Last year, I experienced an unpleasant visit when I picked up my Border Collie. I left specific instructions; however, I was told they weren't printed and referred to during this visit. I will not go into details. The most important thing about it is that the manager was extremely understanding and supportive once I informed him of what happened. He was very apologetic and issued me a refund. I continue to see them for my dog's grooming as I appointed a particular groomer to tend to her, and she always does an amazing job! It was very important to me to see how professionally they handled the situation. I highly recommend this grooming place for your pets! If not for this incident, I would have given them five stars!

Jessica does a great job grooming our 2 dogs. She able to groom both dogs in about a 4 hour period and they come home happy and relaxed.

This is the first time I took my boys there. Do a lot of traveling for work and had my fair share of groomers. My boys came out exactly how I wanted them and they smelled great. Highly recommended

I just want to start by saying my wife and I do not complain. We are understanding when mistakes are made, but to say I am completely disgusted would be an understatement. We took our 16 week Goldendoodle for her first appointment, and did the "face, feet, and fanny" package. I was already nervous enough since it was her first time, but this place had pretty good reviews. I pick her up, and she appears scared, which I just figured it was since it was her first time there. Once I get her outside to see how her haircut went, I noticed her right eye was pouring blood. I went back in and the lady working up front said it must have been from the crate. She stated that the crate was partially broken and it had sharp prongs that must've stabbed near her eye. To me, it looks like a slit from trimming around the face, but either way I was appalled. The lady offered to pay the vet bill if she needed to go, which was nice, but I'll never be able to take my puppy back there. The trust is gone.I really wanted to support this local veteran owned business, but unfortunately that will not be happening. Please air on the side of caution before taking your dog here.

Happy to have found Fairytails!I have a 110 lb rottweiler & 75 lb lab mix. Both groomed today and are so clean, smell wonderfully fresh. Staff are not afraid of my Gracie girl, rottie, said she is sweet. Recently moved back to the area, staying in camper with my girls, Fairytails took them in to board last week, very accommodating for last minute request as I was a bit overwhelmed with 2 lg dogs, disabled vet husband, and home renovation.Ty for being there Fairytails!!🐶

My fur babies were taken care of in record time, and they looked wonderful! My lab mix is usually very agitated when at a groomer and comes home shaking. He came out with his tail wagging. My American eskimo is old and rather fragile in ways. They took excellent are of her, also. They went by all my instructions that I had left for both dogs. My Eskimo usually leaves a groomer with a stress cough. She came out happy as can be and with NO COUGH. I was extremely pleased. I will definitely be using the groomer again. The groomer who took care of our fur babies was Kara. She did such a superb job.

Kara is the best groomer! I'm always satisfied and trust her completely with my dog,Chewy. I have never had a bad experience with her. She really cares about her work and the dogs!

They were great with our Rottweiler and Shar-Pei. They treated them like they were their own. They were clean and smelled so nice when we picked them up after a several day stay. The employees are all really nice and did a great job, we especially appreciated the grooming services!

Tilly, springer spaniel, had a good visit. It was her short summer cut and she looked great. She was very long. They had said 4 hours and it was 2 which I was very pleased about!!!

The last two experiences I had have been not the best. The last one they only trimmed one side of my dogs rear end and not the other and his skin was left red and chaffy like they didn’t wash out the soap all the way or something and this last time it looked like he wasn’t groomed at all, and was only given a bath yet I was charged the same Price as if they were to have fully groomed him yet his rear end was not trimmed up, He still has mats in his fur, and you could tell that he was not brushed only washed and nails done . I feel like something happened while he was there and as soon as I saw him, he literally jumped right into my arms :( and was not wagging his tail like he was super happy. I will not be returning back. Need to find somewhere else to go.

