I had my recently purchased car serviced at the Jefferson City Tennessee Walmart Auto Center for an oil change. The workers were slow trying to figure out how to do the oil change. I saw them struggling to find the correct tools to replace my oil filter. I was assured that everything was done even though the workers forgot to do my tires rotation. Less than a week later on my way home from a VA clinic appointment in Sevierville Tennessee I have car issues going home. I was traveling on I40 to return to my home, and at my exit my car began to sputter. The check engine light came on, and I had to drive on the shoulder to get off the highway. I then got a low tire pressure light warning on my way off the exit. I pulled into Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge Tennessee, and see I have a flat tire and oil leaking from under my car. Rusty Wallace Dandridge recommends that I have the car towed to the dealership I bought it from which is Rusty Wallace Knoxville Hyundai. I had my car towed to the dealership at a cost of $228.80. and had a repair bill of $275.63. I had travel to get my car, and was out a vehicle for two and half days. I ask Walmart for compensation for all my cost and reimbursement of my Walmart oil change. Their response was a check for $47.68. Thanks Walmart for screwing over a retired military disabled Vet.

I made an appointment to get my tires changed and provided the item number and also got the warranty. On the day of the appointment 2/3/24. I arrived on time. After being checked in and my vehicle being in the bay for 2 1/2 hours I walked up to the counter to ask how much longer? Only to be told. “yeah we don’t have the tires, we have not done anything ” I have been sitting 5 feet away from the counter for over two hours and they never said a word. They had texted me 3 times that they had stated . The were 2 team leads and 2 counter workers when I walked up to ask. NOT a SOUL had told me anything was wrong. I was not the only one who had an horrible experience yesterday. I finally left 4 hours later after purchasing a tire they did have. Two trips in one . I would never go back and by what I experienced and watched. I would never buy a battery there. It was shocking how many batteries were returned and warranty’s not honored. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! How were they going to ever tell me? Smoke signals?? I was setting right in front of them.

It was ok, they have totally rearranged the store. They have quick grab and go lunches as you walk in the grocery side. Think that's pretty cool, The thing I hated with a passion and they really didn't think this out was over in the pharmacy area where they have the vitamins. (I am handicapped, please keep that in mind and older in age). I went to stand up to reach for my normal vitamins and normally they are eye level or below they put them on the top shelf and when you are handicapped and have a frozen shoulder on top of being handicapped you can't reach things like that. I basically had to drive my scooter out and around to find help. Then the worker looked at me like why can't you reach that. I wasnt happy. Normally I have my husband with me but he was suffering from a gout attack at the time so he was doing everything he could to hurry out the store so he stayed at the register and I went on to get what I needed. Frustrating

I order online from Walmart all the time. I always receive my orders as they say or sooner. I ordered some Karosen from them that took 12 days later than what they said it would. That was something that I really needed. I live on a houseboat and needed the extra heat for the snow and cold weather coming. I will not order that from them again.

Only two full service registers open. Very sad. Everyone at self service registers were having to wait for staff to resolve issues too. Just another reason Walmart never fails to disappoint me. At least they are consistent though.

Today they were cleaning out the meat section so out of many things. But skinless chicken breast was a decent price and pork spareribs were so cheap and huge! Beef was very, very high priced, not sure who can pay $23 for 2 small steaks, not me! The eggs I buy were $2 more than the last time I bought them. But I do like some of the prices, although some things are way over priced. Now I will shop at 2 stores rather than just one for convenience. Prices are so crazy everywhere. Good thing inflation is coming down (lol)!

This store is a mess. That’s just the shopping experience. Then you walk up to the only register that’s open and count to nine; the number of people in front of you. 32 minutes later you’re finally handed a receipt. The last one I’ll ever touch. Please stop shopping at this place.

Pretty good Wal-Mart. Better after the remodeling but still learning the new locations of items. Usually stocked well, but can be pretty busy as its the on Wal-Mart in the county.

Walmart is not a pet friendly place! Please stop bringing your dogs in the store! Service animals only! Leave your "ESA" and PETS at home or in the car! You're putting real service dogs and handlers at risk by bringing your pet(esa) inside. If you want a pet friendly place go to lowes or a pet store. And walmart needs to enforce the ADA laws more than they do, obviously the signs on the doors aren't working and the workers aren't doing what the ADA allows to weed out the fakes

I don't like the new layout of the store. It makes finding things less obvious. For example, aluminum foil is far back and right of the store. It's no longer with the groceries. One has to walk more to locate what is needed. I tried using the app on my phone and have poor wifi to locate things.

Everyone was cheerful today. Prices are still getting higher. Hang on to your money and buy frugally here for the time being. The store is always clean. Pharmacy is super educated. Except esomeprozole vs omeprozole. Please forgive the spellings if in correct.

Store looks dirty or needs better lighting. A lot of grocery shelves empty. The best part was I didn't have to ring up my items. They actually had two cashiers working. Yay!

Jace Munsey is a very good representation of a good walmart employee. He redefines what it means to meet the needs of his customers. If someone asked me to find an employee to help them, it would most definitely be jace! Me and my friend went in today looking for mason jars, and he led us to the exact aisle with no problems, he didn’t even look it up on his device. He knows his way around his store and i think he deserves a raise.

This week at WalMart in Jefferson City, TN, I experienced being shocked that they do not accept NFC payments at the registers. Come on Walmart. Get with the program. BUT, your workers are awesome, so 5 stars. I sprained my ankle and can't walk very well. When I got to the front door, they had me sit down on a bench while they drove a motorized cart to me.

Huge thanks to the tire service center. They stayed 45 minutes after closing helping my husband and son with a flat tire on our truck. We are 3 hours from home for a fishing tournament and they got us back on the road. Thank you for your kindness!

Not enough power chairs i cannot walk through walmart and need a power chair to get around if and when i do find a power chair it in the parkin lot dead and has to be charged and another thing i don't work at walmart nor do i need self checkout when i go through the line i want some body at the cash register to ring me up do away with self checkout

They do sensory Saturdays and for a mom with, a special needs child that means a lot. However, they are always short staffed. Never see a manager on the actual floor.

This Walmart location now has 6+ “Out of Service” motorized carts for their disabled patrons leaving approximately three available. Disabled guest not only have to wait for a working cart but are often chased down in the parking lot when they are done shopping to relieve the one in use. Todays shopping trip is particularly taxing as the lines are exceptionally long. They have not posted employees in minor departments such as jewelry, hunting & fishing or the garden department. We have spent more time obtaining a cart and checking out than shopping.
