I went in your store a week ago to purchase a tie out for my dog. Sam helped me. She was rude to me and bossy. I do not talk back to people, but I may not be back in your store. Just because she uses a choke collar on her 9 dogs that live in HER house doesn't mean I have to on mine!

So it's Sunday November 19th and I visited the tractor supply located in piney Flats and they were supposed to open at 9 this morning and it's now 9:26 and they are still not opened. I talked to the younger lady here supposedly the only employee here right now and she said she can't help me because she has nobody to run the register. She says it's company policy that she can't open the store with her being the only one here. She proceeds to tell me that this is what happens when you have college kids who work here who want to stay up and get drunk the night before they have to go into work. And tells me to come back at 10 o clock! I am extremely upset that I drove all the way out here to be turned away like this over something so extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. The upper echelon of management needs to visit this store and make some changes asap. You're gonna be losing a lot of customers and money otherwise.

I have come to this store for awhile. Always low on stock. Also the old woman named dawn up front is never friendly, always hateful, and sarcastic. She never helps no one and knows nothing. I don't know why they keep her around. Several people I know personally quit coming there because of her and because of jake as well. He is also very rude and also not very helpful either. I quit coming here several weeks ago. Wish this store was better because I'm so close to this store and I hate that I have to drive to another store for better service. And no one else is ever there to help.

I came to the store on Sunday and purchased a safe. My wife and I was helped by Emily. Not only did she go above and beyond, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She was very nice and made my purchase very pleasant. If I have to come back for another big purchase, I will ask for her to help me.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman upfront with dark hair tells me to go wait at customer service desk for someone to help me. She then sends no one to help me but there was one woman helping with other people so she see’s me standing there and ask what I needed help with, then guides me to the correct aisle and tells me she will be back just as soon as she helps this other gentleman. This alone was very kind and the only person in the store that I saw that was actually willing to help you. After standing there for about 10 minutes, I decided to leave the store since she was the only person and she was very busy.

Really great place to REFILL your propane tank for your grill or fireplace. Much, much cheaper than just exchanging the tank.Inside, HOLY MACKEREL FOLKS!!! I have never seen a place where you purchase lag screws, bolts, nuts and washers by weight instead of individually. I was able to get 1/2 pound, about 26 lag screws, 1/4"x3", for $2.26. At the big "blue" box store I usually shop, I would have been able to get 3, maybe four for the same price. I am absolutely floored and will definitely be returning here for all my screw and bolt needs. Simply blown away!!!Unfortunately, like other stores, some of the other items I glanced at were considerably more expensive but overall their prices are on par with everyone else. Sorry TS!!!The employees were very nice and helpful. I was really impressed overall by the store.

Drivers.. when delivering, turn left in front of building and go to back. Then turn right and nose into dock area, back up, head to right back towards front of building and then 45 back into dock. No way of turning left into area and backing into dock. You won't make it. It's easy if you do it right. I posted a video of the area.

The workers were very helpful and knowledgeable on what I should feed my baby piggy and this one female cashier had a farm with piggies 🐷. She was the one that helped me out and she was so very sweet . She answered all my questions. The only thing that I would like is that there were more stores closer to my hometown. So Tractor 🚜 Supply Co: this store here is a wonderful store with wonderful people working for you. So you all definitely deserve 5 ⭐️ from me And A 👍🏼 Up ☺️. Keep up the good work!!

I LOVE MY TSC!!! As a newly single woman and though I have a little knowledge in home repair or hanging heavy decor, and replacing door knobs and handles and such.. I turned to my local TSC. literally a 3 minute drive. My very first experience made me the faithful and loyal customer I am today. Everyday I go in my TSC , I experience the same service I did the first time I walked in this store. Seriously, I'm in there almost everyday, I buy my pet food there, I get advice about certain pet meds, allergies, foods etc... The STAFF is knowledgeable, super friendly, and if one doesn't know, heck they'll find someone who does. My TSC team always greets you with a smile and " HI! is there anything I can help you with today?" .... I just LOVE MY TSC!!

they have all the farm supplies you need and a lot more. they have cool toys for the kids and they have nice things for your pets to. the people are friendly and helpful. they have good work clothes to and gloves. you can even get your outdoor supplies there to. boats and more

I bought my grandson the cutest bobbed overhauls by John Degree & Mud Boots that are absolutely a must have for mudholes. Also needed hardware for his scooter and they had that also. Great store & good prices

I shop at this store quite often as it is only 5 miles away. I had purchased a 1/4 hp utility pump a few months ago. I have used the pump only 3 times since then. Today as I went to use it it did not work. Well as life has went by in those few months I have lost the receipt. After reading the return policy online I figured I would take the pump to the store. Policy says anything after 30 days with no receipt a manager may be able to help you. Haha what a joke. Lady didnt even hesitate. 30 days and a receipt she stated and turned away to speak to other cashier. I feel she didnt even take the time to even listen to me. I wasn't trying to get a refund I just wanted another pump. I walked in expecting nothing and maybe a small hope to exchange the pump. Well nothing is what I got nor the respect of even trying to help me. No worries. Here i come lowes. Lost a customer.

I shop here for my farm half a dozen times a year, and probably more than anywhere else locally for farm needs. It helps they are 7.5 miles from my house, but they do usually have competitive or even lower prices than some other hardware retailers. A good place to get your propane refilled for the below freezing nights and you want to cheaply keep a 200 sq ft garage, basements, barns, greenhouses, etc.

The name, "Tractor Supply" is misleading; it has so much to offer. This reminds me of an old-time general store stocking a variety of home, garden and farm necessities from plumbing and electrical supplies to paint, tires, car and truck batteries, gargantuan gun safes, bird seed, dog food, and horse bridles, vitamins, and vaccines. And that comes from just a quick acclimating walk through the store!

They don't have a Military /Veterans discount and the person who rang me up was rude, as if I was interupting her day. I'll go to lowes from now on, they give me a Veteran discount and thank me for my service as well!
