We had a loaded enclosed trailer that lost a wheel when the studs broke. We were very impressed with how we were helped. We searched through the selection of studs to find compatible parts and they stayed around after hours to allow us to get repairs finished. And then after he closed down the store, he pulled his truck over to shine headlights on the trailer so I could see to finish installing tire. Great experience!

Car broke down at Doctor's, next day ordered a new starter they called me the next morning to say it was in. When I went to pick it up they offered me a print out on how to change it and even told me what tools I needed . Great service.

The salesmen were very helpful, I needed a battery and they showed they were out of it but when they looked they found one that fit my van behind some other stuff. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate it!

We're from out of state and had car trouble on our way to vacation. Pulled into O'Reilly's in Jellico and asked if they could hook us up to see what the check engine light said. The manager explained that he wasn't able to do that right now due to Covid, but had us follow him to a local garage. He said he couldn't just leave us stranded. From there, the mechanic could help and even gave us 3 quarts of oil (from O'Reilly's) as well. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful!! You have a great manager at the store and I just had to share his above and beyond service. We can't thank him and the Jellico mechanic enough for their kindness.
