Worst dollar general of all time. Only reason it gets 1 star is because I can’t give it 0. Constantly closed early, such as tonight and impeccably disorganized.

Store manager was completely unprofessional. We caught items were being overcharged. When we showed manager the issue she yelled at us that we should have confirmed issue prior paying for items. When we returned with items to correct issue the manager told employee to checkout everyone else prior to addressing our issue. They did not give back original receipt to ensure that all items rang up correctly. Manager smoked right in entrance door while people waited in line. Manager is very unprofessional and should not be in charge.

Deserves no stars. Pull up during business hours. Worker smoking outside, and mouths “I’m closed” and a few workers inside call her to coke inside. Embarrassing and horrible rep for company

They don't keep it stocked and it is so cluttered up you can't get down the isles and there is stock/and or boxes not yet on the shelves. Also if the get a good item that sells well they don't carry it again. The employees are nice and can be helpful depending on the time if day you chose to go.

The people are so nice here. They are able to hold a short and sweet conversation with you AND ring your stuff up quickly. Shelves seemed full (everything in stock). Store was cluttered but aren't all Dollar General's??

They had/have every thing I need for a quick stop. I was able to find it all in a really quick amount of time with ease. Dollar General in general has always been an amazing store to go to for years when you need to stop off and pick up some essentials or other stuff and don't want to end up going to any large grocery store chain. The store was relatively tidy but one thing I did notice while shopping/browsing. Many aisles were almost completely blocked or completely with giant pallets of merchandise. If someone needed something in those aisles it would be extremely difficult or impossible to get in there and get what they needed. Something to keep in mind if someone reads this that works there.

Wonderful friendly staff. Always willing to help. They always make me feel welcome they remember mine and my children's name. Very thoughtful, never mean or pushy or rude, always patient. Always clean as well.

I love my neighborhood Dollar General store the gentleman who helped today me was AWESOME.Preparing myself for the snow that was announced I went for a few necessities and he bagged everything accordingly. He made it so easy for me to put everything away once I got back home.Don't know his name but I want to thank him once again and I hope he stays at the Joelton Dollar General.

Really sad. I needed a few things and closed at 8pm. Always a long line. Plan on at least 30 minutes of standing in line.

It was awful I've been living in Joelton for about eight years now and I love going to both dollar stores and shopping this morning had to stop in there and get crackers and Some candy canes for my Christmas tree I picked up an energy shot thinking okay I'm going to get this today me some energy realized I had no cash on me stuck it back get to the counter to pay for my stuff and she tells me you have a balance of $2.80 and I'm like why oh for the energy shot that you got in your pocket first of all I had my night clothes still on no pockets and I just dropped my child off at school it's just 8 in the morning really your people you got working there or disrespectful and need to learn respect so I told her if you see me pull up the cameras and let me see oh it's okay you have a nice day she was just trying to get me for nothing

I understand this is a budget grocery store and equipment issues and staff shortages are to be expected. What I don't appreciate is the contempt shown towards the customers by store management. Absolutely will not be back.

Slow very slow checking out. This used to be a place where I didn't mind stopping to get a few things but now I'm surprised there isn't an armed guard at the door. And oh my goodness the selection has gone down hill fast. Just go to walmart cheaper and it's what you want.

You think a corporation with TONS of employees would update their hours on Google but no. They’re incorrect. So be sure to call the store before going to make sure they’re open instead of wasting your time like I did.

The one I go to is in Ridgetop. I like going there. They are always friendly, greets you when you come thru doorWill help in any way they can.I wish it actually had a grocery store in it. It's not as big as the one in Greenbrier.

Worst. DG. Ever. Cluttered, multiple aisles inaccessible due to things stacked in the aisles. Multiple food aisles with items out if stock I wanted. Barely clearance for a wheelchair to navigate the store.

Store is in disarray all the time staff is never helpful and they have bad attitude whenever you walk in. They don't greet you or hardy speak. I don't come here unless I absolutely have to.

It's a Dollar General, sooooo.....not much more to say, could be a little less cluttered. Seems to always have stock in the aisles waiting to be put away
