Whether I'm looking for household essentials, groceries, or the occasional splurge, I always find what I'm looking for with ease.But the real gem of this store is the staff, particularly Manager Gail. Her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor make every visit a delightful experience. It's rare to find someone who embodies customer service so well, and Gail's commitment to making each customer's visit pleasant is truly remarkable.The overall shopping experience at this Target is top-notch. From the vast selection of products to the exemplary customer service, every aspect of the store is geared towards providing the best possible experience for shoppers. I love targets prices and shop here religiously, mostly curbside at LEAST once a week. My fiance and I just went in here with our 1 year old and we were followed throughout the store while we were shopping and stared down by all the workers at self checkout like we were stealing. We spend SO much money here and love this place and to be profiled like we’re stealing is disgusting. My fiance is in his mechanic work clothes so that may be why? Either way shame on yall. The workers need to take a look in the mirror. Do better Target. We’re done shopping here.

I would like to have left 4 stars however my reasoning is not the stores fault. The only thing I would change about this store is the grocery items available. I don't like having to travel to Bristol to get vegan items (especially the mac and cheese) when this target is local. I've never had an issue with this store in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and quality. It is a great smaller target but provides big store customer service. I recently had to do a return and the store agents were very professional throughout the entire process.

The restrooms were clean. I appreciated that there was a built in foot stool at the sink (see pics). I also love that they have a water filter for bottles on the water fountain (see pic). Otherwise, it was smaller as far as targets go, but was sufficient.

Personally I do enjoy shopping at Target in general but as has been my experience for over a year I am followed, my actions scrutinized and overall I am treated as if I were shoplifting. If ever I had shoplifted anything anywhere, let alone Target I'd understand. I have even reached out to Target corporate and nothing came of it.

good variety of stuff, order pickup is timely and easy, just wish that they had a few of my favorite products in stock! but theyre either popular or stuff that was on sale so i get it, sometimes stuff just aint in stock yknow?

A fine and pleasant experience in a department store, which is hard to do! On a Wednesday night they had a person in most every department to help and willingly offer help. The girl around school supplies Emily help us find different earbuds then later a baby item, could tell us the inventory of each item very quickly with a small hand held device. We got everything on our list without much effort. Easy checkout, clean store a definite A+, tonight anyway. Have shopped there before without problems too.

Would be great if anything had prices posted on them. Unfortunately half of the items I looked at had no prices to be found, and I ended up having to search google. It shouldn't be difficult to tag slow moving retail items like bicycles. Or clothing. Or... Anything really. Heres an example of items with no price tags at all.

This is got to be one of the worst Stores in Johnson City. I cannot believe the customer service is so irresponsible and ignorant. You people need to get your phone system. Straightened out and quit hanging up on people. I have tried for an hour to get through and keep getting hung up on. Do yourself a favor and close your doors.

Very clean. A smaller Target, but generally well stocked. Floor staff and checkout staff are friendly and helpful. They were willing to order an item I needed that was out of stock and email me when it's at the store. Very kind customer service.

This store is usually cleaned and the customer service is good. It’s definitely a store that is heavily shopped, so if you’re looking for certain items other Target stores in the area might have what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a good store. ☺️

Employees were to wrapped in work to even assist the customers.Lines for self check out ridiculous. I feel as though in the end customers will be paying higher prices to account for any theft coverage in self check out

Very low on stock for many items or none at all. The vitamin section and the pet section is always out of stock or very few offerings. I'm always looking for Friskies lils soups but they are always low or have none. Very limited selection on vitamins and supplements. Also no refill bottles of Spray N Wash and limited selection on Suavitel fabric softener. The prices are also not competitive. I am often disappointed in this store.

Ordered as a pickup and had a short window to get this order; it became a change to Curbside pickup. I hopped on the app and switched the order to curbside. I barely had it entered when a Sweetmite employee was greeting me and verifying !! The change came because my aging husband just decided to stay home; I rarely leave him so it made the amazingly prompt service important to me!!

Saw something I needed on the target website. They offer delivery to your car. This was perfect since I had a sleepy two year-old with me and I did not want to take him into the store. The price was the discounted due to delivery which was great. I received an email when the product was ready for pick up and within seconds of arriving it was delivered to my car. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

On holiday in johnson city from the uk and it has a starbucks inside went every morning to get a coffee and to sit and wake up for the day ahead and to show my appreciation to one of the employees i got her some flowers to say thanks at the end of my holiday. But was stopped in my tracks by a target manager i think which was Jonathan and was told the flowers was an unwanted gift went on to tell him its a gift to show appreciation which we do in the uk he muttered something and watched over me the entire time i was there! . Also the same manager outside the car park the previous night ay around 10 pm approched me from behind and startled me by saying where are you from then in an unpolite manner! I think he should learn more about common courtesy or taught how other cultures show there small token of appreciation and keep his nose out of of things that dont concern him! Other then that nice place to shop apart from being stalked and the issues that have have been highlighted!

Typically this is my go to. Love the staff. Had some drive up orders recently…. Where I’ve had to go in and wait forever to get stuff fixed. They’re super sweet about it, just make sure you check those pickup orders

Earlier I entered this establishment with a close friend looking for under garments, as we searched for the elusive xxl bra I began to enact in a dramatized exaggeration of the inequality and disregard women endure in our modern society. Any woman or individual with a mild care for these issues would see right through the witty satire and resonate with the message I spread, but alas the target management silenced me in an attempt to keep the misogynist agenda afloat! If you have any experience with being silenced, I do not encourage shopping at this store.Also why do they have those small speaker sounds that are just the bus honking in The Magic School Bus?

Love Good&Gather offerings. I have always liked Target fog over 30 years since living in Minnesota. Was going to quit going to Target when I learned of their inclusion of transgender clothing for children and the hiring of an avowed Satanist clothing designer. Hope Target comes to its senses before it ends up like Bud-Lite! STOP PROMOTING THIS QUEER STUFF!

I don’t go there often but i was looking for a birthday gift Or Christmas gift. So i got a awesome 👏🏽 deal !! Thanks to this young man name Cece ( not sure how to spell his name ) that checked me out he was very helpful and friendly . So i was a very happy shopper lol i may go back again when i need something else coz you can’t beat their deal they price matched it from online price n it was way less 🙌🏽 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Very Clean and stocked store. It was a bit hectic getting around the store as they were also bringing several pallets of products out into the store. Employees were very friendly and polite. Wish they were closer to where I live and then I would have an option other than Wal-Mart
