Worst customer service. Do not go to this store if you need ANY assistance because you will not get any.I drove a hour in to Lowes to pick up items for my husband who’s couldn’t get there.I went in with a list. I didn’t know where to find most items. This was at 7:45 AM. There were not many customers and there were a lot of employees walking around in the areas that I was in and none of them offered to help. When I did ask someone for help, I was met with a curt and rude response. I was completely taken back. Apparently the employees are there only to stock shelves and offer absolutely no assistance. Lowes has just lost a customer because I will not be returning if I can help it.The service was so bad and the employee I dealt with so rude that I decided to sit in the parking lot after leaving to write this review. Perhaps the manager that was doing the morning meeting while I was there should do one on customer service and how the employees should treat their customers.

I like to go to Lowe's because my husband gets excited. (Lol) They have cool stuff. They have cute plants and cute Christmas decorations, etc. The store is conveniently located on the main road next to the highway.

Enjoyed my experience as a young boy growing into a man I finally felt the power you get as a man walking into a Lowe’s. Had a great conversation with Ben, although, he told me his name was Benji. He was very nice actually started hanging out outside of the Lowe’s environment. The other employees where also a delight.

Do not recommend Lowe's at all. We came in and purchased a washer and dryer and stove. We were told that they were in stock and would be delivered in 2 days. When the delivery truck came we just got a washing machine and were told everything else is out of stock. We spent over 3000.00 Dollars and was told it would be 7 to 10 days before we would be refunded. What kind of business are you trying to run? Is there anyway I can speak with a manager? All we get from your customer service is the run around. Now we are here with no washing machine, dryer, or range to cook with. Should I get in touch with some legal advisement?

I'm really disappointed in Lowe's.Most people don't know this but when they first opened as a national chain they had professional plumbers carpenters and electricians working in the different sections so that they can answer questions and help you with selecting the appropriate hardware. Now you're lucky to get a part-time somebody that doesn't have a clue what you're looking for

Worst customer service of any Lowe’s I’ve ever been in. The only store I frequent that can not read the QR code for my account. And when asked why they are very hateful and offer no help. One lady in particular is extremely unhelpful and hateful always at the pro entrance. I service 115 local chain stores so I spend typically between 500-2500 a week with Lowe’s. If the Home Depot here was any better I’d shop there but they rarely have what I need.

I love Lowe's It is my favorite place to get my tools and do all my home improvement shopping and they have a HUGE selection of plants they have pink blueberry this year . I can't wait to try them! You go LOWE'S.

I didn't realize how large of a store Lowes has grown into. Not only do they carry building supplies and the like, they carry almost anything you need or want to tackle just about anything at your house, from building, remodeling inside or outside your home and your lawn care and landscaping. Also they have everything you need to clean just about anything. They carry ZEP professional cleaning supplies. I was also able to find HANDI WIPES! Haven't seen them in years and love them! Thanks Lowes!Also they have an awesome gardening center.

We do not shop at this location often because there are three other Lowe’s stores closer to our house. But, we were in Johnson City and needed to pick up some things to finish off a couple remodel jobs were are doing on our home. The store was busy. But we were able to get help locating the correct posts for our porch railing and stairs. This store has a larger variety of wooden stair runners, balusters and bannisters.

This company chooses to use demographic price gouging between two stores that are less than 4 miles apart. One store in Johnson City charges $44 for the product and the jonesborough store charges $38 for the same product. So since JC is larger than Jonesborough they’ve decided to price gouge its residents versus the ones living in Jonesborough. Save yourself money and shop at the jonesborough store or at there competitors.

I went to lowes here to pick up a gallon of paint and the person that helped me was named Caleb. I was confused on what he was telling me, when all I was looking for was a certain paint which I had a picture of. He was very rude about it and told me that he didn't have time for that. I will not go back here again.

My comment it is about the people is working on the weekends on that store they need to make sure they put somebody they can handle it different transactions at shop on the store all year round and never have any problem but when you go on the weekend they don't know how to charge in l.a.r account and also made me feel bad as individual because the count is not mine but I'm been using it to get my materials because the company that I work for it they allow me to get them materials that I need on my job and there's people treat me like a thief when I do this almost every day so starting from the manager I think they need to be trained better and get more information because the company I work for is a millionaire company at Corporation they spend millions of dollars on the store and they cannot find the account it's just telling me how ignorant they are on the job they doing so they need to put somebody in charge on weekends they can guide this guy's to do the job

I recently found out that Lowe's doesn't stock the doors that I've been getting from there for years. Turns out neither does H. D. Both say they can order them. And be here in about 4 weeks. I've been a Lowe's shopper for years. So of course I ordered them there. The expected delivery date came and went with no call from Lowe's.First call to Lowe's. ?They say it'll be 2 more weeks.No call from Lowe's.Second call to Lowe's. ?They tell me there here. But truck hasn't been uploaded yet. Call back in the morning.Theard call to Lowe's. ?Turns out there not here. It'll be 2 more weeks.4th call to Lowe's. ?There on the truck. Call back in the morning.Turns out there not here again.Now 4 weeks overdue.So I called the Lowe's home office. ?She says she'll look into it.Never heard back from her.5th call to Lowe's. ?They tell me the vendor PROMISES they'll be here Friday.Friday no call from Lowe's.6th call to Lowe's. ?Sorry still not here.So today I went to Lowe'sTo speak to a manager.Turns out after after 10 weeks of waiting 10 weeks of waiting their not gonna be able to get them after all. So we'll put the money back on your Lowe's card.I've never been treated more poorly. Or less with less respect. And will never order anything else from Lowe's.

Rebuilt my kitchen and purchased all new appliances: refrigerator, in cabinet stack ovens, a cook surface and dishwasher. They were "in stock". Lies! Lies and more. It took over 3 months to get them. Horrible customer service and the appliance distribution center "lost" them, and then attempted to cancel the order.. Lowes had to reordered from the manufacturer.Horrible experience. 1 star is too goodI recommend BestBuy
