ProCompounding is so easy to work with. The pharmacy tech Christin is very helpful. From the time they get the rx, to contacting us for shipment info, to compounding, to the items being delivered was 3-4 days total. We utilized wart cream from them. After one application (one tiny little drop was all it took) 2 weeks later it's completely gone. Christin has also been super helpful with other compounding medication questions we have, finding alternates, and managing patient care and communication. Highly recommend Christin and her team!

Excellent compounding pharmacy! The pharmacist took my phone call and talked to me for 30 minutes or more, answering all of my detailed questions on bioidentical hormones (I'm a nurse), plus their background and expertise. Even reviewed my labs and discussed. Very impressive! Both my husband's and my bioidetical hormones were spot on, giving much needed relief. The formulations go on well and are well absorbed, and the applicators work great. Prices are lower than competitors, and they can mail them to us for a low fee (we live in another town). Highly recommend.

I found this pharmacy, although friendly enough and sufficient at providing medication, extremely unprofessional. I received an unsolicited, unwarranted "weight loss" flyer in my packet accompanying my prescription. It was slipped in and included amongst my receipt, medication information, and HIPAA agreement. I find this EXTREMELY unprofessional and, frankly, very dangerous for patients. I will be changing pharmacies due to this, as I find this behavior unacceptable.

I was on Premarin for years which did not work well until my pc recommend HRT with procompounding. I am very glad she did. My symptoms are under control bc my hormone levels are checked. My skin no longer has terrible breakouts including cyst-like acne. And they give a military discount! The overall cost is cheaper than what my copayment was for premarin. Thank you ProCompounding!!!

Liars! Scoundrels! Pharmacist refused to give his name. They changed what they said after I gave them all my personal info & claim prophylactic use of ivermectin is two pills one time only. They know that's not true! They told me the real dosage when I first called to check. They dont deserve to serve the public. Criminals.

What a nice surprise to receive my second prescription with a complimentary tote bag from your store. It is REFRESHING to interact with your staff because of the courtesy ALWAYS extended to me. Alway very courteous and always helpful. The last prescription I received by mail was very late but that was because of the US Postal Service and not a fault of the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy gave me their tracking number and made it as easy as possible for me to find my prescription. I like these people.

Best customer service that I have ever experienced and they saved me a lot of money. Kristin was the most kind and helpful person and went to great effort to assist me. This was my second time dealing with these great folks. I was paying $14.30 per pill for gout meds and these people compounded a better perscription for $1.50 per pill, and get this, they have free shipping! Honestly I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past. Highly recomend them for value, professionalism and just plain old niceness.

It took awhile to get my medication. I needed it badly. I understand it takes time to compound medications. But I was told couple different stories as to why it was taking so long. The tech that I spoke to before the pharmacist was no help. The Pharmacist, I believe his name was Nicholas. Was so very helpful and more than anything very understanding of my situation. He took time to check into UPS delivery in my area on Saturdays. And he expedited it as quickly as possible. I received it on Saturday (the very next day)

I was having a problem understanding some issues I had never experienced before regarding a new prescription. I was clueless and the questions I was asking were hard to answer because I didn't really know what to ask. Thank goodness for Kala and "T". Everyone has been so pleasant and kind. They have worked with my doctor and helped me get some relief without having to take steroids for the first time in over a year. My family had covid last year and I now have problems keeping my eosinophil levels down. I was facing sinus surgery and this looks to be at least postponing surgery for the time being. My taste and smell are also returning. The fact that this pharmacy has listened to all of my issues and truly cared, means more than they’ll ever know. They also helped us get everything worked out when our insurance wasn’t wanting to cover the prescription. If you’re looking for people that care and want to help, this is the place. I’m so thankful for the people at ProCompounding Pharmacy.

