Absolutely love this shop. On the smaller side, but almost guaranteed to have the odd yet essential item you’re after that nowhere else close by is as likely to have. It’s more a boutique/specialty item type store than a traditional, or big pet store. There’s a wonderful homemade treat section that is sold in bulk, or one of their flat price refillable containers. Some stuff can be a little high, but if you need it, & online is 2 days away; I call that a few bucks extra well spent. That said, they do try to offer a less expensive alternative for about everything from my experiences. Be it a smaller size, or alternative product. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what they carry, how to get the most you can for your money/time. This store has been one my favorites for a long time, & will continue to be. The shop doesn’t stand alone though. It’s in the shopping center tucked back in the corner. Don’t let the small front fool you, they’re packed to the gills with some of the best products you’re gonna find locally anywhere. I’ve never got a bad recommendation from anyone working here, & have learned a good bit while talking to them.I’ve never had an issue with my family being along, quite the opposite in fact. There is a cat, or two that roams around the store. Not sure if they’re the owners, employees, or just shop cats, but they’re friendly. Although it may be against the grain so to speak, dogs are not allowed to be brought in. Once you get in you’ll see why, & logically it just makes sense. It’s not because of the cats.. Just the layout, types of items within mouths reach, & decor. It’s not a concrete floor, metal shelves store here. Don’t let the few bad reviews sour you.

I bought a leash and harness for my new puppy. It was too small, so I returned it on the next business day for a bigger size. They didn’t have the next size up so I asked for a refund. They would not refund my money. The tags were in tact and I had the receipt. They would only give me a gift receipt. I could have ordered these products online but I wanted to support small businesses.Very disappointed with this management.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They have quality pet food, fun toys, and treats your pets will go nuts over. We've been buying food for our 4 dogs there for about a year and I always make sure I get the three large ones each a 3 foot chew stick and the small one random snacks that are more her size.. The owner is super sweet and her team is knowledgeable and helpful.

As soon as we walked through the door the older lady working was there eyeing my friend, our kids and me down, and seeming irritated that we were there. She asked if we needed anything, in a not so kind way, and also said that we have to stay with our kids the whole time. Fine. It was apparent that she was irritated that we were two steps behind the kids while walking in. I want to add that the kids were well behaved for that literal one minute we were there. There are two cats loose in the store that the kids were petting. I was right there with my daughter while she tried petting one and then got yelled at by the older lady that works there who yelled “Get your daughter away from the cat”. Very confrontational and angry. I told her that we would go now, and she responded angrily with “Good”. There was no warning upon entry not to touch the cats. Also, based on other reviews dogs aren’t welcome either. So, if you are an adult without kids or a dog I’m sure things will go well for you, but I would not recommend going there. The old lady needs to put a sign up that kids are not welcome, nor are dogs.

I always like coming here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. There's more than enough options here for your pet if you want to feed them good, quality food. Yes, it's more expensive than your run of the mill stuff at every other department store, but quality costs. Would highly recommend.

They are the best I went there today with my dad to get cat food they didn't have what we was looking for but they did give us two free bags of little cat Treats and I give them to my two cats ally and Rosie they loved them I Recommend y'all to go there for you're cats or dogs it will make them happy

Not impressed Staff is not as knowledgeable as they make out to be. They sell quality food from companies that guarantee their food, however the store policy is that “they will not guarantee their food”. The store has representatives from each dog food manufacturer and those representatives give the store full refunds on returned foods, for ANY reason. However, the owners of this establishment do not give refunds and state that you have to call manufacturer on your own. This is NOT true nor is it good customer service. They have the ability to stand behind the products they sell and to use all available resources to keep the customer happy. They choose NOT to do this.

Love this place! Wonderful employees! Very knowledgeable about the foods and what should be avoided for certain health issues. Each time I've gotten a 24lb bag they always take it to my truck for me. Our new dog store for sure! And not to mention I called them because I was running late from work at their closing time, and the employee allowed me 5 extra minutes past closing time to get there which was more than enough time to avoid rushing, and in turn was able to get my dog his food. Can't say enough good things.

Every staff member I’ve interacted with is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.When they know your animal and family and can recognize you when you visit less than once a month, that’s attention to detail!Great people and place! This is a great little pet store. Theyhave quality foods, treats, toysand other supplies for cats anddogs. We bought a few cat toysand a bag of cat food. Employeesare super helpful and friendly.Even got a few free cat foodsamples. Also Sweet pea andBlackBerry are super sweet.

Large selection of quality products for your pet. I purchase food for my dogs and goat milk for my cats here. The folks are super helpful, friendly, and customer-oriented. I love to shop here and can spend an hour or so just browsing at their products and wide-arrest of selections! They know their products well and I like that!

This is a great store. Fromm food is the best and very healthy for your pet. Our hound was overweight and the weight management helped so much. Various flavors too so they don't get bored. The treats and toys are amazing too!! And the pig ears are our dogs favorites.

They are high priced. I used to buy a supplement that I could only buy in-store there. After buying there a while, I let them know that I would need to buy about 3 - 4 of that item a month. After that, they immediately raised the price to 125% of the original! Company's product prices did not go up. That's a huge increase in price! Coincidence? I don't think so.Also, they sell & recommend human-intended supplements for your pet. This is a problem, because those human supplements have an alcohol base. Animals, especially cats, cannot metabolize them, so they are very toxic! They even say they give their cat(s) it, even though they hate it. Nothing like force feeding alcohol, a very toxic substance, to your beloved animal.

My dog and I were attacked by a loose cat that lives in the store the moment we walked in the door. I was then blamed for bringing her in and told that there was a sign “soft banning” dogs on the door, which I never saw or I would have taken her home. As I walked out with my bleeding dog in my arms they continued to explain to me that one of their loose store cats was previous hurt by a dog and apparently that justified my dog being scratched up. I will never return there and would recommend any dog owners to avoid this place if they have their pups with them.

The bully sticks and yak cheese bones keep our great pyrenees occupied. Nice quiet store, great location and knowledgeable owner and staff. Oh and say hi to Chat the cat when you’re there!

There is a mean cat that stays in the store that will attack customer's pets if they are not on their guard. I wonder what the owner is thinking and I hope no one's pet gets hurt. Mine almost did and it really upset me when I got home and noticed her ear is badly scratched. I guess we were lucky. I will just shop elsewhere or online. Why does the owner allow this?

I've been frequenting Natural Pet Supply since they opened. I get dog food and cat litter there and have been pleased with the products. The owners and staff are super nice and helpful. I hope for there continued success.
