I would highly recommend NEVER bringing your reptile or small animal to this vet. My normal exotic vet was out on a vacation when I brought my gecko in because she had a cloudy eye with a small bump forming on the eyelid. The “exotic vet” assumed my gecko was underweight and that I needed to feed more, however, upon taking her weight the vet found that my gecko is at a normal weight but a tad smaller than most. She then told me that my gecko’s shedding problems were from too high humidity and claimed that leopard geckos are desert animals (not true???) and need dry high temp enclosures. The real kicker is that the vet told me that my gecko’s eye was completely dead and that all i could do was wait for it to fall out naturally. No prescriptions, no recommendations (other than to change my husbandry and fry my gecko alive ig), and no signs of exotic animal knowledge from this girl. Worst part is that she also claims to have a gecko herself. The issue with my gecko was really that she had an injury on her eyelid which was beginning to form into an abscess, so her eye had sunk into her head due to the swelling. She ended up having the abscess removed and is doing much better with no changes in husbandry, antibiotic ointment, and a little more vitamin A in her diet, which is what the proper exotic vet i normally go to had suggested. This vet may be suited for the normal dog/cat vaccination but i would never recommend they see any small/exotic animal, or any animal with a real medical issue.

Wonderful facility with great atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and amazing staff! We took our kitty Tilly there after she had some trouble with her eye. We were walk-ins and it was busy, but we didn't have to wait long. We will definitely be coming back here rather than making a trek to Greeneville like we usually do.

Having never been to All Tails, our first trip there yesterday was one we will never forget. I am grateful to report that we were extremely satisfied with the services we received, however difficult it was to receive them. My husband and I brought our 13 year old dog, Max, to the clinic for assistance with his leaving this world and entering into the next. I will always remember the kind and compassionate care that we did receive through a very difficult visit. Following 3 days of caregiving at home with Max's health continually deteriorating, realizing the need to quicken his passing we were shocked to be told by Max's veterinarian with Appalachian Animal Hospital in Piney Flats, that they were "too busy" to help us. They did offer an appointment for 24 hours later, even after they were told that we had just spent 3 days with Max suffering. What's another 24 hours of panting and screaming in excruciating pain? I was advised by Appy Animal Hospial office staff (for which I am grateful) that I could contact All Tails, telling me that they had a walk-in clinic. I was relieved when I contacted All Tails and, after explaining our situation to them over the phone, was told to come in whenever we could reasonably get there and they would see our visit as a top priority. We were only there for a short time before they allowed us to bring in Max and immediately take him into an exam room. The staff showed respectful care to Max and us throughout the procedure, which only took several minutes. Having never experienced a need to euthanize a four-legged family member, I was uncertain what to expect. The entire process was expedient which included two separate injections, the first which allowed Max to finally relax, the second which allowed him to pass into his eternal home. Thank you, All Tails, for your kind, compassionate care and for helping us when Max's own veterinarian refused him. For anyone who is left with the unfortunate need to receive help with euthanizing a family pet, I would suggest services here. Thank you, All Tails, for your kindness. Dr. Jones and Maggie are especially appreciated.

Went in for an issue with my cat. Didn't have an appointment. Only waited about 5 minutes before they took her back. About 20 min later, we were ready to go! Everyone was super friendly and professional.

My 1st visit and I was very impressed with how clean the waiting area and rooms were. The weigh in scale was very clean also. Our appointment was at 2 and we were given a room within 5 minutes of our arrival.The receptionist was very nice and professional. She checked us in and after the visit made our return appointment.The Technician’s were very professional, love animals and took great care of our puppy. Amanda was one of the Technicians and I forgot the name of the first young man we saw. They both played with and loved my pup.I highly recommend Dr. Jones and her staff. The rates are very reasonable and they truly care about your pets.

i have used them since January if last year. my dog is about 80 lbs he's a German shepherd mix and they are very gentle with him as he scares easily. also they have great and very reasonable prices. i highly recommend them. They took Extreme Kindness and handled everything with care and love. It is sad that they say they can take care of small mammals. I guess if killing them or misdiagnosing is caring, they are wonderful for me personally. I will not ever trust this vet. They can't even run labwork on small animals and treat by symptoms which is insanity.I would not trust them with any animal. The receptionist was rather rude so much so that it was amazing when I asked her what went wrong. And did not seem to care about my feelings or my daughter’s. Rude disrespectful and not well keep.