I’ve never dealt with a more frustrating and seemingly lazy pharmacy in my life. My surgeon recommended a treatment two weeks ago. She said that the pharmacy would call me when they received the prescription and set up everything. This was on a Thursday. On the following Monday, I still had not heard anything from the pharmacy, so I called them. Upon calling the pharmacy, there were like, “oh yeah, we received the prescription on Thursday.” I told them this was a workman’s comp issue and I had a pre-approved pharmacy card to give them the information and that this would go directly to my examiner for approval. They insisted that they needed to speak to my examiner first, so for four days, there was an absurd game of phone tag between the pharmacy tech working my case and the examiner. At one point, the examiner called service with the pharmacy and explained that the pharmacy had to submit the claim to the prescription benefit card, but they still didn’t do it. I continued to call several times a day as they continued to blame WC for the delay, but they still had not submitted the Information on the prescription card benefit to WC. It took my examiner calling them and explaining again before they submitted it on Thursday. It was approved by my examiner within minutes of the submission. Then I got the call to set up shipping and spoke to the pharmacist who said I should have it on the next business day, which was Friday. He guaranteed it would ship Thursday. Here it is the following Monday now and my prescription still hasn’t shipped. I was told it was a “heat-sensitive item” and they didn’t want to ship it Friday to sit in a hot warehouse all weekend. I told them they had told me it was going to ship Thursday and that I’d have it by Friday. I called today and frustrated, but still polite, explained that I was supposed to be on this treatment for two weeks before going back to my surgeon in three days from this post. They’re now personally delivering it to my home after I explained that it was a guarantee that I was going to have to have surgery now. Thoughtful to deliver it at this point, but also at this point, it’s over a week and a half late and I’m guaranteed to have to have a very painful surgery now. I’ve sat in extreme pain for the last week and a halfI would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It’s bad when Workman’s Comp is calling them to tell them to hurry it up.I will give the positive that the representative I just spoke with on the phone was very kind and very eager to help me get my medication ASAP, but she was the first. I believe her name was Kristen as well. Keep her as she actually cares about patients.**************************************************I will amend this review due to the owner’s response. It seems the owner has no issue violating HIPAA in his or her response to reviews on this forum. I didn’t give you consent to release any information about my situation that wasn’t given by myself.Your organization didn’t even reach out to me to let me know you got the prescription, as your flier given out by the doctor’s office says you would. You got the prescription on Thursday and I called your organization after hearing nothing between them and Monday. From there it took you 9 days to do what WC told you to do from day one, which is to run the claim on the prescription card information I gave you, which would go straight to my examiner for approval. Once your organization did so, it was approved within minutes. The examiner with Sedgwick that I just spoke with explained that your organization had no extra paperwork to do because Sedgwick handles all of that for the State of NC employees. Your organization simply needed to run the group, bin, etc. numbers off the prescription card and I could have had my prescription MUCH sooner.I’m scheduling my surgery today thanks to the neglect of this organization.

I have to get a medication for my little dog with Cushing's Disease at this pharmacy. Everyone there has always been so kind and patient, and I truly appreciate all of them and the service they provide. I'm a 72 year old widow and have some health issues. They work with me to help me however they can. They are patient and thoughtful. If anyone needs compounded medication, THIS is the place to go!!!!! I thank all of them so very much!!!

Personally, I have had a great experience with Pro Compounding Pharmacy.They're very kind and professional. My ear nose and throat doctor prescribed a compound and using their salt nasal rinse, I've had wonderful results. Before I started using the compound and rinse, I could not get to sleep and had trouble staying asleep when I did doze off. Now, I can breathe through my nose and I'm getting a full nights rest. That's changed my life in a lot of ways. Thanks y'all, Bill

This experience wasn't a good as previous times. I received a call letting me know that they were having a problem getting insurance clearance. Several days later I stopped by and asked if the problem had be resolved. Apparently it had as the order was ready. I didn't get a call saying so. Always before I was informed.

They would not call my insurance to get my medicine refilled. It took me getting my insurance agent online with their office staff in order for them to finally run my medicine and get it approved.However, when my prescription was filled by mistake, before running my insurance and I could not pay out of pocket, they were very adamant about contacting my insurance to make sure the medicine was covered at that time.It appears they only care about their own profits and not helping patients. I will not do business with this pharmacy again.
