We are so glad to have found Veterinary Medical Center. The doctors are great and the staff is friendly, accommodating and kind to our 90year old aunt and her cat. I'm impressed with the entire experience from check in to check out. Norah cat loves them too.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!To say I am highly disappointed in this place is an understatement. I took my pet there to have a sizeable tumor looked at and potentially removed. The first appointment was $165 I was told that the tumor was cancerous and there was nothing that could be done but I could come back and have a specialist look at it. Naturally, I did because I wanted the best care for my baby.At the second appointment I was told the tumor was not cancerous and could be safely removed so I was happy to schedule a second appointment for the removal and shelled out another $215 for that visit.Wednesday I dropped my pet off for her tumor removal. My pet had, all morning and in the days prior to her surgery, been eating, drinking, playing and overall living her best life. I heard nothing from the veterinary office until 3pm. My mother called just 2 minutes before I was contacted and my mother was told the surgery was a success. So imagine my surprise and my horror when I was informed that my sweet baby had passed away in the hands of this veterinary clinic due to their malpractice. I was not informed that this procedure didn't have a survival rate for small pets upon my agreement to have it done. My grief was met with insincere responses from the doctor that caused my pets passing, and I then had to shell out another $785 for this failed procedure.The fact they knowingly took over one thousand dollars from me and purposefully withheld the fact my animal would not survive is disgusting, but even worse than that when we went to collect the remains so that I could have my pet cremated I was told that she had no quality of life and was "Just a rat" which was not only a complete lie but just morally a disgusting thing to say to someone who has just lost a beloved pet and member of their family.Don't bring your babies here especially if you have an exotic pet or and older animal because you will not be met with the same standard of care of understanding and they will absolutely take you for every cent you have then kill your pet. I am disgusted by the negligence I witnessed firsthand and the exploitation of someone just trying to care for their pet properly. You should be ashamed and frankly put out of business for the care that's provided here.

Dr. Kusiak and Sean were wonderful with our dachshunds. They took the time to ask questions to get to know our fur babies and patiently answered our questions. They were kind, gentle, and made us and our babies comfortable. The clinic staff were great as well from the receptionist who scheduled our appt. To the ones who checked us out. Thank you!

I've been taking my pets here for the past two years. They always take such great care of my babies and the price is always surprisingly fair. My dog gets nervous at other vet clinics, but he's always wagging his tail when he visits his doctor now. I highly recommend them for your fur babies!

When we moved to Jonesborough in May we got all three of our animals established at Veterinary Medical Center . In the early morning of Feb 7 , our dog became very sick , not knowing of an emergency clinic in Johnson City , I put her in the car and drove her to VMC without calling ahead . When we got there at 7:45 a.m. I went into the office and told the receptionist I had a very sick dog . Without any hesitation the staff got us into a room and told us as soon as Dr. Still got in she would be with us . Dr. Still arrived got our dog diagnosed and all the proper medicines she needed . Thankful it was just Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis . Our animals have seen all 3 doctors at this office , all are wonderful and caring when it comes to their patients .

Excellent customer service and so affordable. I had recently been ripped off by Cherokee animal Hospital, and this place gave both of my cats dewormer for under a third of the price I paid at cherokee animal hospital to get nothing done. This vet listen to me and my concerns and did a great job handling my two kitties. I will definitely be going back to this vet for any of my needs.

We LOVE Veterinary Medical Center! We’ve been seeing Dr. Alexander since I adopted my dog two and a half years ago. Nothing but good experiences, kind and caring staff and great atmosphere. Our boy is on the anxious side and she and the other staff have been very understanding and patient when it comes to trimming his nails, his vaccines, blood draws, etc. We trust them completely with our pets. The first time meeting Dr. Alexander, she treated Grady like he was her own. She’s an exceptionally talented veterinarian!

Took both my dogs for an initial visit then one of them back again for a sick visit. These people are so nice! The dogs loved the. They are so friendly, helpful and very caring. Front desk girls were super nice as well as the doctor. I will be going back. 100 in my book!

Had an emergency, and was a new patient, and they said to bring her in. Then 15 mins after calling she was there, we go back, and was evaluated immediately. They are nice, caring, informative, and understanding.

We've been taking our dog Juniper here since she came home from the breeder. We've had nothing but good experiences. Junie sees Dr. Still and she's great with her even tho Junie can be a little shy. Dr. Still did Junie's spay and it healed perfectly can't even see the scar. She also got her on a prescription food for allergies and it's done wonders for her tummy. Def recommend 👍👌

After nearly a $1000.00 dollars spent, they completely missed my dogs lymphoma. Said my sweet 5 year old Pyrnees was tired due to heat, or depressed, and suggested Prozac. I lost precious time that could've kept her alive longer, and precious days making her more comfortable. While the staff is kind, the vets are arrogant, and certainly without expertise or cause. I am furious. How could you not check her throat in the four visits, and between the two vets.. because the next vets found it instantly.

We have been taking our dog, Buddy, to see Dr. Brouillette for 5+ years. I really can't imagine that there is anyone who would have been as professional, yet caring, in taking care of Buddy's needs as Dr. Brouillette (I call her Dr. Shelley; it's easier). The staff there has always been great, and Buddy likes them all! As long as Buddy is alive, he'll always go back to see the good folks at Veterinary Medical Center!

This morning my cat Keira couldn't use the litter box!! Urgent care required right?? My thoughts exactly, so the Vet in Greeneville who I've seen once before says Tuesday..what it's Friday!!! My cat could die by then. Sorry you just lost my business!! Lucky me I find Veterinary Medical Center!!! Woohoo come at 11:00.....They were so friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Dr Still for letting us yapping away and to Abbie and Casey!!!!! You are now our new Vet😺😺THANK YOU!!!!!This was the best veterinary experience!! If your pet needs a Dr appointment this is the only place you need to go!!!!

I decided it was best for my 15-year-old kitty to be euthanized because he had numerous health issues, kept losing weight and was miserable. His doctor tried so hard to get him well, so many times, and loved him. I was allowed all the time I needed to be with him before the procedure, as well as afterwards. I chose to stay with him during the procedure. His doctor was so kind to him and me. The clinic let me pick the urn I wanted for his ashes. I chose a beautiful cedar box. They handled everything and all of the staff members signed a sympathy card, adding things they liked about Poody and that they would miss him.If I decide to adopt another fur baby, I'll return here.EDIT:I adopted a cat. As always, the staff is great.

Great and friendly care from everyone from the front desk, the vet techs, and the veterinarians. This clinic is also really quick to get pets in for appointments. That is very important to me, since most vet visits result from unplanned/unexpected health issues, illness, emergencies, etc.
