Store was very dirty, very disorganized and there was trash all over the floor. Employees are no longer in uniform, look shabby wearing "any old thing", but they were nice. They had the party supplies we were looking for, but the cheapness of everything is the only reason we'll be back. Overall, very disappointed with the overall look and cleanliness of the store.P.S. Parking is somewhat difficult because the lines have almost completely faded and people don't park precisely enough to make use of the space.

Always amazed at the things they can sell for a buck. And now they have the 3 and 5 dollar isles, can't even believe what they can sell for 5 bucks! Even have a nice selection for bluetooth speakers! Also hours are longer so all the more convenience!

MaKe it make sense, you can’t buy a car without a engine, yet your require to buy the item by the piece with all the new changes, the store manager at this location needs a attitude adjustment and how to be polite to customers when hearing their complaints. Today was the worse experience at this location

Normally a big fan but this store has major issues. Yesterday during a busy time a rude customer got into an argument with a rude employee (An older lady who has worked there a long time). The employee was also very rude to a cashier who was apparently overdue for a break. When the cashier who needed a break called me over to her line, I noted she was pregnant. The manager never came out of his office to address any of this. Someone, please find another job for the pregnant girl.

This Dollar Tree has a lot more on the shelves than the Elizabethton Dollar Tree. They have a whole aisle of crafting supplies unlike elizabethton's Dollar Tree.

They raised their prices 25 percent overnight and now their stock is lower than it's ever been and their stores are dirtier than they've ever been. It's truly not worth shopping here.

Until today I’ve always had good experiences from Dollar Tree but as I was about to check out the guy that was my cashier called out for another guy that worked there. My cashier began to ring me up and the other guy came up to the other register maybe 1-2 minutes later. The manager came over in a rage and was very rude to his employee. First that should of been a private conversation and not you being rude to this young employee loudly at the front of the store and second the manager was mad that the employee was using the bathroom on the clock after he clocked in. Humans have the right to go to the bathroom on the clock. The store wasn’t even busy. I literally walked up to the register and didn’t have to wait for anyone. The kid probably barely makes minimum wage. I was disappointed to see such bad management in Dollar Tree. I’ve managed people before and I never would of acted that way to an employee. Also I want to add that my cashier was very kind and the other employee that was being yelled at also seemed very nice.

If I hadn't needed to stop by the bathroom well I was shopping they'd get five stars. One of the bathroom doors was jammed so no one could use it. The other bathroom smelled like a rotting corpse. It also was out of paper towels and the tp was on a shelf to high to reach....but, I liked the rest of the store.

Well laid out store. Very crowded during this visit. They were, however, prepared with enough cashiers.The location is less than ideal.The parking lot when busy is a little bit of a nightmare. We were stuck in a gridlock/standoff for several minutes as two cars were determined to get spots opposite each other with neither willing to give in which left 5 cars waiting for one of them to move.

Their was such a nice and inspiring selection of things for Valentine's Day. Maybe it was because I hadn't been in that particular store in a while but I don't think so. I think it puts their Christmas stuff to shame.

Who dont love the dollar tree.. got a little bit of everything for an $1.25 now... Greeting card are a $1 still and one other thing. Thanks for reading. I like the dollar tree cuz u can get all kind of different stuff for cheap. Craft, dog stuff, food, crafting etc

Always go for one or two items spent $10 to $25 real easy to do that love when they have DVDS & CDs are rare. Still one of the cheapest places around.

They usually have what I am going there for. There's quite a variety of different things. Lots of great holiday and seasonal stuff. The staff is very friendly as well. My only complaint is the check out line are always long and slow moving. So if your in a hurry you may want to think twice. Everything else is good.

CHAD is a super rude employee. no one is trying to scam the DOLLAR TREE??? we used a company card to buy company products and THEY forgot to give us a bag that we had a receipt for. he was super rude and kept cutting my associate off while she was talking and being very kind, trying to sort the situation out and figure out how we could get the bag of things that was forgotten. he hung up in her face. CHAD shouldn’t have a job anywhere quite frankly.

Don't ask for help. The man with the white beard was ignoring me 2 times. I asked himhim check if an item I was buying was rung up and he completely ignored me! We had to stand there while he acted like I was in the way. Dude, I asked 2 times because I didn't want to to take something if it wasn't scanned. Even though I was his customer, he kept ringing people up and ignoring me! Horrible!!!!!!!

Great store, decent products for the price, most of the time helpful employees, very disorganized and hard to find anything specific beyond year-round products, clean most of the time, but very frequently shelves are empty and there are stacks of boxes everywhere labeled with what you want. Hard to navigate through the store with racks, bins, stacks, and pallets in almost every usable floor space.

Great place to shop and plenty of choices to choose from food, decorating, cards, supplies ,etc. The only reason I gave 3 stars id due to the fact every time I go here there is usually only 1 register open with a line to the back and you wait 20 minutes just to check out they need to have more registers open when that busy

Awesome store, many great items for very low price. Great place for value shopping and incredible service every visit from managers to regular employees everyone is friendly and helpful and I recommend everyone check them out.
