I have been taking our mini poodle Rufus to them for over a year now at a friend’s referral. He is always treated amazing and comes back looking and smelling amazing! They are wonderful and I would not dream of taking him somewhere else. They are very reasonable in their prices and always go above and beyond in service.

I have brought my dog here twice and loved it. However, today was quite bad. At the beginning of the morning, when I had dropped my dog off, the person handling him was quite a bit rude. I didn’t think much of it. However, when I returned when I thought my dog would be finished after 3 to 4 hours he was still on the table, and when he had looked at me, I had talked to him and said “hey baby” and she told me to not talk to him very rudely. And she had cut his hair very short, shorter than it had ever been. When I asked why this was she told me to not let him near carpet and to that I am supposed to brush him everyday. I do brush my dog everyday, that does not make up for cutting his hair extremely short. Do not recommend.

I brought my dog Wolfe in last week. He has always had trouble with grooming due to bad anxiety seizures. The woman was amazing and you can tell she really loves her job! I will definitely be back

We have had such bad experiences with groomers in the past. Which led to us trying to do it at home, the best we could. A family friend recommended this groomer and I am so glad they did. They did amazing with our babies, despite the condition. I appreciate you all being so patient with Oreo and making nugget look so cute. We appreciate more than we can express. We definitely will be back.

I took my toy poodle to another groomer a few times. Granted , he is not always cooperative. I had to take him back to straighten out his hair. After one visit with Ashley, I knew she was the one! She is patient and won my poodle, Petey over! Absolutely an awesome groomer!!!

Could not be happier! My Oakley has been groomed by Ashley for years, from the time he was 6 weeks to about 9 years. We lost contact with her some time ago due to life and moving, etc. I’ve always compared other groomers to her, she set the standard! I was so happy to find the salon’s page and realize she was the owner. Now she is grooming all 3 of my dogs. The place is very clean. Convenient location right in town. My babies look so good. I am super picky about who takes care of my fur kids and I have no problem leaving them in their care! Reasonable pricing too!

Soigne pets did an amazing job on my chico he's a 12 yr old Pomeranian With arthritis and a hot spot on his back. They had patents and took there time with him. I highly recommend them for a groomer

We have two dogs, one of whom can be difficult to groom. We are new to the area, and requested a grooming for both our boys from Soigné Pets, as reviews made it seem they were good with potentially-difficult pups. They also had a well-built website, had availability, and actually answered the phone, which seemed to be a rare trifecta with dog grooming services in the area.They did FANTASTIC with our boys, kept me apprised of their status and information regarding their grooming, and were done in a timely fashion. They look great and seem very happy overall. I'm thrilled we have a reliable, high-quality groomer in the area.

I’ve been hesitant to take my 9 year old rescue dog to a groomer for fear that he might not do well. Finally, after several failed attempts at cutting his hair myself, I gave in and took him to Soigné Pets and they did such a good job. They recognized he was very scared but said they would do the best they could. He looks wonderful and I don’t believe he was overly stressed with the process. I will definitely be booking another groom for him there when he needs it.

Watch behind doors, they could care less about your family member, It’s all about the money with them !!! I had an older Yorky that got sick off and on and I had to reschedule our appointments. Finally, my Yorkie passed away and I canceled that appointment you would have thought Maureen would have understood that how ever like she told me that was a spot that she lost money on!!!!! I have the text if anyone would like to see what she said to me !!!! She talked to me like Tash!!! I always tipped her very well for her time. If you have been going there since the owner had her baby you will notice where they have blocked off everything so you can see what goes on in the back. The owner tells you one thing and then ever one else says something differenttSo then I get another Yorkie and take her there... My dog never touched the grass for six months and had never been out of my house and she got kennel cough from them so they’re not as good to your family members as you would hope they would be, they act, it’s definitely all about the money, and for God sake, if your animal gets sick, they could care less like she told me and I can post it for you from the text she sent me!!!! If you notice they won't even answer the phone!!! If you love your animal like part of your family please be careful!!!! As I said feel free if you would like to see the text she sent me. I have never posted anything about any business good are ba however, I am a stylist that has been in the Business for 23 years and things happening you don't have the right to speak to someone like that. I want to say this again I will show you the text I have had them all since I went there, I have sent a lot of people that way also and they did not go back because they saw A dog muzzled while she was taking care of her child. I am a stylist and have been in the Business for 23 years, I was booked a year in advance things happen people get sick, but I never once spoke to my client like that or they would not be back!!!!!!! That's like when an older dog gets sick it's not your fault!!!!!!!!!! You don't want your baby standing there regurgitating why they were getting groomed. Just remember when establishments are all about the money, it’s all fake out front they don’t care about your babies they wouldn’t say what they said if it was not all about the money, however she made that clear! when one of my clients that works at WJHLwho had a work are child issue, I did not talk to her like trash, For instance, when Miss Virginia was going to ETSU, and she had a test pop up and she had to really study, I didn’t talk to her like trash when she had forgot about her appointment I worked myself around her because she meant more to me than my scheduling I always told anyone don't worry about it I well work you in even if I had to work late are what ever I love each and ever client I have and it's never about the money it's all about them!!!!!!!

I brought in my standard poodle puppy for his first ever professional groom and he looked absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t be more happy with it. He was 11 weeks old and they can be a little frightened of everything since it’s so new and she remained calm and loving to him and gave him treats throughout the groom to make sure he had a good experience. I’ve even booked more appointments with her and I’m very excited to send him back. He also didn’t sit there for hours like at some groomers. He was there from drop off to pickup less then two hours. I’m very happy with the service I received from them! Thank y’all so much!

I was very scared to leave my German shepherd anywhere but Maureen assured me and Harley (my dog) went right up to her and Maureen got down to her level and talked sweet to her and Harley just went right thru the door with her! Picked Harley up 2 hrs later and she was beautiful. Smelled good and soft. Her undercoat was brushed out. It was great!

Ashley has groomed our dogs for almost 10 years- maybe more than that! We met her when she worked at PetsMart and have been with her ever since.She is very reliable, trustworthy and most of all treats our fur babies with love! Our German Shepherd perks his ears up when we tell him he is going to see Ashley. He always looks great (has a lot less hair) & smells so good when we pick him up. Not to mention her prices are VERY reasonable!!I highly recommend Ashley- she’s the best around!

This is the best pet groomer around. I took my Boxer mix to be cleaned and groomed. Ashley did a great job and was very professional. We've found our new favorite groomer. Highly recommend this business!

First time here. They did fantastic! The 2 people that took care of our 4 1/2 month old Doberman Cooper did a wonderful job with him & on his nails. I was worried Cooper would be scared because he won’t let us near him with our grinder but they were able to keep him chill while working on his nails with no problem!!! He came back to my hubby bouncing like a kangaroo 😁Thank y’all! We will be back for sure.

If I could leave NO stars I would. I have a mini schnauzer I brought in for a grooming and I was told $40.00. When I went to pick him up she tells me $80.00 she said I didn’t have a mini I have papers proving he is she’s a thief I would NEVER recommend her.

My little dog had a good experience there.Salem did a great job she came out and petted him before taking him back.She gave him a bath and done his nails after going three places i found Soigne Pets and they can do a good job on nails.He has a place to go now it is a clean place with excellent service thank you Salem!!
