We love this groomer so much! I trust them completely with my senior girl. They treat her gently and kindly and get her finished quickly to avoid stress. Here she is posing pretty in nearby Winged Deer Park after her most recent appointment. Totally worth the drive to Johnson City.

Posh Paws is the best!! My 2 Schnauzers don't like many people or other living things, but they adore Jorie at Posh Paws and love their regular visits there. Can't imagine anyone else grooming them.

Meg is fantastic with my rough collie boy. He has a lot of anxiety when inside buildings that aren't home but as soon as he walks in the doors he's a happy waggy tail. I trust their experience with double coated breeds and best of all is they're by appointment only, so you won't be dropping off "before 9am" and getting a random call between 11 and 5 saying your dog is ready.

Top notch. This is the best groomer in Johnson City near me. They pamper our puppies and my babies are always in the best mood when I pick them up which I can't say for most places due to stress!

Edited to respond to the owners response:I called to make 2nd appointments for my two dogs. Basic wash and nail trims. The last time I took them they both still smelled like… well… dirty wet dog when I brought them home.When I made the appointment I pointed this out and asked if anything different could be done. I was then told it was my dogs and it was recommended that I go somewhere else and my appointment was taken off the books.You would think that if there was a critique the owner would want to hear about it instead of being so rude to their customers.Additional comment:Did I question the $25 fee- absolutely- but told you I would pay this fee once I dropped the dogs off.Izzy was just at the vet a week prior and with a full exam to get up to date on all vaccines and was never told anything about a skin irritation or infection.Lloyd and Izzy both came in wearing Soresto collars- so I’m not sure where a flea infestation would have come from, but paid the extra $15 I was charged when I picked him up.Neither dog was asked for their vaccine records either when dropped off which would have been a receipt of their last vet visit which also showed the purchase date of the soresto collars that they were wearing at your facility.As for mentioning that they smelled like wet dog when retuned to us- I specifically asked that Izzy receive a dog cologne because Lloyd did not smell clean when I picked him up, so this WAS mentioned, I’m sorry if you conveniently don’t not recall this information. Just because you say you haven’t had a complaint about someone not being happy with a service or how their dog turned out doesn’t mean this hasn’t happened- I just happened to be the person to voice their opinion.As it stands, this place of business is all about blame the customer because we do no wrong when they bring up something they aren’t happy about. If that attitude continues you’ll never make it long term. I sure hope you learn from your mistakes.
