's going on and that's an excellent addition along with my Walgreens card 😊! It's nice receiving bonus points and as I gain points it's been helpful getting item's that I need so the points are nice to have! Thanks Walgreens!

We took our 11 year old to this location (not our usual pharmacy), but it was to get his Pfizer vaccines (3 weeks apart). Both times, even though we had to wait a little extra (while it wasn't busy at all, and that's the reason for 4 stars, as it was scheduled), they were extremely kind, gentle, and concerned about our young little guy! We stuck around shopping for about 15-20 minutes, to make sure he had no reaction, so I would certainly recommend this location for the Covid vaccine for children! ☺️

My favorite place of business to shop . They are elegant , knowledgeable about their products. They smile , are polite , call me by name. They have reward cards , also a card to reward you for make-up , they back up their products. Please by all your vitamins 😊 from them. They help donate so much of their Wamart vitamins to help poor children that don't have much food to get vitamins to help them get nourishment . They also give make up makeovers . To make your princess ❤️ feel beautiful. I saw a elderly man asking a manager what was the best nail polish for his wife. He was going to romance his wife & wanted a color to match the outfit he was going to buy her for a surprise date .. Moments like this is priceless. I almost cried . Keep up the outstanding 👍 great job Walgreen employee's. You're a perfect 👌 10 in my book.

This is a nice Walgreens with a friendly staff that has good inventory of a variety of things you would need. the pharmacy is awesome the pharmacist is very nice and knowledgeable they are more than willing to always go above and beyond to help you understand your medications and possible side effects. The checkout is disinfected with safety dividers I would recommend.

It's just a reliable pharmacy/drug store. It's not over the top, nor is it scummy. Walgreens is just my go-to for my prescriptions and other misc items. I have had great experiences and poor experiences, but they are much better than CVS. The pharmacist there are not invasive, and question you about your prescription, and why and recommend alternatives. Walgreens is just well rounded

I like this Walgreens I've never had a problem at this store . Everyone is helpful there and the staff is friendly. I like the Pharmacist as well never a problem and thy take time to call you to see how your doing with your meds ! So nice of them. Best pharmacy in town open 24 hours 👌 🙌

I have a bad experience in the past at this place but it was resolved by contacting the store manager which I had to file a formal complaint online and had it sent to corporate. This happened on Veterans Day where an employee had supposedly seen me stealing, but I wasn't in fact doing that. I just didn't have a cart nor did I place my bag(s) by the cashier either. However, I was putting my items into a carrying bag that didn't belong to the store. So, I proceeded to shop and was falsely accused and was told to put the items back on the shelf even though I had money to purchase the items properly.Furthermore, I went home and got online and filed the complaint with corporate and waited about 30 minutes or so and they called me and apologized for the misundwrstanding and made the employee that accused me to retake the training for noticing how to approach an actual customer who is really stealing for that specific reason... All because I am a veteran and was in fact not showing reasonable doubt that I was stealing because I was forthcoming about the situation and showed no aggression while being confronted. I had money in my pocket to prove my intentions. I, amongst most people whom have been falsely accused of wrong doing have showed the government officials that not all people out the there are "thieves" and we are all not bad or even punishable by law because I showed solid proof of what I was doing there in the first place.

The pharmacy changes the rules depending on who you get at window. They don’t care if you run out of things you need. I never have a problem with the late night crew. Very disappointed with the pharmacy team and how I was treated. I won’t be back.

I just wanna take a moment to give Jacob in the pharmacy a huge shout out!I was having an issue with a prescription being filled. Due to an error in the system it seems that my insurance company was billed for a prescription that I had not picked up. The next fill date would have been 2/7. However, this was a big problem as my insurance runs out 1/31 due to me starting a new job. The new job doesn't start until 2/21. This medicine is still under patent and is therefore VERY expensive. As in, $650/30days expensive. It would have been impossible for me to pay for it out of pocket. I have VERY bad side effects if I go more than 2-3 days without my medicine. I am in the process of making a cross country move and starting a new job and therefore the prospect of being without my meds for this long was absolutely terrifying.Had I not been able to get my medication, I would have been VERY bad off. I explained this problem to Jacob in the pharmacy at the State of Franklin location and he was very sympathetic. He promised to get in touch with the insurance company for me. He had apparently gotten the runaround from the company and had had trouble getting them to correct the mistake.Instead of just leaving it for someone else to worry about, Jacob called me back not once but three times to give me status updates. He even let me know who I needed to contact next.This kind of follow through seems to be regrettably rare in our current day and age. He not only did what she said he would do, but he very clearly and concisely explained what was happening and how I could go about fixing it.In this day and age of people with asymmetrical haircuts demanding to sPeAk tO a MaNaGeR to complain, I wanted to inject some positivity into the world and give some KUDOS to Jacob, and to let anyone reading the reviews for this location know that this particular employee went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Whatever you're paying him, it should be MORE!