I have 2 goldendoodles and have had some bad experiences with groomers! I was a hesitant momma! My doods were also a hot mess from running our woods! The girls at FairyTails were so kind and took great care of my babies! I was so impressed and my doods looked wonderful and left very happy!! They’ve got two new clients! Some before and afters! Hazel lays down a lot lol

First time…staff was nice. But, I had the SPECIAL EXPRESS service. Which means do not put her on the floor, which they said they would not which I requested ….came in to pick her up and she was on the floor, because she does not do well with other dogs, special shampoo…tearless shampoo on her face and whitening shampoo on her body…she was never washed or shampooed…for the price she was supposed to have special treatment for the price I paid. Daisy and I talked in detail what I requested for them to do with my dog. Brought her in looking cute and she came back with her ears all gone…chopped up and uneven. She asked me what I thought and I did mention I did not like the ears…. I was so shocked that she looked so great when I brought her in and they chopped all of her face hair off snd so uneven. So disappointed and I was nice enough to just pay and gave the girl a good tip because that’s who I am. Never been someone to be confrontational with someone. But, I will say I would never take my dog back there. So sad, because they are military that’s what’s on the website. I have so much respect for our heroes.

We had high hopes for boarding our dogs here, but unfortunately, I don't know where the miscommunication happened. We had called the day before re boarding our dogs for some nights as we were heading out of town. The lady I spoke with didn't set an appointment time, and I was under the impression that I only had to come by during operating hours to drop off our dogs. However, when I came the next day to do so, no one was there during times listed that they would be open. I had to scramble to find another boarding service in the area, and I am grateful because we were headed out of town the same day. I had found out the next day (through their text message notification system) that an appointment was set on another day, but I had no idea how it was selected. Based on reviews, this place seemed great, and I am sure they are, but I would double check that the drop off and pick up times are what you want prior to heading out.

I was nervous about taking my nephew's dog to a groomer while I was babysitting him. But FairyTails are awesome. They shaved all his mats. He felt a lot better.

I 100% recommend Fairy Tails Grooming Daycare & Boarding for your boarding needs. I haven’t ever used a boarding service before, so this week while on vacation, I boarded my fur baby by with Fairy Tails. I love that the fur babies are in inclusive gazebos, not inner mingled with other pets that aren’t from within their own home, and taken out for bathroom breaks & play often. The staff are amazing, friendly, & truly care about animals. I received photos each day during play time via text.

Best dog groomer I’ve ever been to!Nila and Zeke were so gentle with my dog, Charlie, who is normally pretty crazy around most people Everyone there is so super friendly and professional!!I’m also shocked that it smelled as good as it did inside!I’m kinda jealous that I can’t get my apartment smelling that good with just 2 dogs Highly Recommend:))

Took our dog and it was a certain price.Then on another visit it was considerably more. I was told it was the breed, which they had incorrect. However, they had that "incorrect breed" the first time and it was much less. When I questioned it, I was given some excuse of former employees "cutting deals". Cutting deals?? That's not my faultMost dog groomers charge by weight. In addition, the job was done unsatisfactory. When he was brought in, we asked for a shorter trim than last time, especially in the hind end area. Neither was done. I asked them to re trim his back end up a bit more. They took him back and it's looks just awful. They trimmed only one side. I just wanted to get out of there. Obviously, they were not going to make any of it right.I guess they don't want our business...so done!

Words cannot describe the professional and friendly staff at Fairy Tails !! We boarded our 4 month old pug Oliver with Fairy Tales and Alaina was wonderful!! We were skeptical because Oliver was only 4 months old leaving him but we couldn’t be more pleased and happy with fairy tales and the care they gaveour little fur baby Alaina also clipped his nails for us when we picked him up . Caitlyn sent us pictures of Oliver while they were taking care of him and he was so happy! We went to pick him up and he was in love with all the staff. We have found the perfect boarder and will definitely be taking Oliver back !! If you’re looking for a boarder that will love and care for your fur baby the way you do Fairy Tales is what you are looking for and I highly recommend them and they also do grooming. Took our babies in for a shampoo, nail grind, and basic trim, their prices are super reasonable, and they did an amazing job 🙌🏻 definitely will be bringing my babies back!!

I've taken my doodle and my older mixed breed dog here for grooming. They did a wonderful job. My older dog has trouble standing for long periods of time. They were so patient with him. They gave him breaks so he could rest. Would definitely recommend!!!

I had to board my German shepherd and pit mix while I went out of town for Thanksgiving and I couldn't be more thrilled with them. I was super nervous at first since this was the first time we've boarding our dogs but they really put my mind at ease. The check in process was a breeze and they did well with my pups. I received daily updates/photos. Picking them up was the exact same. Everyone that I dealt with was super friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend and I'll definitely use them again in the future! Thanks so much!!