Were SO gentle and patient with my scaredy cat. She obviously was not thrilled to be there, she scares so easily. Everyone was so friendly and gentle with her, and I didn't even have to mention how skittish she is. Dr. Brooks had to feel around her belly to check her bladder which involved a little man handling and she was so gentle about it. When she came in and took Sybil out of her carrier she was careful and not pushy about it, she really respected her space. I had to bring her as an emergency walk in since our regular vet was booked out for another week and I'm hesitant about trying new vets, but I'm so glad we have All Tails here! Will definitely be bringing my animals here first next time an emergency comes up because I dread taking anything I love to Robinson's. Thank you for seeing us! 💕We also love the chonk chart

Doctor Brooke Jones has been cutting my birds nails for the past years since I had a stroke Inmy vision. She is fantastic and does a wonderful job with him. She is very gentle and caring.The first vet I went to, cut his nails till they bled.

Alright, I’m not sure where to start. We have been coming to All Tails for awhile. Dr. Brooke has always taken care of all of our animals. We’ve got two cats, and 5 dogs. One of which, unfortunately, had to cross over the rainbow bridge last Thursday. They are professional and friendly and make you feel like part of their family. They were so supportive for this very emotional and hard time of our life. All of the techs are extremely considerate and kept Diesel comfortable and treated them like their own. I am extremely grateful for All Tails taking care of my fur babies. I will always bring them here.

Don't go here if you actually have a sick animal you love dearly! My 15 year old cat had lost a tooth and had an infection in the hole. The Vet just kept prescribing him antibiotics, although I told her it wasn't working. The hole needed to be closed (sutured)! They just want to get people in and out as fast as possible. Which doesn't surprise me all that much, considering the caliber of people they are willing to employ. If all you need are shots/flea medicine, then this is a cheap place to go for the same medicines you can get at any Vet. However, please go ANYWHERE else if you have an actual sick animal! They don't care! I didn't even get any condolences when I informed them that my Biggie Cat had passed! Very upsetting!! *Below is a picture of my very healthy cat, only a month or so before I lost him (& came here THREE times for help!) 😞

I can't say enough about All Tails and the wonderful care they provided to my senior pup, Pax, during the last year and a half of his life. Everyone was kind and considerate at every visit and went above and beyond for my boy to ensure he kept his quality of life. I called early when they opened where front desk made a comment about how early I was calling without knowing I could hear, I was put on a brief hold which I understood but while waiting I heard the phone pick up and hang up. I called back because my puppy was sick and needed to see about getting him an appointment to where the phone rang 3 times and was hung up again, I completely would understand if it was communicated that they were busy and I needed to be placed on hold for longer but not being hung up on without a explanation. Definitely do not recommend especially if you are in a situation of urgency worrying about your dog.

The techs are so friendly & helpful. The front desk staff answers emails & you can submit paperwork to be added to your file. Dr's while you don't see them typical they are very through. And having a few days with walk in hours is super helpful.

this place is horrible. i took both of my dogs in. one of them needed a yearly exam and vaccines and a flee prevention pill and the other just needed the pill. they ended up doing vaccines and yearly exams on both of them before we even said it was okay. the vet was very rude and was clapping her hands at us getting very annoyed when we expressed our concern about our dog getting treatment he did not need. then explained to us that he had an ear infection and when we asked about what treatments we could get for it she was telling us about an ointment or a wash so we were asking questions about the wash and she said “well i’ll just put in the chart you refused treatment” when that’s not what we were doing at all. we were told the bill would be $220 and we came out paying $384. i will never go back and i would never recommend this vet to anyone.

My little 5 yr old Australian Labradoodle was an emergency walk-in yesterday for Kennel Cough. After just our first visit there with Dr. Brooke Jones, i wish i had found them sooner, we won't be going any where else. After about a 20 min. wait we were greeted by Elke who was so friendly and thorough and after taking my Lewie back for his exam and IV liquids and meds she returned several times with updates on him. We were there for only about an hour, the clinic is very clean, their fees are very reasonable and you can tell they really care about the fur babies and their families and are compassionate about what they do. They messaged me this morning to check on him, and he is already feeling better. Thank You! Through this I have found that we definitely need more like your professional and caring team in our area.

I took my cat to their walk-in clinic because no one could get her in any sooner. I had very low hopes for a walk-in style vet, but it was a wonderful experience. I only waited about an hour (and the place was packed) and my cat left with exactly what she needed and is back to her normal self. Without breaking the bank, too!