Walgreens and Walmart were the only pharmacy open on New year's day. The technician was very friendly and let me know what the cost of my prescriptions were going to be before I decided to have them filled. I wasn't in the greatest of moods since I was sick and frustrated with Walmart's pharmacy. But, you were able to take my insurance and treated me with kindness. I just want to thank that entire pharmacy for making my life easier and actually caring about how I felt.

Today at around 9pm, someone at this Walgreens called the cops on me and accused me of trying to shoplift. I was wearing like five braces, and very clearly had stuff in a huge bag, yet you could see all of it, as I had the bag splayed open. I shop at Walgreens and other places like that ALL THE TIME. I explained to the 4 policemen, 2 rude managers/clerks, and all the Walgreens shoppers standing around gawking that I had a disability and couldn't push a cart or carry a basket, that I had a hurt knee, wrist, and hand.I even had my wallet out, and a coupon in hand. I was literally walking up to the cash register. I had been in the store for more than 40 minutes. I talked to multiple sales clerks in that time. I said all of these things to the officer. He still accused me of concealing items. I seriously thought he was going to arrest me. I voluntarily emptied my bag for them to see: 3 more braces, water bottle, Aldi's ad, and that's it. I walked off, put the 4 items I had planned to buy back where they went, and left the store. The policeman didn't try to stop me. Not did he expressed any sympathy.It was so, so humiliating. I sat in my car and cried for like 30 minutes. It's not like I chose this.Who calls the cops on a clearly disabled person the week before Thanksgiving over $5 leggings and nasal spray. The manager said they are not allowed to even approach customers about this, they have to call the cops.I realized as I drove off that I actually needed these items, and there were no other Walgreens on my route. So I turned around, left my bag and coat in the car, and approached the store. The manager was 5 ft from the entrance door, smoking a cigarette and talking to another woman who was smoking a cigarette. I got my items promptly, went to the register and asked to have the district manager's name. The clerk said I could call 1-800-Walgreens. I asked if he could find the name and write it down for me. He was helpful at that point. His female co-worker was unhelpful and would not assist him in finding the district manager's name not the on-call manager. I was standing at the counter crying, apologizing for being such trouble. He found their names, guessed at the spelling, and wrote it down for me.To say the least, this entire encounter was extremely inappropriate.

I tried calling several times over the span of a few hours, and the phone system made me go through a long process with an automated voice only to immediately disconnect the call every time the wait music kicked in to speak with a real person. I’m not sure how often this happens at this particular location, but it seems to be a common occurrence at Walgreens stores in general.

Shift supervisor Julie Martin is a miserable and hateful woman who spends her lonely nights trying to falsely accuse others of crimes because she hates her life.

My prescription was filled very quickly thru the drive thru window on a Saturday night. This is a 24 hour pharmacy too. They have a wide variety of stock inside of the store. Very nice staff that are always helpful and knowledgeable.

So, I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy over 1 medication. None of the others for anyone in my family. Just this one. My doctor calls my prescription in and, like clockwork, they tell me it isn't there. So i call the doctor back and her nurse assures me it is there. On multiple occasions Ive had to deal with this. Being stuck in the middle of a pharmacy saying they dont have it and a doctor saying they do is a tough spot to be in. However, each time this has happened, within 2-4 days of it being called in, it just magically appears in their system. Its a miracle! However, this last instance has me at my end with these people. My prescription was called in, according to my doc, on February 26th. It is now March 7th. Guess who still doesn't have their medicine? Ill literally die before I give them another penny of business. Stop treating people like this.

I always get my meds filled at Walgreens and I have to say this is the BEST Walgreens in the Tricities area . The wait time is usually not very long and the staff are always very courteous , knowledgeable and polite . However , while reviewing Walgreens I have to say the absolute worse one is in Piney Flats ! Long wait times , the staff are surly acting like they're doing you a favor and the mistakes are endless .

Well i'm editing my review. Was 5 stars now 0-1. I went to the pharmacy and we''ll cut this short due to an active investigation.. Let's just say this lady on 12-23-17 approx. 535 pm violated my patient rights and i'm sure not happy about this. They have these rules that I've done enough research, a pharmacy cant just set the rules they think they're setting is legal, which I've found via OCR that its not legal to do what they're doing to patients over medication. I'll just wait and see the results. It's a sad story of how people are treated.
