We absolutely loved this store. It has a great selection of all things fun. We went to look for throwing knives and axes, but we also found a cool little BB-gun as well. The huge selection of clothes did not disappoint. All the staff was very helpful and very nice.

I went to purchase a gun today at this store and couldn't even get it after passing the background check and all. The salesman helped me after I stated I was dyslexic and couldn't read half the questions or even count that well. All because my fiancée helped me count my money and handed it right back to me, they said they had a policy where I couldnt get the gun since she handed me my own money back right in front of them. I wasted two hours for nothing. The guy helped me with questions on the tablet and all which apparently is fine even legal questions, yet I couldn't pay with my own money because my fiancée touched it. This store is ridiculous and they treat customers like trash. I will never give them any of my business again. Definitely felt discriminated against after everything was said and done.

There are some people leaving 1 star just because they got butt hurt. You or I either one are not the only pebble on the beach. I have bought several firearms. Yeah, I had to wait quite a bit on one pistol buy. It was because they were understaffed. Put more employees back there. I have bought several articles of clothing and some shoes. I'm pretty independent, if there is no staff looking at me I'll go back to the stockroom and find my shoes. Some of you need to stop being babies because they won't help you. I know, it sucks. Do it yourself, I help myself in my way. I walk with a cane. I whack that cane on something until someone comes. Don't complain on your computer AFTER!! Rectify the situation in the store. Quick tip: Buy the weapon of your choice online. give it a day or so then call and ask if it's ready. Then all you need is background check then grab your sidearm, rifle or shotgun. BTW, they don't carry your weapon all the way to your car. I am always handed my weapon at the front door. I see the merit when you have just bought a Mini 14 and 5.56 ammo also. Walk you to the door. No big thing. The store does need improvements in customer relations. Hire more competent people in the gun dept.We moved up here from Miami, FL 6 years ago. My wife and I love it here. But, the customer service in a LOT of places suck. My only complaint about this beautiful place on earth.

Received 2 $25 gift cards for Christmas. Been to the store twice now and there isn't anything I'd buy there. Even with gift cards I don't over spend on items and $60 for a pair of sweatpants is crazy.As I was leaving the store. I gave my cards to a stranger who was walking in.

My favorite spot to grab just about anything I need.The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable.What I like most about this shop personally is the ammo prices , they have a wide selection of ammunition at a fairly good price

I would like to brag on Dan the door greeter. Every time that we walk in, Dan always greets us with a smile and asks if we need help finding anything. He is one of the only door greeters that does this. As a matter of fact, the majority of the time that my family and I come in, the door greeter does not even acknowledge us... Anyway, back to Dan... It is always nice to feel welcome when you walk into a store and he will also wish you a great evening when you leave. I feel that Dan is going above and beyond and he should be commended for it.

I chose Curbside pickup and it was great. Called when I got there and they brought it out and put it in my truck within 8 mins. They make you feel like they appreciate your business.

I called to ask a question and they hung up on me. I was simply inquiring if they had a certain item because I couldn’t tell online, and before I even finished asking my question they hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional. Please work on your customer service.

Done our first store pickup, ordered online picked up at the store. It was a pair of shoes and lucky I looked as I was walking out with it. Only one similar looking shoe and the wrong size to what I had ordered. The correct box though. Can give a E for effort to sticking something in the box for us. They exchanged and was on my way. Look before you leave the store if you do the store pick up

Oh, the wonderful stuff in this store! I got some really good deals on some Magellan shirts. Would I recommend this place...yes! The staff there are super! There's one staff member I spoke to on the phone about some out of state hunting license and that guy was absolutely above and beyond professional. He actually took time to answer all my questions and his mannerisms were way beyond 5 stars!

Great place to buy ammo cheap but I wouldn't buy guns here, they tend to be expensive and the paperwork takes a lot longer than just going through a gun store, they also charge a fee to run background checks.

Stout at the gun counter was very professional and knowledgeable of firearms and the laws regarding them. Amazing employee. However, Dan the “director or manager” was very unprofessional and rude to my fiancé and our questions. If it weren’t for Stout I would have never came back to this academy. You would think someone verifying gun sales would know the actual laws regarding them and not go back to check the rule book every question, then ask trick questions. Instead of asking and being respectable he was insulting and putting words in my mouth. Unprofessional, uneducated (to be in that position), and rude.

WILL NEVER PURCHASE A FIREARM FROM HERE...BUYERS BEWARE. I am a gunsmith and have a degree in firearms technology. I have worked in the firearms industry especially retail. I have never seen such a pathetic firearms department full of uneducated and incompetent employees. First off no one knows how many firearms are in stock. Yeah that's right, the employees working in the firearms department doesn't even know how many firearms they have. Have they even done an inventory? I am sure the ATF would love to know you all can't seem to find how many guns you have in store. That would be embarrassing. The worst part about this place is they call themselves "PRO" gun, yet when you buy a firearm from them they have to "no joke" walk you to your car with the YOUR firearm YOU purchased. What in the actual hell? So I have the right to purchase a firearm and I get approved and I am allowed to purchase a gun but then you don't trust me to take my own damn gun to my vehicle. HELL NO. Never again will I step foot in another one of these trashy stores again.

After claiming to have sell items and taking the order and tying up customers money for 7 business days they send an email saying the item isn't available and you can't get refund for 7 business days. Terrible way to do business. In store stock should be confirmed before tying up funds for 7-10 days. This happened twice this week so in effect I have 147 dollars tied up and have only purchased 46 dollars worth of merchandise. This is outlandish.

They over charged me twice now....both times there fault. The price in the back Is cheaper and the registers up front is higher.this time they said we can only refund 1 item instead of both even if it's there screw up.i spend alot there but this will stop.they loss a good customer!!!!!!!

Aside from a ton of customers showing up at once and overwhelming the one employee (no one's fault, it should have been a slow time), everything was great. The manager ended up coming back to help with an issue but then stayed to help out with customers. We weren't ever made to felt rushed and it didn't sound like anyone else was either. But at the same time, the manager and other employee weren't wasting any time either. Great service at what had to be a very stressful time for them.

They had everything we needed to start little league soccer and it was great prices too. The shin guards were cheap ($7-8) and the cleats were good too, around $15 -50 depending on what brand you wanted. We were able to get 2 pairs because they were so affordable. My child can confidently play soccer 😊

Earlier today I came in with my son, ended up locking my keys in the car, came back in and I will just say the people of front have the best customer service, and was willing to help me anyway they could! They actually ended up finding something in the back, and i was able to get into the car! Highly appreciate everyone who helped me out, perfect customer service!
