Very disappointed in the GO chain if this is what they are now. I hadn't been in a GO in a while and was upset that their prices were higher than most full prices competitors. The store didn't feel clean either.

Amazing prices and a large variety of products. the store is very quite and laid back so it's not overwhelming and all the employees are super friendly! The butcher is more than happy to help any way he can. Great place and I'm super happy I found it I literally recommend this place to everyone.

First and foremost, Adrien is AMAZING and keeps us coming back - he needs a raise for Sure! Always pleasant and cordial... but one guy, (I will preface this by saying management handled it in public and immediately..) This summer, we were in the checkout line and were going to go to him (the racist who doesn't check out black people) and he said he was getting ready to leave and acted like he was shutting down.. No problem, so we went to another line. Immediately after we went to another line, he continued to take everyone else in the line, about 4 more people, who were not black. I called management, because I was not going to stay and be mistreated, but my husband complained in person, in front of the cashier. The management apologized profusely, called the guy over - she SHOULD have fired him. I have not had the pleasure of going through his line since then, but I WILL attempt it and see if his misbehavior has been corrected. The rest of the staff always greets us and are pleasant.

I love the deals you can find here, and the meat prices/quality are great, but it's pretty sad in comparison to other United Outlets in this area. This location usually has tons of the same item spread out on the dry foods/cooler shelves to fill them up. I still find bargains and visit weekly, but only because it's closest to me. Sometimes, I drive to Greeneville or Elizabethton because they're 10x better in their variety of dairy, frozen, canned items, meats, beer/wine, and pet foods.

GREAT prices, clean store, and spacious aisles. On this particular day I had been the recipient of some of some of the worst customer service I've had since I've lived in the Tri City area. Then I had the good fortune to be served by Miss Marilyn at this store. She was extremely friendly, fast, and efficient! She greeted every customer who came through the door as well. What a wonderful example of what customer service should be!! Her manager should be delighted to have her as an employee. Miss Marilyn you got skills!! Customer service skills!!! Thanks for saving the day!

Great place been coming here over two years, bad reviews must have luxury to afford name brand at its highest. Anyone on a budget and trying to survive in today's market will love it here. They get what they get just like any outlet store or dollar store but they're more than fair on what they get. Check dates every now and then something may be out dated but they don't sell it if it is. It's always got cheapest prices around and great staff! The man who does checkout is a delight id shop here just for the great friendly staff.

Just left here. Love this store but today a young lady who works there was telling another co worker that if she has 1 more person ask if she works there she was going to tell them off and get fired. As a customer shopping…I don’t want to hear that. If you don’t like your job then find another one.

This store has great prices. I usually go here for eggs, bacon, deli meat and canned vegs. The folks that work the register and floor are really pleasant making the shopping trip better!.if u need help with grocery prices this is the place!

This is a GREAT place for low prices, especially on meats, however be alert when buying items. Sometimes things are OLD. But I have also found many items that are GREAT but they are an outlet store so sometimes you find something great and it's never there again. I would honestly give them 1 more star but the staff are just there. Not helpful and only a couple of friendly cashiers.Great meat prices on good quality meat. A definite plus these days.

We always find several items at a good price. We live in Bristol, but we usually go there every week or two. They beat Kroger and Food City's prices. What they lack in volume, they make up in price.

I came across this grocery store accidentally. They don't carry all of the items you will find at regular grocery store, but almost everything they have is at discounted price.If you shop for good deals your first stop might be this grocery store and if you don't find everything you might go to regular grocery store or Sam's Club.People who work there are very welcoming and sweet.

If you want super cheap deals and like to feel like you're on a treasure hunt, this is the place to go. While their inventory of items can vary from week to week, there are many items that they carry at all times.Many of the prices are so low because they buy overstock and soon-to-be-expired items, but that's not always the case. They have great meat prices. We just bought T-bone steaks and London Broil at just under 3- bucks a pound on their weekly special. Their frozen food prices are really good as well. The staff at this location had always been very friendly to us, and we're happy to drive to Johnson City to shop there.

Soon as I go into the store I'm yelled at because I ride ebike I have to use a backpack to carry my purchase of what ever I have to get in the backpack I have two capital one credit card and had over one thousand dollars in my pocket they made me put my backpack in a little hole goddam I have money medicine and tools in the pack get done with the purchase go and my backpack is just sitting there unattended anyone could walk out and I am not going to shop for anything from the store again make a rich man feel like a theft I don't have to seal and I will be leaving this goddam horrible place in a few weeks don't shop in the store if you ebike.

I was very impressed. Typically, when you walk into a place that's a discount grocery outlet, you don't expect much variety. The meat prices were great, the variety between discount and name brands was extensive. The staff was available in kind. Overall a good experience to me. My only disappointment was there were still some things on the shelves that had become outdated. That's the only thing I would say was a negative.

Even though it is a little out of our way we really enjoy going to GO, we find such special deals. The meat prices are good and so is the meat. The only reason for 4 stars is that they don't always have the same items in stock. But it is still worth checking this store out.
