We’ve used this vet for a long time and they always provide excellent care to my pets! The people at all of the locations are very helpful and Friendly. Yesterday we had our dogs Tim and Finn neutered. I was really nervous about it at drop off, but the staff put my mind at ease and they even remembered our puppy Tim and went on about how cute and sweet he is! We got a reassuring text right after surgery. The communication from them is always excellent! At pick up the staff was very helpful and told us how they loved on the dogs all day. Highly recommend this place!!

This is an Excellent Pet Hospital! A tiny kitten showed up out of the blue at our door with its bottom lip separated/torn from its bottom teeth - Robinson Animal Hospital did surgery on this "Itty Bitty Kitty" and she is absolutely wonderful now! They gave us a very very reasonable price! Our Gratitude to the Doctor or doing such an Excellent job! I wanted to mention I called 7 different veterinarians in our area before ANYONE would say come on in! (Soonest appointment was Monday this was Thursday) We drove 2 hours to reach this Wonderful Hospital that Truly Cares for Patients and Owners!

Everyone was very nice and we were given a room as soon as we arrived for our appointment. The appointment went very well and was fairly quick but thorough. We will definitely come back here again for other appointments. The price was a bit less than $60 for both the time of the staff and a bottle of allergy medication for my cat.

We have taken our pets to Robinson Animal Hospital in Gray for several years. They have always been very pleasant and genuinely care for our pets. We are down to only one cat at this time and they take good care of our Rosie.

After spending 7&1/2 hours at an ER clinic and still not being seen, I called Robinsons and they made an appointment for us to bring our critically injured kitten to them the same day( Sunday). They did all the necessary work ups and Xrays and provided us with detailed statements to file on the pet insurance.Caring and compassionate and upfront with treatment costs and care, I will not take my kitten to anyone else.They earn the five star reviews!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a vet. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so kind, Dr. Pisacano on the other hand is horrible. We had a stray cat we brought in last week, he told us she was pregnant, had FIV, and had Feline Luekemia. We took her to another clinic to get her spayed. They had her sedated and then call me to let me know she is not pregnant and has already been spayed. She had the tattoo to show it. Then after two days of trying to get ahold of Dr Pisacano he calls back to let us know he overlooked her results and she was negative for both. He just happened to overlook it. He then proceeded to ask me I could delete a 1-star review I had left and maybe bring it up to a 3. I am absolutely shocked this happened. It makes me wonder how many other people have had false positive results and think their animals have a terminal illness. Will never ever be back.

We had 4 pets with Robinson'sHad an injured cat so I called. After 7 calls finally got someone to answer the phone . I was informed they could not see her today.. Told me to call the people's street office or gray. They might see her.. I'm sorry this is notAcceptable when you have a injured petHad been a customer there for severalYears. So I called another vet's officeThey worked us in within 2 hours.So I now have a new vet. For our animals. My thoughts are what good isA vet. If you cannot be seen in aEmergency . I wish I could have been able to give less than a 1 rating . Do not rely on these people to take care of your pets in a pinch.Thanks Mark Tester

I’ve been taking my little buddy to Robinson Animal Hospital for 12 years now. They’ve always been great to deal with. They’re always honest and open with me, and I’m always impressed with the integrity that this company operates with. My dog can sometimes be a butthead to strangers, yet Dr Pisacano is never phased by it. He always takes the extra time to warm up to my dog. I love this place.

I’ve used Robinsons for over 30 years, with lots of pets. Service is always great, and they are carrying on the legacy of Dr Robinson to the best extent possible. Just had to get a dog stitched up. Dr Kennedy followed up personally after his treatment, and everyone at People’s St location showed care and compassion when dealing with him.

I’ve had good experiences with Robinson Animal Hospital. Both times my pets was extremely sick and it was emergent I called and they got us in quickly- even the first time not being a patient there. Very informative and clean. Also they’re pricing isn’t terrible! I got money back on paying the full estimate! I consider that a win! I recommend them 10/10.

I’ve been taking my pets to Robinson’s Animal Hospital for about 10 years. They’re always kind and compassionate. The vets there are very thorough and explain everything in detail. They never seem like they’re in a rush to get me seen and out the door. I loved Dr. Robinson and was sad when he passed away, but it seems like all the vets are carrying on his legacy of being compassionate and loving. I’ll continue taking my pets here for years to come.

Has been my vet since I first became an adult. Easy to get appointments, affordable prices and exceptional care. They treat you like a person and everyone in the office seems to actually care for animals. Dr. Hinkle is our favorite, he helped us with our rat years ago and he's our cats' vet. He makes them feel comfortable, he's not afraid of animals and he give exceptional care. Everytime I leave the office, I feel confident in the care my animals received and in the knowledge I received. We are incredibly fortunate to have such an exceptional vet!!!! 🇺🇸I go to the Watauga location, I believe that’s what road it on. Everybody there is super great. They’re very reasonably priced, and took really good care of me and my Cali(dog)!! I will absolutely never go anywhere else! Sometimes I have a hard time explaining myself and finding my words from a injury, and they’ve never made me feel bad or weird about it! Dr. Khan is the most caring vet I have EVER encountered! She has gone WAY beyond several times when others do basic. She has saved my baby girl's life twice; first time from being misdiagnosed by another vet.This last time she dropped everything she was doing and performed surgery within 2 hours of walking in without an appointment! They treated my fur babies with the same care I'd imagine they pay their own animals...
