Prices have gone up since I was a kid but everything was really good. Cashier was knowledgeable even though she is young. Food was fresh and fast. I got a chocolate soft serve cone dipped in butterscotch shell, I don't recommend trying to drive while eating a dipped cone. It was messy but that's to be expected. Things up all around.This location is in a travelers complex (truck stop) featuring DQ, Gas station, & a Subway... you don't see this complex when you get off the exit but it's really close. Just fallow the sign at the exitWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of entrances that are accessible. Wheelchair spaces vacant near front entrance. DQ & Subway have little separating them from the central market/truck stop/& gas station, very open for plan. Very accommodating to wheelchairs.

I have given them another chance and as far as the food goes, it was much much better. Only complaint on the food is that it was obvious that the cheese curds weren't drained as they were wet with grease, and the paper container was soaked on the bottom. They still tasted good, just too much oil. Thankfully a milkshake is what I really went for and the food was secondary because the fries were a mixture of 2 or 3 different batches that were both old enough to drive.the double cheeseburger I ordered was microwaved right before it was sent out (I watched) and tasted exactly like an old microwaved burger should taste. Pretty bad, but edible if starving. I finished the milkshake, but that was all I could manage. All of this topped with the cherry of the polite young lady that took my money, had dripping wet hand with who knows what, but handled my food (in a paper bag) and my money/hand. It was extremely off-putting however that may be me being weird about germs. Either way, very poor experience. The manager needs to crack the whip.

Stomach issues in a few hours. We are the only ones who got sick in our family,so probably was the burger. Tests showed salmonella poisoning.

I would have been happy to wait another 30 seconds for my food to not be frozen in the middle. I feel employs aren't paid on commission and instead by the hour so I don't understand why my food was only half cooked. Ice cream is good but I won't go back.

Wow, okay. Where to start? Update at this dairy queen off of exit 35. I was at the counter less than a minute probably when the gentleman came up and asked Me what I wanted And I explained to him that I wanted the peanut butter cup blizzard but I wanted extra peanut butter and there I wanted to be really peanut butter tasting. He made me the absolute perfect blizzard the best blizzard I have Ever had.

Last time we went there for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, hardly had any cheesecake in it. Today we went and tried again and asked for extra cheesecake in it TWICE. And then again at the window. Bring it home to my pregnant wife and wouldn’t ya know it, there’s THREE CRUMBS OF CHEESCAKE. We poured it out into a bowl just to make sure. That’s $7 for basically a strawberry ice cream. No wonder DQ are going down the drain.

This DQ was nicer then many that I have been to. They have a gas station attached to it and also a subway. They even have bouncy ball vending machines inside the gas station. I enjoyed it. Except that the only problem with it is the bathrooms. They didn’t have any toilet paper. And the employees are also super kind. They offered us a sweet tea free of charge. So I’m super happy about that.

Food was good. Prices were good. Service was interesting- The cashier guy working the front had an ear bud talking to someone on his phone when we tried to order. He didn't hear us at first when we tried to order. We were also the only customers in there at the time. Not impressed. This was not my best experience at Dairy Queen, but not the worst.

Workers were outside smoking. By the time I walked in, they were inside taking orders and cooking so that was good. The family in front of me ordered and by the time it was time to pay the cashier informed them the card machine was down and had to pay cash. Customer gave great advice to the cashier to 'let customers know before they order'. They had to reorder their entire meal. By then, this was nearly 4 minutes. I left. Horrible horrible!! The dining area was clean. Staff was nice.

The service was excellent. The main area (gas station) had filthy bathrooms. It looked like they've surface cleaned only for a long time.Really Bad.The young workers had their hands full, so it was a bit hectic, but they worked hard. Good job, guys.We were there around 4:30 or so on Thursday, August 5.

Love the Dairy Queen but a lot of recent visits; the milkshake & slush machines are out of order. The last burger I got there (and I love the char-boil flavor) was cold on the inside. I know things are difficult for all of us right now. But, watch out for your food temps guys; we have enough to fight off now from other toxins.

Other than a very long wait due to a baseball team. the food was good. the food tasted fresh. The workers where clearly working hard. I've stopped in before when they had closed 2 minutes before I got there and they still took our order. I recommend this place.

Bbq chicken tenders and their ranch is so good. Love the onion rings. The wait in the drive thru can be long, but I guess you can you expect that at dinner time.

Dairy Queen is a classic. In my opinion it has always been slightly better as far as fast food places go. They have really good chicken strip baskets and sweets as well. It's perfect if you want something a little sweet or a little salty or both. The gravy they give with the chicken strip baskets is really good for something given by a fast food place.

Ordered 6 pc chicken with onion rings.Rec 4 cold strips and an 89 center upcharge for onion rings instead of fries.Now the price difference between reg or LG frie and onion ring is 50 cents ordered Ala cart.Maybe someone can explain the 40 cent price gouge to me?Yea doubt there is an excuse except sketchy company who for 40 cents lost a customer going forward.Also when you error on someone's order an apology is the norm. Which was never offered or even considered.Have worked restaurants/bars in my career so I'm never mean to the help but wow.Do not spend your hard earned money at this location. Unless you like sticky floors and incorrect orders.Edit......I guess thanks for responding to offer the opportunity for me to come back and try you again but you did not answer why you gouge your customers on onion rings versus fries......this is very disappointing 😕.......

1:34p 11/6/17 Everything was great, the service, it was clean, they were nice, the only problem was the meat on the burger. The hamburger meat was cold, DRY, the meat was cooked in advance not cooked to order pretty frustrating. Can't even get a fresh burger. When I went up to get my shake I noticed the grill was full of patties there was nobody in line they were going to pre cook another batch of meat so the next group of customers could be disappointed. DQ please get it together! A hot juicy meat Patty is not something a customer should have to ask twice for.

I love their food. My boyfriend and I usually get the $5 meal during the day on the weekend with the onion rings instead of french fries and they are the best onion rings I have ever had. The cheeseburger is delicious. There is sometimes a wait but the food is fresh so I don't care about the wait. The sundaes are fabulous.

Can't complain too much considering it was attached to a gas station. Food was pretty good and the kid working the counter was polite and did a great job. The bathroom was disgusting, however, and the rest of the restaurant seemed questionable in terms of overall cleanliness, which is the reason for the 3-stars.

my husband said. "I don't remember Dairy Queen burgers being so horrible, they used to be good."also, "They want to serve their burgers like their ice-cream."i gave it 2 stars cause the young man at the window was friendly.The onion rings were good though.

The food was good but my moolatte was awful very bitter and just plain coffee nothing sweet about it. I ordered a vanilla and it had no Vanilla in it. It wasnt even mixed properly you could see all the coffee mix at the bottom so disgusting. The food was good though. Kind of made me sad I love DQ and have never had a bad experience until this.
