This store is clean and well stocked. They offer their own brand of most items in the store which saves you money. They have self checkout. Some of the employees are friendly and helpful. Other employees are definitely not friendly. The baggers often bag items together (like milk and OJ), which makes the bag heavy and awkward. Or they put many cans of food in yFor elderly people like my mother, that makes it extremely difficult to load in the car and unload at home. Recently a warm deli item was bagged with my ice cream. However at least one employee has volunteered to assist my mother getting her groceries out and loaded in her car. But since this offer only occurred once, I think the courtesy exhibited was due to the person, not the store. The fruits are often unripe and have no taste. Recently a head of lettuce was rusted all the way through except for the outside leaves. It's in a convenient location, but the parking is difficult at times. Some things I like very much. Other things I don't like at all.

I visited this Kroger for the first time last week because the grocery store I typically frequent was out of something I needed and Kroger had it in stock (and on sale). This is a large store, but the aisles were still very overcrowded with stuff. Also, the entire store smelled like urine for some reason! Definitely doesn’t compare to the Kroger stores I’ve visited in other areas.

Expensive! Like every where you go...Greed is ruling the world...and the saddest part is the people that live on fixed income especially the elderly...they had to choose between medicine or food and now both are out of their reach!! 😪

Visiting TN. This store was clean. Workers wore masks, thank you. Pretty well stocked considering. Good variety in bakery, deli. Liked their prices. Starting today they don't give back full coin change due. Apparently Covid 19 has effected the Federal Reserve's coins. Go figure.

This is my local KrogerIt's always spotless and all the staff is always very helpful. The pharmacy is great there is never any bad food and if there is on the odd chance food that's expired they can't fix it fast enough. It has curbside pickup you can order ahead.

Well that's it I can't shop here anymore I'm returning More produce that's rotten. I ordered two bags of cuties not even edible. I ordered a container of Basil it was slimy and rotten when it got here. Just about anything that's on sale far as produce don't buy it. I just don't understand why Kroger with even put this out to people to eat. I mean the produce at the food bank is better.

Easy inn, easy out... It is A Clean well stocked grocery store what more can I say? There is ample parking available. Self checkout is also an option. This location even offers a gas station.

Kroger is cancelled. They ruined my efforts on food for a planned family event by failing to have my curbside pick up ready when requested. They even text me and sent the standard email saying everything is ready as is the normal process. However, when I arrived Kroger came out to say we don’t have your order because somethings wrong with our system? You couldn’t tell me before I showed up to pick up, on my way to the event? I ordered this at least 24 hours in advance. Just fired! Too many grocery options to allow this incompetence. They have not once responded to my email to corporate. Imagine how much more terrible it’s going to be when they merge soon with Albertson’s to become the largest monopoly of food grocer in the country!!!

I will never go back to this krogers for as long as I live here! This two little cashiers want to talk bad about me not knowing it was me because my furbaby ( my dog, my moose)came with to go get his treats because that was his favorite place to go to get them where I’ll only spend no more than10 mins because of my baby in the car. But with a full 30oz cup of water, and all 4 windows cracked and sunroof cracked because he is aggressive dog because he was a rescue as well that also saved my life. But these cashiers want to talk bad when we go there almost every day for his treats! So yes you best believe I said something to them girls and the lady that wanted to say something about my baby. I am furious! My baby has had cancer, has bad arthritis that’s i spend 300 dollars a month on to make sure he has the meds he needs! My baby is very well care of thank y’all very much!!!! But no I will not spend no more money or time there again!

Their curbside to-go is never on time, always seems to be hours delayed, not sure if it’s understaffed or poor resource management but we’ve never had a good experience with them, and zero customer service related to it or apologies or anything to make up for it. One time, we get it, multiple times and multiple misquotes, something is wrong.

Been waiting 1 hour and a half for grocery pickup order.No message or warning about it being slow or any sign up explaining anything.Poor communication. I bet this is due to not staffing enough people.You need to pay people who don't call out extra or you will lose them. Its not fair for them to get paid the same as people who call out a lot. When someones calls out they have to work extra hard, so they should have an incentive.

Came in today around noon. The sushi I bought was amazing and I easily found everything I wanted. Although I didn’t need help myself, the lady running the self checkout was so friendly to everyone around me who did and was a very pleasant lady. Overall great experience!

6 p.m. no hot anything. Turkeys crammed in where chicken should be. 6:05 deli worker (singular) on break. 6:07 customer service temporarily closed. 6:15 pick up prescription, not ready. The only reason I stop anymore is for convenience. So much for that.Well he we are months later. The ABSOLUTE worst store. Gas attendant if there is one is in la la land. It is NEVER stocked. No one at customer service and no manager available. Clearly! No one is saying n charge. My husband says they are union. So does that mean they don’t care about anything? Apparently! Always out of stock on sale items. So ore and carts are filthy. Soap dispenser has been sitting on the counter for months. Dirty vents and water stains on roofing. This store is in need of EVERYTHING.

This Kroger location has a great selection of items.However I exclusively shop grocery pickup and the quality of the service has plummeted in the last few months. This review is for grocery pickup.I am positive they pull your order at the beginning of or shortly before your scheduled pickup window (of an HOUR). So if you arrive anytime after the start of your pickup hour, the groceries have been sitting out getting warm.I live a fair distance away so I often arrive at the end of the pickup window. This has resulted in my groceries being WARM by the time I pick them up.I have gotten sick on several occasions because the cold groceries I paid for got too warm and started to spoil (lunch meat, potato salad etc.).Substitutions are made before you even affirm or deny them. I have received substituted items that I did not want and also charged for substituted items that I did not receive.The SNAP pickup process is even worse. You have to go inside and use the self checkout to pay with your SNAP card, therefore eliminating the “no contact” aspect of grocery pickup.Awful. And feedback provided simply goes into the void. No one has ever reached out to me after a bad experience.

This is the Kroger I go to pick up Veggie Sushi whenever its available near the deli. And some other plant-based food like this Mushroom and Fried Tofu ramen.

The Store was clean and orderly, the pricing sign was clear and informational, I used self checkout and the attendant was immediately available and answered my question and ensured I was good to go.

1st time shopping at this Kroger location. The store is super organized and clean. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and was able to pull up my savings card via the Kroger app and save some $. Everyone I contacted were very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint is that they are in need of more shopping carts. It was difficult to carry the grocery items in a little basket. Nice store, will probably stop back whenever we are in the Johnson City area.

The employees, for the most part, are very kind and helpful. There is the few that are disrespectful. The store stays clean and runs smoothly.
