I was honored today at Publix by an employee in the bakery her name is Jennifer. I had justLeft the VA and had my Air Force hat on she asked if I was retired I said yes I am. So she purchased my items from the bakery for me to honor my service to this Country. This has never happened to me and I retired with 20 yrs service in 2006

Nothing but wonderful things to say about items I have purchased from here. First of all, their chicken tenders are phenomenal. I ordered a few pounds to take home and they are some of the best I have ever had. We have ordered plain on one occasion, but the small platter with sauced tenders was a fan favorite. The Sweet Home Sriracha Sauced tenders are GREAT! I also ordered a dozen cupcakes (4 carrot cake, 4 chocolate, 4 red velvet) all with cream cheese frosting. Everyone said they were the best cupcakes they ever had. Super fresh! My son loves the Pub Subs. Hard to beat the food here.

Excellent store where everything is spotless and the shelves are beautifully stocked to perfection. The deli staff could not have been nicer and went out of their way to ensure that all of the customers were happy. This store lives up to the Publix motto "Where Shopping Is A Pleasure".

My first time shopping in this store so I had no idea where to find things. Everyone was so helpful. I was there late finishing up my shopping list for holiday cooking. A sweet girl came and asked if I was finding everything that I needed. She was so sweet and sincere. When I made my way up front I realized that they were waiting on me to close down the store. No one rushed me at all in spite of wanting to go home, I'm sure. The cashier was super friendly as well. Chris escorted me out so that he could retrieve my basket. While loading the car I realized that I had forgotten to get dog food for my sick sons dog. Something that was a last minute request that didn't make it on my list. I was prepared to make one more stop to get the dog food. Chris, asked what i needed and without hesitation, ran back into the store and got me not one but two cans of dog food and met me at the door with them and wished me a Merry Christmas.My sopping experience couldn't have been better and their genuine kindness absolutely warms my heart. Thank you so much for being such a joy.

I was very happy to see there was a Publix in the next town over as day carry so much that other stores do not. I can also get my scripts there cheaper. I'm disabled and they've always gone out of their way to help me and I've seen them do that for others as well. I just really enjoy the diverse choice of groceries to choose from.

Knowing Publix and how it all runs for a while, I can honestly say I’m not very impressed with JC Publix. The associates don’t greet as you pass by. The quality of products in the bakery department are really bad and the bakery manager always seems to have a bad attitude. In general, people just don’t seem happy to work there. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to shop at Greeneville where it feels more like the Publix I’m used to.

I love Publix. They have the best meats in town. They have great organic veggies, they have a small area with kosher and foreign products, which I prefer to buy. The employees at the deli are always so friendly. Great place to shop.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's party but unfortunately was given vanilla instead of the superfetti we ordered. We drove from Kingsport all the way there because they're the only grocery bakery that does the superfetti cake. It was too late to do anything since we didn't see that until we opened her box at the party. Besides the mix up with this there is no complaint on flavor or anything. They were good, just not what my little wanted for her birthday.

It’s always fun to check out a new grocery store!! Everything’s so nice and clean and organized. The bathrooms smelled nice and I love their bakery section! Also I’ve never seen a designated fruit section like they do with seafood until today. Their tiramisu is pretty good but I like the tiramisu at Fresh Market better.

Publix is known for its quality and great customer experience, but not all the stores really live up to those standards. However this Publix is well managed, well stocked, and well maintained. You can't go wrong with a trip to this location!

Prices may be a tad bigger than other places, but the quality and selection is top notch. Plus, look for the buy one get one deals. We need one in Elizabethton (hint, hint)

One of the best big grocery stores in our area! The meat and seafood department are especially top notch. The staff in that department is incredibly knowledgeable and can take special orders. There’s a lot of meat and seafood products at the JC Publix that you can’t find elsewhere.The deli is amazing, but be prepared for a LONG wait for a sandwich there, even if the line isn’t long. Their store brand stuff is really great - I especially love their lemonade. Prices are a bit higher than Food City or Kroger, but not bad.

my friend just had a really bad experience there. She tossed the disinfecting wipe into the designated trash can, the store lady yelled at her to pick it back up because there was no plastic bag set up in the trash can. soo rude.

I recently visited Publix Super Market at Markets West at Franklin, and it left me thoroughly impressed.The standout items were undoubtedly their Buffalo chicken tender sub and the club sub. These sandwiches were a flavor explosion - satisfying, well-prepared, and packed with taste.What truly sets this place apart, though, is the absence of any notable shortcomings. The service was efficient, and the store's ambiance was inviting. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.If you're in the Franklin area and looking for a satisfying meal or some grocery shopping, I highly recommend giving Publix Super Market a visit. It's a reliable choice that's sure to leave you with a positive impression.

Lovely! I have to drive 25 miles to go to Publix so I can fill my frig with organic produce, Bristol TN has no options for organic produce.I found (((everything))) I needed😊😊😊I'm from Florida and Syracuse NY and between PUBLIX & Wegman's healthy options were always only a few miles away. My health suffers when I eat GMO and chemically treated foods. Please, please, please put a Publix in Bristol TN 🙏 We really need one!!

Very nice store! Wish I had one in my town. It's always odd to try to find things in grocery stores that you're not familiar with, but it seemed like the layout made sense. It has selections and options that you don't find in many places. And this story is relatively new so everything is very clean and the management and staff keep it that way.

Publix has been one of my favorites to shop for years while I lived in SC, since moving to TN this Publix has been disappointing, always out of wings especially the Mardi Gras when I come in to shop, the long line for subs is disappointing, I never had these issues at my old store.

We shop here in addition to Wal-Mart and Food City.We recommend the pub subs by the deli area! You can get a footlong sub that is stuffed and delicious for $10 or less! And it's so much better than a sub shop like Subway or Jimmy John's.

Remind me not to do my shopping here first thing in the morning. While the young man deli worker was kind and upbeat-his go-to person was grumpy and less than helpful. I also had to wait for several minutes waiting for a cashier to approve gift cards at checkout. Sad, that I paid more when I could have gotten what I needed at Food City and had better service.

I love Publix and grew up with them in Florida and still love shopping there. Unfortunately, when I shopped at the Johnson City location 3 weeks ago, I purchased a pack of Oscar Meyer beef hotdogs. I wanted to use them that night, and when I opened the package, they were spoiled, slimy, and smelt awful. I checked the expiration date ( which I will do from now on before I buy anything anywhere), and they expired on November 11, 2023. Unfortunately, I could not take them back at that time and just had to throw them away

3 words: flourless chocolate cake. I'm literally addicted and I buy one weekly. Of course this place is clean and the customer service is excellent. It's pricey, so I don't do all my shopping here, but the price is justified by the quality.

Best grocery store around. They sell Exotic fruit. Including jack fruit. Prices maybe high on somethings , but you pay for quality stuff. I don't mind since it's worth it

All of my favorites in one place: Favorite grocery store, favorite pharmacy, favorite sub, and favorite bakery. The location of this particular store isn’t my favorite, but getting in and out of the parking lot is pretty easy if you use the little side road that comes out at a traffic light on W. Market St. (the road with the light that runs next to the boys and girls club connects to the parking lot).
