Instantly fell in love with this place the moment I stepped inside. It was overwhelming how neat and tidy the store was with all their beautiful Christmas goodies on display! And the prices were amazing! Their decor was just as pretty as Kirkland or Michaels with prices that were half those stores. They are refreshingly modern as well, with several color schemes. They have party and paper goods as well’s as cleaning supplies, beauty deals and even toys and snacks! Very impressed and can’t wait to go back!

Last Saturday visited the Johnson City store, spoke with the manager regarding a balloon order for an upcoming surprise birthday party. She told us no problem come back the day before. The day before we came back and the same manager told us no way to have order ready before 1pm the next day. We explained that she had told us to come back today and I quote she said “I said the day before.” We said, “it is the day before.” She said, “well I meant to call early this morning not stop by halfway through the day”. Maybe she should have taken our order the week before…there’s a thought for customer service.🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️.We ended up going to the Bristol location and the young lady there was extremely helpful, professional and polite. And I might add had our balloons ready by 11am the next day.

My new favorite store. Never knew it even existed. They've been open since January 2022. Today I purchased two citronella candles which were 70% off for $1.80 each. Also purchased a beautiful fall wall hanging frame for $8.00 and my favorite deodorant for $6.00. As you can tell by my purchases they sell everything in this store at very good prices. Very friendly staff as well.

The store is nice and clean. They do have a large variety to chose from. Good prices on most things. My big complaint is the self check out. #1 I don't work there and the workers just stand there and watch you. #2 My mother is 69 and does not want to figure out the check out! When we had the young girl check is all out at the one in JC she was blowing and then some older lady was smart! If a customer wants them to check out the items there should be no disrespect. I won't go in there much. I will shop other places.

I believe this store is a part of the Dollar General family. It is a nice clean store and most everything is a dollar. I was happy having trouble finding what I was looking for and asked for assistance. The young lady took me right to the item which would have been the 6th place I would have looked. The checkout is self checkout so don’t stand in line waiting for someone to help you like in did. I would be willing to go there again when looking for general merchandise items at a low cost.

AMAZING customer service! Stopped inside to find something to snack on before work and one of the workers helped me look for gluten free drinks and snacks due to my allergy. She also helped me choose between them. She really went above and beyond. Then the woman and the self checkout was very friendly as I was checking out. I was very happy with how I was treated here.

No one runs the register. It's all self checkout. I dont get paid to check myself out... My cup had to be replaced within a week of purchase. so watch products and be sure to test them before you walk out

Disability friendly, Sensory friendly and Queer friendly place to shop! The music might be stimulating but no flashing lights, bouncing basketballs, or other stimulants that can cause meltdowns. The staff is very friendly and inclusive if there's ever an issue. The products are nice and the prices are great!

Didn't get to go to the one in Johnson City Tn as I passed the exit on the way home from Richmond VA and didn't want to back track. Was helping set up a new pOpshelf there. Opens tomorrow 7/7 Lots of great home decor, crafts, baking, party supplies, etc!! Fantastic pricesI I really hope they plan to bring one closer to me, say Knoxville/Sevierville area.

Today was the first time shopping there. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices. They were very reasonable and had a really nice variety of items. The store was extremely clean and well organized. I liked the self check out. That may not be for everyone, but I like it. The sales associate is there to assist you if you need help scanning your merchandise. Looking forward to going back and doing more shopping.

all the staff are happy to help and gracious. They will walk you to whatever you are looking for.They are happy to check you out if you do not like doing it yourself. Their register is quite easy for self-checkout.

Very well organized and clean. Some stuff was miss-labled for price. Which happens. Also, depending on what you are buying you get something for a great price or greatly overpay. The store almost reminds me of a 5 below but less kiddish stuff. This would the adult version.
