Used the dog wash today ($16), and everything was neat, clean, and stocked.My dog had a great time, and my back appreciated the raised platform tub to scrub her in. The blow dryer was not as loud as other places so it was not headache inducing and still got my dog dry in a reasonable time.The store from the associates to the aisles this visit was perfect.

The store is awesome and has everything I could ever need for my dog. Jessi is what makes this pet stand out from the others. My dog, Marley, searches the store for her every time we go and always takes the time to tell her hi. I just had to let everyone know how awesome she is.

The staff at this location are friendly and ready to help you. I needed to purchase a gentle leader collar for my dog but wasn’t sure of the size, nor how to put it on her properly. The associate tried 2 sizes on her and once had the right size, showed me how to put it on her and adjust it. I will always come here for pet supplies

I had high hopes about using the dog wash station here at this location. However, that was not the case. The floor was dirty and wet, at least put down rubber mats designed for wet environments to reduce fall risks. Sign “says slippery when wet” the problem has been identified and reasonable effort should be taken to mitigate the risk. The dog wash tubs were not clean, hair on the walls, and in the tub and drains. A customer finished and no associates came into clean and Disinfect The base of the baths need to be scrubbed clean not just washed down. Additionally, there is no exhaust fan and no place to separately dry your pet. You have to dry your pet iin the same tub you just used. There are no dog grooming tools provided and drying towels have seen better days. On a positive note, rest of store appeared clean and well stocked. Cashier/sales associate was friendly and helpful. Hopefully this review is taken as a critique and not just complaints. I plan to return in the future and hopefully some of the above has been corrected.

I was very impressed by the prices, particularly of the bulk natural dog chew items (various bones, rawhides, etc.). Many of their toys were reasonably priced.They have an astounding number of food choices for both dogs and cats including many holistic brands you can't find at many stores. If your pet has food allergies or sensitivities, this is a great place to look for limited ingredient diets, foods made with novelty proteins, and/or grain-free foods.They also have a pet salon inside the store. I didn't inquire about the price range of those services.I had a good first impression and I'm sure I'll be back. Check them out!

A great place to get specialty items for pets! They have a great selection and most items are reasonably priced. We go here once a week to get treats from the little pet deli! Friendly employees also overall a wonderful pet store!

My daughter, my bonus son, and I had just finished eating in Johnson City. We were getting ready to get onto the interstate when I noticed Pet Supplies Plus. We decided to drop in seeing as we all have animals cats and dogs alike and check the place out. The foods are more over price than what I could pay but on the other hand there are so many treats and toys, different kinds of treats, loose, bagged, you name it. They also have a donut case looking case that has dog treats in it that's straight-up look like desserts. The biggest thing I saw here was the dog grooming station. There are three different stations, it costs $40 for 5 washes shampoos and conditioners available for you as well. I sure wish I lived closer so I can bring my dogs here for bass it would be much easier than having to clean my tub out or drag out the kiddie pool and water hose.

I got my dog groomed here yesterday, they were polite enough and friendly. However I was pretty upset when I got my dog back. I knew he was going to need to be shaved shorter because he was matted in places where he would let me brush. The length was not the problem, when I got him back he looked awful, they took the clippers and shaved all the way to the skin on his nose and left the rest of his face extremely long. He still had a few large matts around his face that I had to cut out myself. Honestly the cosmetics portion I could get over. The main reason why I am posting this is because he has several places where the clippers burned his skin. Like on his nose and around his neck. He has been flinching when being touched in those areas. Needless to say I won’t be back. I do have photos but I don’t have an attach option.

They have a great selection but they also take care of their customers. I bough puppy food and my puppies got sick and can't eat anymore. I just got the bag and had maybe a week. They are refunded me for the purchase and told me to do whatever with left over food. Great service

Other than the condition of the Betta water, it was a nice store. I adopted all three female because I felt sorry for them. The store has a large variety for cats, dogs, small animals, reptiles and fish.

I love to have the choice to groom my dogs on my own, or get a professional job if I prefer. Great choice of tuff toys, something my Beagle must have, while at the same time things for my 10 pound Shih Tzu as well!

I lov being able to bring my pupper in and bath her. Saves a mess at home and everything needed such as towels, soap. And conditioner is supplied. Afterwards your pup can grab a treat!

I got to bathe my dog after the groomer left which was convenient and only $14. Shampoo/conditioner,towels,and full pet sized showers with handheld shower heads and wall‐attached blow dryers available...loved loved loved it,, and treats were on sale...staff helpful and attentive...

It was an okay experience. Couldn't really get anyone to help me find anything. We needed a special type of dog food and they didn't even help look. One of the hair dryers in the self dog wash doesn't work so we had to switch the dog around. Maybe I should have checked first but I didn't think of it. They did have quite a selection of shampoos, towels and other things that you need. All in all, I probably go to PetSmart

This was a cool pet supply store! We went in there with questions about reptiles, as we've never owned one, and the representative was so nice and talked to us for a long time. She even took the bearded dragon out and let my son hold him. So very friendly staff. They also have a case at the front with really nice homemade dog treats. The dogs absolutely love the ones I got, they're all shaped cute We got pizzas. There are also donuts, and a few other shapes. They even have icing on them. Definitely will go again.

One of the few pet stores I've been to that actually takes great care of their fish and small animals they have you can clearly tell when talking to the person in charge of the animals that she prides herself in making sure they're strong and healthy for their next home, HIGHLY recommend buying fish here rather than pet smart they'll live more than a couple hours every single fish I have brought from here over the past 2 years is alive and thriving.

They have a great selection and all of the workers I have encountered have been nice and helpful, however, during my visit today we were just browsing and decided to walk by the aquariums and look at the fish. There were numerous dead fish in several tanks, one tank had at least 15-20 dead fish stuck to the filtration system, floating at the top, and some at the bottom that were being consumed by the other fish. I understand stuff happens but it shows blatant carelessness. Also, who would buy a fish from a tank that has dead fish floating around. Put some more care into the live animals or don’t sell them.

There's one area on the left wall as you walk in I think it's called the "dog deli" you can pick up some unique treat for your dog on the cheap. The pig snout looked tasty. I am disappointed with the fish variety and supplies. I needed a canister filter setup and didn't see one. Definitely some pros and cons with this pet store.

I come here VERY often (whether it’s for a toy, dog food, or to use the self washing station) and am always impressed! This store is always stocked, neat, and the staff is wonderful! There is a very sweet blonde girl named Emily that has helped me multiple times, I know I can always count on her!! 11/10 recommend!!

Really love the self service dog wash. It is so much easier than bathing two large dogs at home and, with the purchase of the multiple wash package, the price is very reasonable. I just wish the blow dryer air was warm instead of room temperature.

Nice place. They did not carry the size of litter box I needed but had the smaller one. Only because of limited space in store. It was nice to see the selection of different ones in person. This helped finalize my decision on going with the newer one, using pellets and pad in the drawer that does not require scooping the urine. Im glad I did. Its working out well with my 2 cats.

This store has a nice selection of pet supplies for all pets from food to toys to bedding to items for your fish and reptiles.I purchase my dogs food from here where it is better priced. I also signed up for the free pet supplies plus membership and it has very fair great point earning system to go toward future purchases. Love the customer service its always attentive/excellent. Thank you to the employees.
