I am absolutely addicted to five below. I go about once a week, just to see what's new and get candy and chips. It's the only place I know that has the Taki chips in stock all the time. I come back to buy my sage as well. It has the best deal on sage I have found in my area. Let's not forget it's the only store where everyone that walks in, gets greeted like a friend every time. "Hello! Welcome to five below!"

Always something for everyone to get. Bright and clean with music.There is a large section for candy, another for electronics, and makeup, and lots of odds and ends.Prices range from 50 cents (for example, a roll of toilet paper) to $5 for most everything else. Hence the name: Five Below.There are some things that cost more, but you have to work to find them.

Honestly one of the biggest five below stores I’ve ever seen. Due to the storm I didn’t get to check out much but they had a great selection of electronics. Evan was extremely helpful and one of the nicest employees I’ve encountered in quite some time! Thank you again for your help Evan!

They have a little bit of everything you can need. Items might not be the best quality, but the store name says it all: everything is under 5 dollars. There were some items that could've been restocked and things that needed to be put back in the right place, but overall, the store was pretty clean, and the workers were helpful. The location is great as it is next to several other stores I frequently visit, so coming here isn't out of the way. The general surrounding area is very safe and clean.

Lot's of things here for all ages. They have clothes, shoes, toys, dog beds and clothes. Speakers, phone accessories as well as makeup and bathroom items. Even books! Great place with lots of variety! Nearly every thing is $5 or LESS, however they do have a $10 section. I spent $15 and got 2 SOFT flannel shirts and a pair of tye dye sweats!

It was good there but the only thing wrong was when I checked out and try to pay your first Rudge dirt credit card machine with bad named to do it 5 Times for it took it. You need to update your machines. It once at work Everything else was great there.

Very nice variety of items and prices, and we found some neat items we had no idea Five Below kept in stock. It was hard not buying everything. Atmosphere was so calm and friendly, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. Can't wait to go back!

I don't find your new return policy to be a fair one. I will no longer shop with 5Below. I went to take back 2 pair of shorts I bought and could not fit, only to be told with a receipt there was nothing that could be done but to trade in for a new size. I asked if I could just present them the card I used for the purchase and was told no. Which is ridiculous because the shorts didn't go past a size Large, (the size I originally purchased) meaning there's not trade up in size. I was told there are no store credits and that I am just stuck with the shorts that I can't wear or use. A complete waste of money. So if this is your true policy, that tells me you don't care about your consumers. If this information is not true, this is what is being told to customers at your Johnson City, Tennessee location.

My first visit to this store was with my granddaughter who loves Five Below. I really didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at the fun and vast selections - all under $5. They have candy, games, books, health and wellness products, and so much more! And the icing on the cake was the incredibly nice lady who checked us out. I will be back!

I love this place! You walk in and they welcome you. The store is easy to maneuver and affordable. Customer service is always great and efficient. The building is wheelchair accessible but I didn't notice if they have public bathrooms and if they are handicap and wheelchair accessible.

I only gave a 2 star because I didn't really explore the whole store, I went in looking for an android phone case but they only had apple, but from the looks of the store they have some pretty cool stuff like home decor, toys and media. I will go back and actually browse the store. I've heard others say they have a good selection of stuff. I'm not actually sure if everything is actually 5 dollars or less or not.The store was clean and organized, I didn't get to speak to any employees as I wasn't there long.

It's okay to find somethings. Most items are very cheaply made and not worth getting. I have had to return several items for a refund or for something I hoped was more durable. I found it a bit odd they don't accept food stamps. Several other retailers do, even though they don't primarily sell food. This time in particular someone had a $50 sale but because they couldn't pay with food stamps they just left.
