My new to me adopted kitty is around 15 years old. She was very dirty and had awful dandruff and just looked and smelled bad. Farmhouse Grooming had her about 2.5 hours and when I picked her up, my kitty looked and smelled amazing. I could also tell she felt better too! She seemed very relaxed as well. I highly recommend! I would give Chaun 10 stars if I could. My cat is not aggressive by nature but can become aggressive by fear. She is excellent with him…not only does he look and smell amazing after his appointment, she took time to help me carry him onto the porch and out to my car because he is a big fellow..If you want a professional groomer with wonderful customer service and does an excellent job…Farmhouse Grooming is your place.

We have a 2yo Australian Shepherd who is EXTREMELY active. He is terrified going to the vet and the first groomer we had. He LOVES going to get his haircut here! He is so happy and he loves her. She does such an amazing job on him. He always looks perfect. She knows exactly what she’s doing. So professional and nice. So glad we found her.

Unfortunately rude to the customers. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and 1030 a.m. on two separate days, and accidentally showed up at 9:30 to the front porch with my dog, confusion on my part. I assured her it was an accident, she was more upset about it than I was. She didn't offer to reschedule my appointment, apologize for the inconvenience, and acted like it was strange I was even there. She stated she sent a text message on my drive over at 9:24 a.m. that she cancelled my appointment, then turned around and shut the door on me. She did well the first time I took my pet to her, but showed her lack of patience and frustration then as well. I can only imagine the anger and impatience she has for her customers translates to the pets when you drop them off. Fair to say I cancelled my second appointment.P.s.If you want to read and interpret the owner's response below there is no forgiveness, understanding, care, or confidentiality in her arrangements for the customer. The anger is real, because who enjoys being exposed, and the lack of patience is self evident. As far as the accusation of mistreatment of my pet, my huskies coat became matted because he escaped, as many of them do, and he ran through a bunch of burs which became matted so badly over the next month I could not get them out, so I took him here. Almost $125 plus a tip for her trouble, she did well as I previously mentioned. If you are just now able to afford the convenience of a groomer this may be your experience as well. She will criticize you as an owner with a lack of manners. Yes she does have a loose cat outside when my pet, on a leash, went to smell it hissed and scratched. There was no breaking up as she mentioned, only me walking away from a closed door.

I took my biewer terrier to be groomed today and when I picked her I was so pleased. She looks beautiful, feels so soft and clean and smells fantastic. This was an excellent day at the spa for my girl. Fantastic groomer!

Absolutely amazing groomer hands down best in the tri-cities she takes her time and really cares about her work and the pets she grooms, dogshow quality grooming for cats and dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone.
